I first met these folks at a bridal expo and their food was delicious. They were also local to Waterbury and didn’t charge an excessive amount for traveling to our Vergennes weddin...g location. They were late for our site visit which I sympathetic because things happen and they did a good job mapping out the reception, deciding what equipment they would need, etc. Then on the wedding day, they couldn’t get the grills started and were planning on just giving up! We were at a state park with grills on site so my dad had to go out and buy charcoal and missed some big moments of the wedding because of this unprofessionalism. You can’t give up on someone’s wedding when they paid you for a service. You should be the one going the extra mile to make things right. In the end, we ate an hour late and the food was delicious. I am still disappointed in the lack of dedication and professionalism especially on the big day.
