Kelly was such a joy to work with and was a wonderful resource in the month leading up to our wedding. I felt comfortable and confident in her approach and could rely on her for solid feedback and support! She fit right in with our wedding party and commanded attention when everyone was a bit scattered or distracted. She thought of so many things I didn't think of and made our day seamless!

We hired Kelly as a day of coordinator, and also to help lead our rehearsal the night before. Prior to the wedding she was very responsive to all emails about recommendations. The month of our wedding she collected all of our vendor information and created a very detailed timeline for all of the vendors, and made sure they were all on board. This was great, but the greatest value of her service was the day of our wedding. We chose a venue that was very DIY, and that meant that Kelly (and her awesome assistant Brittany) did all of our set up (including ceremony space and reception), coordination of vendors and kept a timeline for vendors and guests, and clean up. I am sure she did a million other little things behind the scenes that I am not mentioning, but we truly could not have had the seamless day that we did without her. She made it so no one in the family had to miss out on the fun and made me a very calm/fun bride! I have already recommended her to friends!

Kelly was an absolute gem to work with! I would highly recommend her in any and every capacity. She was our day of coordinator and was right there every step of the way. She checked in with me in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure that everything was on track and see if there was anything she could help with. The day of, she met every obstacle with complete confidence. I was able to relax and enjoy the day because I knew that Kelly had everything handled. She had great ideas and problem solving skills and handled every thing with absolute poise and grace. She kept the days events flowing seamlessly, even when we made some spur of the moment changes to the itinerary. She made sure everyone involved was on the same page.
