eeing him play around the Phoenix area - one of our favorite shows was at Kazimierz. We immediately loved his musical style and voice. His soulful covers and energetic playing style made it so easy to get up and dance every time we saw him play. Lee is extraordinary whether playing solo, skillfully looping song tracks, or leading a six piece full band. Without question, when starting our wedding planning we knew we wanted to book Lee. Initially, Lee was booked on our wedding day, but we were lucky enough to get him for our welcome reception playing solo. We begged him to let us know if his booking got cancelled. Months went by and Lee remembered us - we got a call letting us know he was available for our big day. The point here is that Lee does what he says he's going to do because he's an incredible human. We were so excited, we booked Lee with a five piece band including a saxophone player - it was awesome in so many ways. We had the best experience having Lee play two days in a row and seeing him entertain each day equally impressively while keeping them separate. Because Lee is so great, he is a magnet for attracting other great musicians to play in his band. Lee has a deep network of musicians nationally and he brings that network to you when you hire him. We trusted Lee so much that we put little effort into choosing specific songs for him to play beyond a few critical moments. Lee is great at reading the room and the crowd, filling in as an MC for announcements, keeping the crowd on the dancefloor, and adjusting on the fly if needed. Lee brings all of himself to his audience. The last point I'll make is Lee is also a consummate professional who is easy to work with. I couldn't recommend him more if you're lucky enough to get him booked! It is a rare gift when you can hire someone and end up counting that person as a friend - Lee is a rare gift.

Lee was super flexible with us, allowing our grandpa and cousin to use some of his equipment to play while folks got to their seats before he took over the acoustics for the processional. He then played and DJ’d two separate spots for our cocktail hour (which we hadn’t even thought of, he was all over it), sang and played throughout dinner, and then DJ’d our dance floor. Lee is incredibly talented, and we were so impressed by his range – he had a great sense of each situation’s mood and was able to cater the music to exactly what it needed. I cannot recommend Lee highly enough. He’s not only an amazing musician, but an amazing person to work with. I know how stressful it can get choosing your partners, but I can very confidently say you can save yourself the worry. Lee will far exceed your expectations (just as he did ours). Don’t just take our word for it either, one of our bridesmaids is getting married next spring and came up to us the next day asking for Lee’s contact info because they were so impressed by him. To Lee – We can’t thank you enough! What an amazing day (not even counting all of the lead up time)! mongst the chaos. My wife and I had contacted a few local DJs when searching for the entertainment for our wedding. We got responses back and set up initial phone calls, however, most people took a few days to get back to us. And then after the initial phone call and discuss what we wanted, everyone said they’d do what we wanted but didn’t seem too interested in it. And then we ended up never hearing back from these people even after reaching out to them again. Clearly, these other DJs were not interested in doing our wedding. In comes Lee. He responded to us immediately after initial contact and we quickly set up a phone call to discuss what we were looking for. Since that first call, Lee was always upbeat and enthusiastic about our plans. He gladly accommodated our requests and gave us suggestions and guidelines all the while not pushing us to deviate from our desires. Lee played live acoustic music for all our Ceremony activities and then seamlessly switched to DJ for the Reception portion of the night. He also MC’d all the introductions and stuff. The value for money here getting 2 performers in 1 is outstanding. Lee truly shined the day of as we had a fairly strict gameplay laid out, but inevitably there were in the moment changes to that gameplay that had to be made and Lee went with the flow beautifully. Not only happily making the changes but performing them perfectly as well. Overall, we highly recommend Lee for your event. He will make sure every one of your requests is met, will carry out your plan to fruition, and will guide you along the way. If you’re looking for entertainment variety without the trouble of having to book 2 separate acts and want absolute certainty your event will go smoothly, Lee is your man! He talked us through how the night would go with him as the MC and how he would lead his band. His song list covered a ton of our favorites and we were even able to review songs we didn’t prefer. Every conversation we had was relaxed, yet continually made us feel confident that we had an incredible night awaiting us. On the wedding day, Lee was a rock god and the rest of his band were phenomenal as well. The solo and duet songs he played for our ceremony were a PERFECT accompaniment to our nuptials. His MC skills and sound checking were always spot on. He even made several points to check with my wife and I if we were comfortable with the vibe and volume. When the band starting playing for dinner and the dance, we were honestly blown away. Lee truly is a world class guitar talent and his band mates were NOT second class musicians. To a crowd of mostly millennial and gen-z’ers, this band was as legit of a fit as any. No shocker here; we had a full dance floor all night! We joked about it on the night, but it wasn’t a stretch. All of the classic wedding songs sounded better from them. They featured more upbeat rhythms and tons of unique character on their cover songs. The performance was simply fantastic. On top of the magic the band made, Lee let me carry out one of my wedding dreams. Lee and I prearranged a duet together on guitars and totally serenaded my wife with a favorite Beatles song. It's a memory that will last us forever and I owe Lee a deal of credit for facilitating. I know how you feel reading these reviews as you truly never know until its party time. I can assure you that Lee will build up your confidence from the beginning if you put your trust in him. If you get the chance, make the booking. ompt to respond for booking and for any other questions I had. Let’s say I’m very specific about what I want. For example, he has an extensive list of songs that he gave me, and he was receptive when I asked to highlight the songs I wanted to hear and cross out those I didn’t want to hear. He also suggested that I create my own Spotify playlist to share with him to play while he took a break to eat. This was a great idea and allowed me to maintain the vibe I wanted. I wanted a song he hadn’t learned to play yet for my aisle song. He worked with me to include the verses I wanted for my entrance song because it had to be shorted to less than 3 minutes given it doesn’t take that long to walk down the aisle. He performed it perfectly vocally and stylistically. As a musician, I couldn’t have asked for someone who sounded and performed better. I was looking for a singer-songwriter with John Mayor in mind, and Lee was perfect. As I mentioned, I am particular, and I researched and listened to A LOT of artists and couldn’t find anyone with vocals and guitar skills like Lee. I really liked the music he writes and sings too, so I invited him to perform those as well. Not surprisingly, I wasn’t the only one who loved Lee’s performance. So many of my guests commented how much they loved Lee too. At the end of the night, he made a point to say goodbye and expressed appreciation for me which he didn’t have to do and was thoughtful. Lee IS classy, professional, and very talented. I don’t live in Phoenix, but I love to travel there, and when I return, I plan to go see Lee at one of his regular gigs. Thank you Lee!
