to all my clients/brides and I know there is always room for improvement. I’m sorry that you didn’t feel like you received the best from me and my team. It breaks my heart to hear that. This small business is my baby and I’m working so hard behind the scenes to accommodate all our clients/brides. Being a small business I can’t hire a whole team to help me on the backend. It’s two of us working long hard hours to make sure over 250 brides and 100s of non-wedding clients are managed and feeling loved and valued. I know I’m not perfect, and there is always room for improvement. I called you and apologized multiple times about the trial. We had to reschedule due to a sick artist and we needed another bride’s wedding covered. You seemed so understanding on the phone. I will always go above and beyond for my brides and I wouldn’t leave a wedding with one less artist. On the phone, I apologized multiple times and offered you a discounted trial because I felt so bad. You received that discount. I’m sorry it wasn’t delivered as fast as you would like but I made sure you were respected for your time. You also told me about a small reaction that your family member had after getting her makeup done and I asked you for photos and a ton of details about the issues. I apologized and was concerned but you made it seem like it wasn't that big of a concern, just more curious about products. You stated, "It was an under eye cream applied to Robin (mother of bride) she had swelling and dry skin afterwards. I just wanted to ask in case we could figure out what the product is so she knows not to use it. I don’t think any other women had problems. I’m sure it was just an allergic reaction on my mom’s skin, so knowing the product for the future would be good for her :)" I said I would speak with my artist and see if we could figure it out. It's very hard to have any idea what product it could be. We use a lot of products to create a makeup look. It's honestly impossible to know if any of the makeup is the cause of the reaction. There could have been so many reasons why she reacted, we aren't sure it's makeup. To narrow it down, we would need to have a patch test and see. I am very sorry and I don't want anyone to have these issues. However, this was after your wedding had occurred, we work with a ton of clients every week, it's hard to remember what products were used on someone weeks after the event. I wish I had an answer for you, I wish I could tell her the products but our kits are large, and remembering products chosen weeks later, would be hard. I am really sorry. Again, I hate that you felt this way and didn't receive the experience you deserve and we will learn from this and do better. Thank you for your feedback. I wish you a lifetime of love and laughter.
