Lebanon Country Club

anquet manager at that time PJ Politan, who was very upbeat/organized and truly made me believe me would have a great day there. I find the country club to be beautiful, particularly the outdoor areas! The banquet room needs to be updated, as it has been the same decor for many years. During our time setting things up/leading up to our wedding day, the country club went through 3 wedding coordinators and lost their banquet manager. Things were very unorganized at times and no one bothered to email us to let us know that their wedding coordinators had quit. I found out through my Aunt, who is a member of the country club. Very poor communication and service. The third and final wedding coordinator was taken from the kitchen, where she worked for 6 years and was given the position of wedding coordinator, which she had zero experience. I could have given her the benefit of the doubt, since she did not have any experience, however she did not even respond to emails, which is completely rude, unprofessional and inexcusable. We were given a four hour open bar included in our wedding package, which was offered to us by PJ Politan. The day of the wedding, our food portions were shrunk down to tiny portions, which was attributed to the fact that we were given a 4 hour open bar. None of that was ever discussed prior to the wedding and during our food tasting, we were given a full-portion size. The size of the beef and crab cake was so tiny and quite honestly embarrassing. The Lebanon Country Club should be ashamed of themselves. Please stay very far away from them, until they figure things out!.
