We had a great experience with LED and Barbara as our driver on 10/12/24. The bus picked up bridesmaids/bride at the salon and drove us to church and then picked up the groomsmen/groom at the hotel and drove them to church. After the ceremony, the bus took the bridal party to the reception hall. So there were a lot of moving parts and everything was seamless! The bus was clean and comfy on the inside. We had the 24 person bus, with the maximum amount of people riding at around 20. It was tight with all of our stuff crammed in and a big poofy dress but it worked! I would highly recommend.

ommodating and made sure everything was planned perfectly to fit our needs, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Jim, our driver, was awesome—super friendly, professional, and made the ride comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. One important tip for future clients: if your venue has a turnaround area that isn’t visible on Google Maps aerial view—like ours, where the turnaround was technically on the property but behind us and not easily seen—you need to mention it upfront. Because of this, we had to pay for two 24-passenger buses, which made things more expensive than expected. That said, the buses were very clean, safe, and the overall experience was still great. I would recommend LED Luxury Line LLC for their professionalism, excellent communication, and reliable service.

My husband and I used this company for our wedding day in October 2023 as a transportation service for our guest. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We booked a charte...

r and a 39 passenger bus to help accommodate passengers to/from hotels to the venue. Day of the wedding. the buses did not drop guest off at the venue and did not arrive on time or at all per the agreed upon schedule. My now husband and the owner of the wedding venue received calls from the hotels as well as guest due to concerns of the shuttles not arriving for the scheduled pick up times. We attempted to contact LED Transportation while this was occurring, however no one was available or working to speak with. Due to this inconvenience, we were not able to start our wedding on time. We reached out to the company, and instead of working with us and taking ownership, the OWNER just shared "guests lie."

This company is the best! Our original wedding shuttle was not able to provide shuttle services because of COVID. They recommended LED instead. Even though we were booking somewhat...

last minute, they were able to squeeze us in, and they even honored the price we settled on with the other company. The staff is easy to communicate with, and they really went above and beyond. For example, we printed a sign for the shuttle so people would know it was for the wedding, and their staff picked up the sign and installed it so it would be ready for our event. Our driver also went back for an extra trip after our planned ending time because there were a few people who wouldn't fit in the last ride. They are a company of great people, and their shuttles are modern and beautiful. I definitely recommend them for your event.
