buffet menu allowed us to assemble a generous selection of salads, traditional BBQ items, and desserts. We especially loved the pulled pork and BBQ chicken. The drop-off staff arrived right on time to the correct location, with the food piping hot. They set up the buffet nicely, and the food was delicious and plentiful. We were even happy to eat the leftovers for a few weeks. Highly recommended!

ommodating. We wanted to do a more casual buffet-style dinner, and Brian helped us come up with an appropriate menu, which wowwed all of our guests and still came off as a more formal affair. Tremendous praise for his menu selections; get the crab cake appetizers! On site, Brian helped us figure out the table arrangements, and he was readily able to plug into both the venue management, the party rental company, and the cake company, to the point where it all felt like one cohesive team. During the reception, the Ledley team was on-point and seemed to anticipate our last minute requests. We highly recommend Ledley Food Service!

d beyond our expectations every time. They are super attentive during the whole process and very easy to work with. They are willing to work with budgets and food requests to ensure that the customer is 100% satisfied. I can't wait for our wedding to see how amazing everything is!
