ement photos and had a ton of great ideas for poses and locations and was game for weather uncertainties (it was pouring rain up until about 30 minutes before our meeting time but she was down for whatever we decided to do)! On our wedding day Leah had the best energy and was genuinely excited for us, she also did a great job hyping us up and letting us enjoy all the small moments on our big day. It was the middle of August but she braved the heat while walking all over our venue to find the best spots for our pictures and made sure we were comfortable throughout our first looks/family portraits/sunset pics outside. We emailed her a shot list and she was great at remembering what we had requested so we didn’t miss any! Leah worked with our DJ, day-of coordinator, and the venue site coordinator flawlessly. We were never worried she was out of the loop on the schedule of events and we never felt rushed to fit photo sessions in our timeline. Leah was always responsive via email or texts with any questions or updates throughout our wedding planning. We even got sneak peeks the day after our wedding (which were GORGEOUS)! I would not hesitate to recommend Leah to anyone looking for a great photographer!

d. On the day of, she was on time (honestly got there early!) and had an amazing assistant - Mackenzie! They both were so kind and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. We have only gotten our "sneak peak" pictures but I am already so in love with them and can't wait to hang up all of our pictures around our home. They were so effecient through the whole night and Leah was so accepting of any ideas we wanted to try. She seriously was a dream come true for our wedding. 10000/10 absolutely recommend!!!

st and not a vendor, you quickly realize you are in uncharted waters!! I asked her who to ask - without hesitation she said Leah. It is who takes her photos and who she trusts. A little backstory - my now wife and I live in a somewhat conservative part of the state and we were currently in a place where several venues and catering companies had rejected working with us based solely on the fact we were a same sex couple. I also was feeling weary of seeing size 4 brides on all of the websites. I’m not marrying a man and I am not a size 4. I went to Leah’s website - the heavens opened and angels sang. She had couples that looked like us, brides of all sizes, all celebrating their own individual beauty. I felt like I had found my photographer. Within the first few minutes of talking I knew I had! Leah instantly made me feel like she wanted to invest in our day and our lives - not just because it was a paycheck for her but because she wanted to be part of our story. Our engagement session was so much fun. My wife is not a fan of getting pictures taken - and she thoroughly enjoyed the whole process. We were allowed to be ourselves - to laugh and to be in the moments together - making that time a part of our story as well and not just checking off another box on the wedding to-do list. On our wedding day Leah was supportive, generous, kind and loving - she faded into the background when needed but made sure to step out and direct to get the right shot. n I knew we had found the one. She was funny, easy to talk to, and you could tell she genuinely cared about giving her couples the best experience. She kept regular communication with us from day one, even if it was just checking in and saying hello! Leah came out to my family ranch to take our engagement photos, and she spotted all the best places for photos that I would’ve never even thought of, and I’ve been going there for 30 years! Our dog fell in love with her, and she didn’t even complain when our 70-pound German Shepherd sat in her lap as we drove around the ranch. It was hailing and storming 30 minutes before my bridal shoot, and Leah used the clouds to create the most amazing backdrop. She has an eye for it! Our wedding day went off without a hitch, and Leah did so much more than just take amazing photos. She was my hair floofer, my dress bustler, and the ultimate hype girl. She worked so well with our families, our bridal party, and all of our vendors and assured that every aspect of our day was perfect.
