I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time. We couldn't be happier that we picked Leah as our photographer for our wedding last April. I was already sold based on her website alone, but even more so when we met her in person. Her bubbly personality made her so easy to work with; she kept us smiling and laughing all day long and helped calm me down during some very stressful moments. We wanted photos that were fun and genuine and she hit the nail on the head. We still sit and look through them constantly. Thank you, Leah, and for those on the hunt please book her, you won't be disappointed! :)

Leah Goetzel is the BEST photographer in the business. I waited a few months before we wrote this review because I wanted to do it justice, so here it is. Leah Goetzel was HANDS DOWN our best decision, and our favorite vendor on our wedding day. (I am literally tear-ing up writing this!!!). First of all, Leah is talented beyond belief. There is not a SINGLE PHOTO that we didn't love. NOT A SINGLE ONE. How many brides can say that?? We loved our photos so much, we put 5 of them in a collage on our Christmas Card (which feels absurd! We just truly could not pick only one). Every photo Leah took captured the very essence of our love. It's also important to note that she did our engagements as well, and we felt the exact same way. Secondly, Leah does her homework. She got to know us as a couple, she went through my Pinterest boards, she went to multiple engagement sights and scoped them out all over Colorado (check this out on her website!), and she beat us to the venue (she literally has pictures of me getting out of the car with my bridesmaids at 7am). She found all the perfect spots for our photos. She had a plan, and she gave us advice on how to stay on schedule. We were able to enjoy our ENTIRE cocktail hour because she executed family photos after the ceremony in about 15 minutes (it was unbelievable how organized she was/is - my family was RAVING about her). Third of all, the color and clarity and emotion in EVERY SINGLE PHOTO is beyond what I could've imagined for our wedding photos. She is so incredibly talented, and knew exactly how to capture the perfect moments. Our families cannot look at the photos without crying, and neither can we. I felt like Leah charged us a normal price for a Colorado photographer, but my husband and I both agreed that we would've paid her double what she charged, SHE IS THAT GOOD. If you are looking for a wedding photographer, PLEASE do yourself a favor and book Leah. She felt like a maid of honor, best friend, sister, and just was basically THE ideal vendor. She is honestly perfect. Also, as we were about to head out the door for the send off, she handed us a sneak peak of wedding photos that she had somehow printed?? We LOVED them and they immediately went up on our fridge. Leah is THE BEST out there, and basically, you absolutely must hire her. Thank you for everything, Leah!!!

Leah was my wedding photographer this fall and an absolute DREAM to work with. It genuinely felt like my best friend was taking my wedding/engagement photos! She was a huge hype man , extremely knowledgeable/creative, so fun, her energy was contagious, and omg the photos she takes are AMAZING. I booked Leah after a video meeting and was so nervous about booking someone out of state who I'd never met but this girl made everything so so easy from the first minute we even talked. She genuinely personalized everything and i could not have been happier about our pick. You will not regret booking this absolute dime of a human. Love love love. Will absolutely use again for something else in the future!!

Leah is magic! There aren't enough words to even explain how wonderful she is. She makes you feel at ease and blends seamlessly into the wedding day. Every single person I've shown photos to has commented on how magic she is and how stunning every single photo is. Even my husband who has been in a million weddings commented that she's the best photographer he's ever worked with! She is a true gift and can't wait to have her photograph more of our precious moments!

Leah was an absolute GEM and we are so thankful we found her for our wedding day photographer!! From the second we connected, she was super friendly and professional. We knew right away that we were in good hands! When we first met in person, I was blown away at how at ease my now husband and I were in her presence (I'm not a fan of having my photo taken) - she truly has a gift and we LOVE our photos. Her attention to detail and ability to keep our whole crew on schedule while capturing all of our special moments was incredible. I also feel like we have a new friend - she is SO sweet! Wedding photos are important (you'll have them FOREVER), so don't hesitate and book Leah!

The best decision we made was hiring Leah as our wedding photographer! I came across Leah's website and was amazed at how detailed and thorough she is. When we jumped on the phone, I knew right away she was the photographer for us. Leah pays attention to every single detail and made sure to ask about all of the photos and moments that were most important to us. Even my bridesmaids and family couldn't stop talking about how professional and detailed she is. She made us feel comfortable every second we spent with her and made us forget we were in front of a camera most of the time. Her turnaround time on pictures has always been ahead of schedule and she makes it so easy to share them with our family and loved ones. Thanks to Leah, we have the most beautiful engagement and wedding photos, and we look forward to having her capture all of the major events in our lives. She's apart of the family now! I could go on and on, but there are not enough words to explain how incredible she has been to us. If you want your wedding day to be perfect, just hire Leah!

Leah is such a lovely human being. We first met Leah for our engagement photos, and at that moment, I knew I found the right photographer and kindred spirit. Right off the bat, I told Leah that we were nervous about taking photos. And she was able to quickly dispel all those fears. She made us feel so at ease - kept us smiling and laughing. We had such a great time, that I knew she would capture beautiful wedding photos when the time came. And Leah did not disappoint. She felt like one of the family. Her warm spirit had everyone at ease. Everything felt super effortless and stress free throughout the day of the wedding. Leah pays attention to so many small details and honored all of our wishes on the day of. We are so lucky to have found Leah. I would highly recommend her for her lovely personality, attention to detail, professionalism, and most importantly, for her talent of capturing all the big and small intimate moments for your big day. Leah and I got to work a residential wedding in Colorado in October and I would highly recommend her! As a wedding planner I am very grateful when photographers are flexible and go above and beyond! Since the wedding was non-traditional she went out of her way to make sure it was perfect! The photos turned out amazing and I would highly recommend her! Can't wait to work with her again!

Leah is fabulous!! She made us feel like models in front of the camera, when we both don't enjoy getting our photos taken. She was super professional and got the job done when we were in a bit of a time crunch. Leah took time to get to know us as a couple and took that into consideration when photographing us. We are so happy that Leah photographed our engagement and wedding photos. I highly recommend her for your photography needs!

I can't recommend Leah enough!! My fiancé and I used Leah for our engagement photos and could not be happier with the photos she took of us. Leah was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. We had never had our photos professionally taken before and were a little worried about looking and feeling awkward as well as not knowing what to expect but Leah made us feel so comfortable and our time flew by. After our sessions Leah got our photos back to us in less than 10 days and we're so obsessed with our photos. We hope to use Leah for our wedding and when looking to capture moments in our future.

I feel like Leah is my photographer-turned-best-friend! Leah is such a genuine person and actually tries to get to know you and your partner. She wants to learn your personalities so its reflected in the pictures. Leah's now photographed our engagement session, our mini Covid wedding, and will photograph our full wedding next year. I wish we lived closer to each other (I'm now in Seattle, she will be in Denver) because I want her to capture ALL of our moments in the future, too! Book Leah today - you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't!

Leah was amazing to work with! From our first consultation I loved her style. She was so sweet and easy to work with. She made sure that our day was just what we wanted and that all of our favorite moments were captured. Photography was probably the most important vendor for me and I searched forever to find Leah. She was worth the hours of searching for sure! I would recommend her to everyone I know. Texas is missing out once she moves to Colorado in April but I can't wait to see what she does next.

Put simply, working with Leah was a dream. Our wedding celebration had to be postponed due to COVID. However, she was able to capture both our original wedding day in March as well as our newly scheduled wedding celebration in July. Leah was always professional while also managing to seem like someone you've known for years. She's a calming force during a hectic & chaotic time. On top of her reassuring demeanor, she captured both days perfectly. Her positivity carried us through the uncertainty of both days and working with her was an absolute joy. We can't wait to work with her in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for the most amazing partner on your special day!

We cannot say enough good things about Leah and her wonderful wedding photos! She took the time to plan out a detailed wedding day schedule with us and to get to know our preferences for photos, so she could be sure to capture the moments that were most important to us. On the wedding day, Leah kept to the schedule and made taking photos so fun! But my husband and I were nervous about taking couples photos, but Leah made it so easy and fun. Many of our family members commented on how efficient the family portaits were. We were able to get all the photos we wanted and more! We are so happy with all the wonderful photos we received from Leah. We highly recommend Leah Goetzel Photography!
