Flavio is absolutely amazing to work with. When I decided to get married at Darlington House I totally stalked all of his previous weddings there (he shoots there a lot). I completely fell in love with his style. He is so great at capturing mood and moments. After I actually met him in person I was even more enamored. He is a ball of joyous, creative energy. Being around him is exciting and relaxing somehow. The day of the wedding the odd thing is most of the time I didn't even know he was around. I guess that is a good thing, but when you like someone as much as I like Flavio, I was left thinking "I feel like I never got to talk to Flavio." :) That's because he was alway in action capturing my wedding day, blending in, getting the shots. I received the pics this past weekend and I am just blown away. I can't believe this is MY wedding. I am so incredibly grateful to have had the chance to work with Flavio and Ben (his awesome 2nd shooter). We got all of the photos that I now treasure but NEVER felt like the flow of the day was interrupted for the shot. He worked so well with the other vendors. And the ladies at the venue see a LOT of weddings and he is a standout. They all love him at Darlington. My only regret is I didn't have him around to take photos all weekend! :) I LOVE the way he captured not only us, the couple, but our guests. Everyone says it goes too fast and it definitely did. Now I have pics of what our guests were up to when we weren't around. It is so great to see everyone having so much fun (and looking so good doing it). A million stars. Much love, Flavio!

Leaf Photography is truly one-of-a-kind! Our photographer, Flavio, was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely personable, unbelievably talented, SO professional and knew all the right moments to capture during our special day! We had a few phone calls to introduce and discuss our initial visions with him, but Flavio exceeded our expectations a whole lot. There were moments during our wedding that we did not even realize happened until we received our photos. I did lots of research to find the right style of photography for my partner and I’s wedding. Leaf Photography stood out to me because of its wonderful candid moments and rich color/contrast in the photos. As a same-sex couple, Flavio was also extremely welcoming and created such a safe space for us while shooting. His delivery was quick and very smooth as well! Safe to say, we are undoubtedly happy with how our photos came out and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Flavio did a fantastic job at our wedding. We paid for a 2 shooter 8 hour package, and we have no complaints. Flavio and his 2nd shooter Thiago were there earlier than they needed to be per the contract, had smiles on their faces and promptly got to work. Flavio stayed with the girls and got all their detail shots, while Thiago went with me and my guys. They were both professional and super friendly. Through the 9 months or so that we had Flavio booked, any question we had we got a quick response to. The pictures turned out incredible, with access to an online gallery with all the edited full res pictures. The turnaround on our photos was super quick, about 3 weeks, and we got upwards of 950+ photos. No complaints whatsoever, Flavio is a great dude, and would not hesitate to recommend booking him and Leaf Wedding Photography.

Flavio from LEAF was our photographer for both our engagement photos and our wedding. We had an amazing experience with both shoots, and he really captured the moments and kept us at ease. During the ceremony and reception he was able to get some unique shots from different angles without while blending in to the surrounding and capturing the candid moments. Another thing that set LEAF apart was they provide ALL full resolution files for your use in printing, etc. We have since had multiple photos printed in large scale and framed, and created a beautiful wedding album. Highly recommend!

We cannot emphasize enough how great LEAF Photography is, but we'll do our best! We absolutely loved working with them for our wedding photography. When we first reached out, Flavio set up a call with us, listened to what we were looking for, and then created a package around our conversation. As we went through the wedding planning process, we wanted to add a photographer and add hours to the contract and Flavio was quick to respond and help! I say all this to share that Flavio is extraordinarily professional and communicative, and he really cares about you and your hopes for your big day. This professionalism and care extends to the whole team of photographers at LEAF, too. We were lucky to work with Julio and Eddie on our big day, and they really delivered. Julio called us ahead of our wedding to set up the schedule for the day, discuss locations around the venue to take pictures at, and get a sense of what style of photography we wanted. He even had us email examples of photography that we liked, and he made sure to capture shots that were similar to the examples on the day-of. They were also both extremely kind and made taking pictures go from an awkward activity for the groom and me to actually being fun! On top of all that, Julio and Eddie checked in with us before leaving the reception to ensure that we got all the pictures we wanted. We just received our photos back a few days ago and we can't stop talking about how much we love them. Sincerely top notch team! We feel eternally grateful that we chose LEAF!

When we first started looking for wedding photographers we didn't know where to start but when we ran across LEAF Wedding Photography we instantly fell in love with their photos and artistry, so we booked them for both our engagement photos and wedding photography. My husband and I felt so awkward in front of the camera (we're not used to it) and weren't really sure what to do but Flavio made us feel super at ease. We trusted his creative vision and followed his lead for the shoot, and he didn't disappoint - full of great ideas and the images came out amazing! For the wedding him and his team knew exactly what they were doing and captured all the beautiful moments from our day. As a bride on the curvier side I was worried about how all out photos would come out, but got all my good angles! I honestly felt really beautiful in them so that was a really big deal for me. Overall, Flavio was amazing to work with - super professional, easy to get ahold of and responsive, and very friendly. My husband and I booked Flavio with LEAF Wedding Photography for our engagement photos and wedding photos. He shot so many amazing photos! His work truly is quality and timely too! I didn’t expect him to get our wedding pictures so quickly, but he did and they turned out amazing. We love how professional and easy going Flavio is. He really listens to his couples. My husband and i wanted candid pictures and didn’t want to be pulled away too much from our big day, and Flavio did just that. He captured amazing shots while we enjoyed our day with our guests. When we looked for a photographer, there were a lot of people who were really rigid on their policies and did not fit our style of photography, and Flavio was so flexible. Flavio and his team were incredible! They captured all of the special moments of our wedding with precision and beauty, both the staged shots and the candids. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, energy, and service. We had two ceremonies in one day, a South Indian ceremony indoors and a beach ceremony outdoors, and Flavio and his team worked seamlessly with our schedule My husband and I had a blast working with them, and we are so happy with the gallery that they put together for us (within 2 weeks!). Flavio of L E A F Wedding photography is a Friendly yet professional, on time and on point, kick ass photographer ! From our first meeting Via Zoom ( Thanks COVID ) till the moment when he said goodbye for the night , We knew we were getting exactly what we wanted because he is very straightforward and well spoken when it comes to his ideas and visions for your special occasion. He was agile, out of the way and out of sight like a ninja while taking his shots. Other than sporadic short conversations with him, I really don’t remember him even being there ! He was also right there when you needed him like a personal assistant. He contributed to the wedding not only with his amazing photography skills but he helped with rounding up people not only for photos but when he noticed we needed help with a wardrobe malfunction also. The night was over in heartbeat , however Flavio posted 785 professional, focused and meaningful pictures (That’s 12.5 gigabytes ! ) and now the night will live on forever. We absolutely loved Flavio at our wedding, and his 2nd photographer, Julio! They did such an amazing job for our wedding in December 2021. They have great attention to detail, are so friendly and professional, and all of our photos came out so beautiful and timeless. We also loved that they took so many pictures of our guests throughout the night which was so great to be able to share with everyone. He is very responsive, friendly, accommodating of our two venues for the church ceremony and garden reception, and creative with his shots, all while making it seem quite natural. We appreciated his balance of light directions for posing that still felt and looked organic, really highlighted the beautiful environment we were in, as well as snapped some great candid moments during the reception. All of the photos were delivered very timely, were absolutely gorgeous, and did a wonderful job capturing the joy of the moment. We loved all of the pictures and would highly recommend him for any wedding!

If we could give Flavio 100 stars we would! From the start Flavio was responsive, attentive, and a joy to work with. He had a comprehensive phone call with us and even met us at the venue to go over spots for lighting. During the day, he was an absolute joy to have around. Everyone in our wedding party loved him. He is the perfect balance of being directive, but also capturing those candid moments. The little details he captured of our day were stunning. The almost 1,000 photos we received (after only 3 weeks) were unbelievable!! It was truly like reliving our day again. There isn’t a single bad photograph! We would chose Flavio and Leaf photography again and again if we could. We highly recommend him for any wedding. You will not be disappointed!

We hired Flavio over two years ago for our 2020 wedding, which had to be postponed a few times due to COVID. We were looking for someone whose work was natural yet polished, without being overly exposed, saturated, or moody. When we first met with him, he patiently explained different packages to us and helped tailor his services for our needs. Through the postponements, he was always very responsive and rescheduled us with no questions asked. He truly made things so easy for us during a stressful time. On the day of, Flavio and his second shooter Eric were on time and easy to communicate with. They were both super easy-going and dedicated. We're not very good models (i.e. bad at instagram and selfies :) ), so it helped that they coached us through the photo-taking process. We really enjoyed working with them, and many of our guests commented on how cool they were too! Flavio turned around our 900+ photos in 3 weeks, and even helped me with some minor retouching as best he could. Our photos are beautiful and we love looking through them. Thank you!!

Flavio and Julio were so awesome! Julio was our photographer and he met with us and listened to everything we wanted. We had a specific style of photo we liked and he definitely delivered. Julio was so motivated and ready on the day of to get us all the pictures we wanted! He made us feel so comfortable and we were just so excited! They are so great with communication. Thank you so much! Everything about that day was perfect and we are so excited to remember it that way with these amazing photos! We will definitely recommend to family and friends!

We loved working with Flavio for our wedding and engagement shoots! He was very easy to work with and we enjoyed his laid back and friendly attitude. We are not natural models and can be a bit awkward in photos so we appreciated his light suggestions on poses and stances to get a range of different photo options that felt natural and not overly “posed” or generic, and felt true to who we are as a couple. Highly recommend!

The lighting and color of our wedding photos was absolutely perfect. Julio and Eric made everything feel easy and natural. Super fast turn around time for pictures... we got all edited photos only 3 weeks after the wedding! Highly recommend if you want photos with a timeless feel.

Pandemic weddings are stressful, but our experience with Flavio and LEAF photography was amazing! We had a small intimate wedding at Cuvier Park - which is a ceremony-only site, so we had a time crunch (4 hours to set up, hold the event, and clean up). Before our wedding, we spoke with Flavio a few times and discussed what style of photography we were looking for, as well as highlighted the details and timeline of our ceremony. Flavio’s prep work made the day run smoothly and working with him was effortless. After going through our wedding photos we quickly noticed that Flavio has a great feel for anticipating moments, camera angles, optimizing lighting, and all of the other skills you want in your wedding photographer. We are beyond excited with how our photos came out. We truly enjoyed working with Flavio and LEAF photography!
