Leave It To Meeka

er in July for an early August wedding. We had been up in the air about hiring a planner/coordinator, but looking back, we are SO glad we did! Meeka was professional, friendly, and flexible, working together with me to make a plan that worked for both of us, as I had already planned most of the wedding. She brought forth ideas that I hadn't thought of and proposed some additional decoration ideas that added some perfect finishing touches to make our wedding look and feel the way we imagined and hoped for. Before the wedding, Meeka attended my pre wedding meeting at the venue, which was great to get the venue and her acquainted before the date, and she also came to the rehearsal to help us practice. On the day of the wedding, Meeka and her assistant, Morgan (who was also great!), were available all day and stayed until the end of the ceremony, ensuring that my husband and I had all of our cards and gifts, as well as our decorations to take home. Meeka made sure that my train looked right before walking down the aisle, she ensured that we got plates of the appetizers and food made up for us, and she even hunted down a piece of cheesecake for me after it had been taken away, as I had been too busy having a good time to eat it beforehand. Between the finishing touches she proposed, helping with the entrance, coordinating with the vendors (including delivering their checks on my behalf), and making sure everything was tied up at the end of the night so we didn't have to worry about it, MEEKA WAS AMAZING AND SO WORTH IT! My husband and I would recommend her services for anyone planning a special event! We were unable to upload our pictures, but some items we hired her and her team to make for us or rented from her: the flowers on the chairs the backdrop behind the sweetheart table the candles we had by the gift table seating chart the Mr & Mrs sign the seating chart small candles for the tables a card/gift box

ncelled, and her team found a backup within 24 hours (less than that). She keeps things running smooth and as a professional worry-er, she kept me calm. She is also very organized and remembered every detail, which was helpful for me as a bride since there were things that I forgot or just never even thought of. I have had sooo many compliments about how wonderful my wedding was and Meeka was essential to that success. She is super professional and sweet and I honestly could not have had the wonderful day I had without her and her team. She is worth every penny and I would highly recommend her to any bride. Thank you so much Meeka for everything!!

out. Leading up to the day, she made sure to check on me to see how I was doing personally. Because as we all know, planning a wedding can be stressful! We booked her as our coordinator as well, and I'm glad we did. She took care of everything! Only thing I had to worry about was getting ready and walking down the aisle. The decorations were gorgeous, felt like I was in a fairytale. I had certain issues arise that she was able to fix immediately. My bouquet didn't turn out the way I wanted, and her and her team were able to modify it to look gorgeous! I forgot my garter at home, so she made one out of lace, and it worked out perfectly! The whole day was a breeze, she calmed me down when I was getting a little overwhelmed. My wedding day turned out perfect, and I give a huge credit to Meeka and her team! Not only is she amazing at her job, she also is a good person in her heart. She is someone that you can trust with any of your events, not just weddings :)

easy to work with and had great ideas when we were in the planning stages. Highly recomend! She was fast and great communicating and very very organized.
