Lee is absolutely fantastic! He was incredible throughout the whole process – he was clear and organized and quick to respond while we were planning, and then an absolute rock star the day-of between playing, singing, and DJ’ing. Lee was super flexible with us, allowing our grandpa and cousin to use some of his equipment to play while folks got to their seats before he took over the acoustics for the processional. He then played and DJ’d two separate spots for our cocktail hour (which we hadn’t even thought of, he was all over it), sang and played throughout dinner, and then DJ’d our dance floor. Lee is incredibly talented, and we were so impressed by his range – he had a great sense of each situation’s mood and was able to cater the music to exactly what it needed. I cannot recommend Lee highly enough. He’s not only an amazing musician, but an amazing person to work with. I know how stressful it can get choosing your partners, but I can very confidently say you can save yourself the worry. Lee will far exceed your expectations (just as he did ours). Don’t just take our word for it either, one of our bridesmaids is getting married next spring and came up to us the next day asking for Lee’s contact info because they were so impressed by him. Lee was amazing! From when we first contacted him, to wedding day, to after all the dust had settled, Lee exhibited amazing communication, an update attitude, and a sense of calm amongst the chaos. My wife and I had contacted a few local DJs when searching for the entertainment for our wedding. We got responses back and set up initial phone calls, however, most people took a few days to get back to us. And then after the initial phone call and discuss what we wanted, everyone said they’d do what we wanted but didn’t seem too interested in it. And then we ended up never hearing back from these people even after reaching out to them again. Clearly, these other DJs were not interested in doing our wedding. In comes Lee. He responded to us immediately after initial contact and we quickly set up a phone call to discuss what we were looking for. Since that first call, Lee was always upbeat and enthusiastic about our plans. He gladly accommodated our requests and gave us suggestions and guidelines all the while not pushing us to deviate from our desires. Lee played live acoustic music for all our Ceremony activities and then seamlessly switched to DJ for the Reception portion of the night. He also MC’d all the introductions and stuff. The value for money here getting 2 performers in 1 is outstanding. Lee truly shined the day of as we had a fairly strict gameplay laid out, but inevitably there were in the moment changes to that gameplay that had to be made and Lee went with the flow beautifully. Not only happily making the changes but performing them perfectly as well. Overall, we highly recommend Lee for your event. He will make sure every one of your requests is met, will carry out your plan to fruition, and will guide you along the way. If you’re looking for entertainment variety without the trouble of having to book 2 separate acts and want absolute certainty your event will go smoothly, Lee is your man! We hired Lee for our wedding on 1/7/2023. He was amazing. He was very open to whatever we were looking for to make our wedding special. He also was able to switch to DJing after the cake cutting which was great because we got a live vocalist as well as DJing. Lee even took time out of his day on a separate occasion and went out to our venue as he hadn't visited there before to see if anything extra was needed. Highly recommend!

Our perfect wedding band! My wife and I were delighted with how perfectly our experience went with Lee. Before our party, Lee arranged several phone calls as well as the occasional email to coordinate with us (& was always quick to react). The planning process was super easy and straightforward with him. He talked us through how the night would go with him as the MC and how he would lead his band. His song list covered a ton of our favorites and we were even able to review songs we didn’t prefer. Every conversation we had was relaxed, yet continually made us feel confident that we had an incredible night awaiting us. On the wedding day, Lee was a rock god and the rest of his band were phenomenal as well. The solo and duet songs he played for our ceremony were a PERFECT accompaniment to our nuptials. His MC skills and sound checking were always spot on. He even made several points to check with my wife and I if we were comfortable with the vibe and volume. When the band starting playing for dinner and the dance, we were honestly blown away. Lee truly is a world class guitar talent and his band mates were NOT second class musicians. To a crowd of mostly millennial and gen-z’ers, this band was as legit of a fit as any. No shocker here; we had a full dance floor all night! We joked about it on the night, but it wasn’t a stretch. All of the classic wedding songs sounded better from them. They featured more upbeat rhythms and tons of unique character on their cover songs. The performance was simply fantastic. On top of the magic the band made, Lee let me carry out one of my wedding dreams. Lee and I prearranged a duet together on guitars and totally serenaded my wife with a favorite Beatles song. It's a memory that will last us forever and I owe Lee a deal of credit for facilitating. I know how you feel reading these reviews as you truly never know until its party time. I can assure you that Lee will build up your confidence from the beginning if you put your trust in him. If you get the chance, make the booking. Lee Perreira exceeded my expectations! On a professional level, I was impressed from the time I reached out through the end of the evening when the wedding wrapped up. Lee was prompt to respond for booking and for any other questions I had. Let’s say I’m very specific about what I want. For example, he has an extensive list of songs that he gave me, and he was receptive when I asked to highlight the songs I wanted to hear and cross out those I didn’t want to hear. He also suggested that I create my own Spotify playlist to share with him to play while he took a break to eat. This was a great idea and allowed me to maintain the vibe I wanted. I wanted a song he hadn’t learned to play yet for my aisle song. He worked with me to include the verses I wanted for my entrance song because it had to be shorted to less than 3 minutes given it doesn’t take that long to walk down the aisle. He performed it perfectly vocally and stylistically. As a musician, I couldn’t have asked for someone who sounded and performed better. I was looking for a singer-songwriter with John Mayor in mind, and Lee was perfect. As I mentioned, I am particular, and I researched and listened to A LOT of artists and couldn’t find anyone with vocals and guitar skills like Lee. I really liked the music he writes and sings too, so I invited him to perform those as well. Not surprisingly, I wasn’t the only one who loved Lee’s performance. So many of my guests commented how much they loved Lee too. At the end of the night, he made a point to say goodbye and expressed appreciation for me which he didn’t have to do and was thoughtful. Lee IS classy, professional, and very talented. I don’t live in Phoenix, but I love to travel there, and when I return, I plan to go see Lee at one of his regular gigs. Thank you Lee!

Lee is an amazing musician and awesome human being! We used his band for our April 23, 2022 wedding and couldn't have been happier. He has an extensive song list and is very versatile. He played solo (ceremony); duet w sax (cocktail hour) and w his full band for our reception. He also provides great DJing in between sets and was adept at combining our desires for the wedding, with reading the energy of the crowd. Lee answered our questions all along the way very promptly and he really put our minds at ease because of his experience and professional (but always so, so friendly) approach. I can’t say enough good things about Lee! Our guests are still raving about him, and he has a unique aspect of both playing the guitar and singing, then transitioning to DJ at the end of the night. Also, he does a ton of work toward helping charities, which makes him a good person from the inside out. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any wedding/event!

WOW! Lee and his band was amazing. Lee started off by performing solo for our ceremony and dinner. Our guests all had such great things to say to us about his sound and vibe. His music selection felt endless and he was really able to read the room. After dinner, Lee had two of his band members join him. Katie and I, along with our guest were entertained all night. They were awesome! Prior to the wedding he was very professional and easy to deal with. Lee is amazing! Not only is he a talented musician, but he is responsive and a very philanthropic man. (Consistently raising money for Veterans) Lee played and sang for our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and doubled as a musician and DJ for the reception. He was awesome! The dance floor was full most of the night and Lee was great! We really enjoy seeing him play locally, too! Thank you, Lee for making our day/night exactly what we had hoped for!

I first heard Lee perform at a local restaurant near our house. His songs and tone was so awesome, so we went online to see if he was available. Luckily he was, and very fairly priced. Lee learned two songs for our ceremony. We felt very special on the wedding day, having live music, with the exact songs we wanted. Would absolutely hire Lee again for a future event, he is very responsive and brought all of his own equipment. Highly recommended.

Lee & his band were incredible to work with! Based on some vague ideas we gave him, he then provided a beautiful vision for our wedding and it was executed to perfection. All of our guests raved about what an incredible job he and the band did both in creating the environment we were looking for during each piece of the event, as well as the pure talent in their performances!

Lee was the most amazing wedding musician and DJ. He provided music for our ceremony, played live music for our cocktail our and dinner, and then DJ’d our reception. He was very responsive and complied with all of our requests. He was accompanied by a saxophonist who even learned “falling in love with you” to play for my mom in memory of my dad. My wedding coordinator said “I want Lee for all of my weddings,” that’s just how amazing he is. From his professionalism, talent, and overall awesome personality and presence, I can’t recommend Lee enough!! At the end of the night he even came to our bridal suite and serenaded us 1 last time with a beautiful song “Dear Papa” which meant so much with the recent loss of my father

Lee is insanely talented. He was responsive and thorough in emails and calls to make sure he got our wedding vision just right. He did a combo of live singing and DJing through out the night and it was truly magical. I highly recommend Lee Perreira.

If I could give Lee 10 stars I would. He was extremely professional but more importantly, his music was AMAZING! Such a variety and everything was played impeccably! Lee provided a vital and absolutely wonderful experience of live music to our wedding day. When reaching out to him initially, I was curious if I would be able to hear him play a song I specifically wanted for the ceremony, so he learned it in just a few weeks and we watched him live at The Vintage Arcadia prior to booking his services. He is so accommodating, kind, and extremely talented. Our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without his beautiful voice & amazing guitar skills! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Amazing amazing artist. He really made our ceremony special. Easy to work with, professional, great music. Our guests loved him. He worked with us to make a custom song for me to walk down the aisle too and I will remember it forever. He even stepped aside when he noticed the iPad with zoom had fallen and lifted it. We will absolutely be hiring him for any other events we might have.

We hired Lee to play at our small, backyard wedding in Paradise Valley, AZ. He was the perfect choice, and I cannot recommend him more highly. Throughout the whole planning process, he was lovely and communicative with us. We were spacey and all over the place leading up to the wedding, and he was patient and helped relieve some of our wedding stress. He let us know that we could plan out every song if we wanted to, or just leave it up to him. We ended up not wanting to plan too much of the music besides some of the processional and recessional songs, and we left most of the selection up to Lee, and it was perfect. He read our vibe and played accordingly. He was pleasant and kind to everyone, and he got rave reviews from not only our family, but all of the guests. A perfect event is the summation of all the little parts working together, and Lee's music and presence greatly contributed to our wedding success. To start...Lee was so professional and responsive from the very first time we reached out about his services. We were in search of someone to play music for a couple of hours on our wedding day and had seen Lee perform in the past, so we decided to reach out to him. Lee made the process so easy and cooperated with our DJ, which gave us less to worry about on our wedding day. Lee performed during our ceremony and cocktail hour. All of our guests had such great things to say about Lee and I would suggest his services to anyone. Lee Perreira was fantastic! His music was perfect for our backyard wedding. At his recommendation, we picked three songs for the actual wedding. We told him a little about the guests and asked him to tailor his music to the audience. He sounds great, brings his own equipment and puts on a splendid performance. Lee Perreira is awesome! We hired Lee for our November 2020 wedding, and he was amazing from the start and all the way thru our event. He had a great selection of songs and styles that provided the perfect back drop for our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception. We felt he truly wanted our event to be everything we dreamed, helped facilitate to make it special, and was flexible with our covid-changing plans. We stumbled upon Lee on wedding wire and went to see him live at The Vig. We were immediately taken and wanted him right away to play music at our wedding. Lee played our ceremony, cocktail and dinner music, all of the first dances and then transitioned to our DJ for the evening. He MADE our wedding, we got compliments all night from guests and multiple took his card, he is truly a phenomenal musician. Lee learned all the new songs we asked and played them perfectly. Besides making our wedding night perfect Lee is incredibly nice, professional and communicative. We truly couldn’t have been happier or more impressed. We can’t wait to see him at more gigs around the valley!!

What can we say! Lee was incredible and we will never forget how special he made our wedding day. From playing as we walked down the aisle, to custom music requests in advance, and to just a friendly personality and positive vibe that kept our party going and having a blast all night. If I could recommend one thing that is A MUST at your wedding it would be make sure you hire Lee to play live music!!! I can’t say enough good things about Lee and his talent. He was understanding and worked with our budget, he had an amazing endless song list to chose from, and even learned a few new songs that were sentimental to us. Lee did an amazing job for my husband’s 50th surprise birthday! He is a true professional and a very talented and diverse performer. His song list is huge appealing to all generations. I loved that he had a song list to choose from as well as sample performances making it easy to hire him. I was confident he would be a hit at my party due to that and he did not disappoint. We hired Lee for a private dinner party in a home for a group of 9pp. Lee was perfect! He played guitar and sang! He has such a wonderful voice! My guest loved him! We would highly recommend Lee!

I hired Lee for a corporate event and he was absolutely incredible from the moment we connected. Lee was easy to get ahold of, flexible on my budget to make sure we could work together, brought his own AV (which was MUCH cheaper than what we would have paid at the venue), made sure all our song requests were accommodated, and showed up early to ensure we were comfortable with everything onsite. He was amazing all evening and everyone loved him! He created the perfect ambiance for our event. We can't wait to use him again!
