Le Pavillon

Our wedding was in April. When we were first started to plan our wedding, we spoke with Hannah who was awesome. About six months prior to our wedding, Hannah was no longer with Le Pavillon and we were now talking to Ms. Sue. Everything we spoke to Hannah about was always a problem with Ms. Sue. There was problem with having cold sparklers. There was a problem with having a dance floor. From the first meeting that we had with Ms. Sue in person, she was rude. Even after telling her how rude she was, it continued throughout the entire process. Having to communicate with Sue during our wedding planning made that particular time in our lives more stressful than what it should’ve been. The night of our wedding, she was still rude. I will always remember how my wedding night was ruined due to her poor hospitality and the way that we were treated. Our families came from out of town to come celebrate our marriage. Although they did not know Ms. Sue by name, they talked about how ill mannered she was and how Le Pavillon’s staff had poor manners and hospitality. When you have customers spending a great deal of money with their establishment, they should make you feel like you matter and that they care about not only your event, but you as well. Especially when it comes to a wedding. That’s a very big event and memory. Nobody should have to feel the way that we felt having our wedding and reception at Le Pavillon. I would never recommend anyone having a wedding at Le Pavillon. The building is beautiful, but that’s it. Having the wrong person managing your establishment can ruin a business.
