ough throughout the planning process. Our wedding was on one of the hottest and most humid days of the summer this past August in Newport, RI. Although my husband and I are not from the Newport area, Danielle was extremely familiar, and was able to find the perfect locations all around the city to make the most gorgeous backdrops for photos. nd decided that she would be a great photographer for our wedding. We did an engagement shoot shortly thereafter and we LOVED all of the photos. We were not going to do an engagement session at first, but I’m so glad we did! She captured the bright colors, the greenery, and the lighting just beautifully. Danielle was also very go-with-the-flow as we walked through campus and scoped out different photo locations. Leading up to our wedding day, Danielle was very communicative, responsive to our questions, and organized. We filled out a very detailed questionnaire before our wedding day, to make sure she captured everything that we wanted, which was helpful. On the big day, Danielle showed up early to the house where we were getting ready. She got right to work while we finished up. She and her assistant were very organized – bringing with them a list of all shots that they needed to take and heading to our first look/formal portrait location a bit before us to scope out the lighting. They moved things right along – getting all shots while keeping us on time. During our couple shots, Danielle and her team kept out a good eye for photo locations and were adventurous with us as we cautiously stepped through the uneven beach rocks with 4” heels :) Throughout the rest of the afternoon and evening, they continued to go with the flow and capture our perfect day. I was so caught up in everything and they blended into everything so well that I barely remember seeing them. I am so excited and anxious to see our wedding photos (feels like a kid waiting for Christmas). I am sure they will be beautiful and will hang on our walls for the rest of our lives. One of the best aspects of this team's system is that there are lots of surveys to fill out. We only had one in person meeting and we were able to communicate exactly what we wanted to her via email and online (our choice). We had a hard time finding anyone under $3,000 (a bit high) and over $1,000 (which felt low). We were so pleased to find Danielle and to get a price that worked really well for us.

We first met Danielle in person three months before the wedding when she graciously took the time during a holiday weekend to meet with us while we were in Newport obtaining our marriage license. On our wedding day, Danielle and her second photographer were so much fun to work with. We received our final photographs sooner than expected. We honestly can't imagine having a better experience with a photographer.

One of the best parts of working with Danielle is the communication. We were never wondering when we would see photos, we knew where she was going to be at all times, and when she showed up to take photos, she went right to it. There was no delay, no wasting time, and everything was so easy! It took Danielle less than 1 month to get our photos edited and sent over to us. We just spend the morning looking at our album and reminisced about the day. We asked her to take some "funky" ones that could probably get us in trouble and she did not miss a beat. She laughed with us, was a part of the party - but also made herself inconspicuous when necessary, and I just wish I could have gotten her to enjoy a champagne toast with us! During our engagement photos it was Feb. and it was freezing outside. But even with the cold Danielle was super professional and got amazing photos. For me thats hard because I have never been one to be comfortable in front of a camera. She made the session go so natural and smooth. Pictures came out looking amazing and warm. For our bridal shower it was incredible a lot of people I know don't have great photos from their showers due to not hiring a photographer. So all they have is family member taking pictures. Which means they miss a lot of the special moments during a shower. I have a picture of me, my sister, and my mom I am so thankful for that picture. My shower was so important to me. I have professional pictures that will last a lifetime. Our Wedding I can't describe how perfect it was. It was my dream wedding we wanted a lot of high end touches but still with a intimate feeling. Danielle got those feeling across in all of our pictures. She even picked up on things that I didn't really mention like my shoes being hot pink. Any pictures that I wanted she had me tell her and she made sure to get all of those plus some that I didn't even know I would want and now i am so thankful for. Our family photo sessions before reception came out amazing. I rarely felt like I saw her during my reception but when we got the pictures back I was so impressed with her ability to capture our perfect wedding. Now its been a few years since our wedding, and having the pictures from our wedding hung in our house I don't have a single regret about my choice to hire Danielle. he day of my wedding, Danielle arrived with a huge smile on her face, ready to get to work! I should mention, my wedding was in the middle of a hurricane and it poured. I also had eleven groomsmen and ten bridesmaids that were ready to have a good time. They were all very boisterous and more excited for the dancing and drinking then formal photographs. Danielle did not miss a beat. She was able to manage our crazy crew and capture our wonderful memories. I personally was nervous that I was going to look like a hot and sweaty mess. The weather had done a number on my hair and makeup and I was nervous that my photographs would show how gross I felt. When I received the edited pictures, I was beyond pleased with how everything turned out. Danielle photographed every single moment of our big day and I am more than grateful for the amazing pictures I now have. I should also add that Danielle did a “rain day shoot” for us. It was built into our wedding package and my husband and I wanted to take advantage of such a fantastic opportunity. This time we were able to take pictures outside, just the two of us. Danielle was superb. She took her time and you could see her creative juices flowing. She directed us on where and what to do and she gave us specific pointers on how to pose. I thoroughly enjoyed this shoot because my husband and I were very relaxed and in the moment. We were not rushed to get from point A to point B, and there were not people waiting for us to finish. It was just us and Danielle. Danielle is a fantastic photographer and I would highly recommend her to any couple who is looking to capture all the special moments of their wedding day. nd basically told them to just get photos of us and everyone else having fun - and they did! We're pretty laid-back so it was great not to have to fuss too much and let them do their thing. They also paid attention to all the little details, too, and we did a lot of the decorations and details by hand so it was great to have shots of all our hard work. Getting in touch with Lefebvre Photo was very easy - e-mail or phone - and they were always very quick to respond. Plain and simple, they were easy to work with and isn't that what everyone wants?? The value of the package we purchased from Danielle was phenomenal for 2 photographers - I wish I could remember about how much but I definitely remember thinking, 'Holy crap, this includes so much!' We received around 600 photos, got 6-7 hrs from them which included a pretty pregnant Danielle at the time! Yes, folks, our photographer was a rock star. She even added an additional photographer so that they could get all the shots they could and so she could take breaks throughout the event. Honestly, I can't say enough nice things about them and hope that you seriously consider giving them a chance!

As shocking as this might be, that quick hello while I was getting my hair done was actually the first time we ever met! I lived out of state and was planning my entire providence wedding from Chicago. After a phone call with Danielle back in the fall, I knew she was someone I could trust to capture all of the happiness of our wedding day. I set up a meeting for my mom to meet with Danielle in person so I could get her perspective...my mom left the meeting just as excited about Danielle's work as I was when I had gotten off that initial phone call with her a few days prior. Danielle was easy to work with and responded quickly to my emails. The questionnaires she had me fill out prior to the wedding day really helped to ensure we didn't forget to capture any special group shots that we knew we would cherish later on. During our "formal" portraits we had so much fun. While we took some traditional group photos we also added our personality into the photos, and had quite a few laughs. After spotting a Del's lemonde truck nearby where we were taking pictures Danielle was happy to let us stop and grab a refreshing lemonade. Not only that...we turned it into a photo opportunity!! I can't wait to see how those photographs turned out! Danielle was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her for your special day. She is someone you can easily trust and feel confident about her ability to capture all of the special moments from your wedding day.

hen it was convenient for us to get to Providence and working around our schedule. She even sent me beautiful examples of her work before I booked her, which were packaged with such care and detail and showed me the pride she takes in her work. My husband and I got married in January, 2012, on the coldest (though thankfully sunny!) day of the year. I was so worried that our pictures would be dark and gloomy. Danielle knew exactly how to make the most of the indoor lighting, though, and I literally wept when I saw the stunning, bright, delicate images from our day. During the ceremony and reception, Danielle and her team captured the candids I was seeking. She heard me when I said I didn't want "posed," yet made sure we had at least a few good family shots with everyone. She not only gave me the perfect images of my winter wedding, but she was affordable and didn't leave us hanging when it came to receiving our images. The photo book that she put together for us is one of my most cherished items. I cannot recommend Danielle highly enough. If you are looking for someone who will hear you, see your vision, and capture the images that YOU want, all for a very reasonable value, she is hands down the photographer for you. (She's also an extremely kind, thoughtful person who remembers our anniversary every year and who I've stayed in touch with via Facebook for over two years now. Her packages were reasonably priced and included everything we wanted. Danielle and her assistant showed up on time and ready to go. Working with them was so easy. They got all of the pictures that we wanted and made sure to catch us for other appropriate moments, like catching the sunset. During the wedding I didn't even notice they were there, but I saw the flashes. I can't wait to see our pictures!

Shortly after our first meeting, Danielle followed up with me to book our engagement session. She is very professional and answered all of my emails in a timely manner with questions on sites for both the engagement shoot and for the wedding day, as well as listened to ideas and offered some of her own. She was very helpful, and accommodating. We met a few times to go over all the details of the day. Our engagement photos were taken in April, and they came out beautiful! She has an eye for great shots and for taking natural looking photos. I found it extremely helpful that she directed us during the photo shoot, seen as though both of us are pretty awkward in front of the camera! She made us feel comfortable and that really came through I the pictures. I had worried about getting one good photo to use as our engagement portrait, but after our session we had trouble choosing which one we liked the most! Danielle made me feel so comfortable and with in seconds my fears and nerves were gone, and my husband and I are both VERY pleased with the outcome! At the wedding Danielle had so many fun and different ideas for us to do as "formals" with our bridal party, pictures in the street, we went into a bar and all had a toast. At my house before the wedding she made sure to get every detail. My dad was outside with her while she was taking pictures of our invitations and other small details he couldn't get over how many differnt angles and pictures she took. We can't wait to see our final pictures as we know they will be fabulous! Finally we also used their photo lounge! It was the best decision we made! The pictures are hilarious. (They were all posted online 2 days after the wedding - I couldn't believe how quickly we were able to see them) Everyone commented on how much fun it was and what a great idea it was. We were able to see how much fun everyone really was having, they were all able to let go and get crazy, creative and funny. I think they are something we will always look back on and just laugh! Danielle was definietly my favorite vendor we used. She was so easy to get in touch with. And extremely easy to work with. Danielle was the best decision i made because she cares about her work and you can tell just by the shots she gets. You just couldn't ask for a better photographer!!! Thank you a million times Danielle, and I'll be scheduling my Trash the Dress session soon!!! :)

is great. She was very flexible and easy to work with throughout the whole wedding planning process, and I never had any complaints. The price also can't be beat! The package options make sure there's something for everyone, and if there's not, Danielle will work with you to customize one for your own needs. We really enjoyed working with Danielle and Lefebvre Photo, and I would highly recommend them to any couples looking for a wedding photographer (and already have)!

hen we met with her and very accommodating. She even drove far out of her way on a family visit to take our engagement photos since we had to re-schedule several times due to weather. Our engagement photos came out beautifully, she made us feel comfortable and the quality of the photos also made us feel more comfortable. We also have a lot of beautiful pictures of my husband and I alone from the wedding and beautiful photos of some guests, all the decor and while getting ready. Danielle is a talented photographer. I don't want that to get lost in this, but she isn't for everyone. The bad - That said, I think she lacks some of the qualities that a more experienced, higher priced photographer would have offered. About a month after we got the disc of the wedding photos my husband and I had a chance to really sit down and go through them. We noticed that the only photo of his family, his mom's eyes were closed and her hair blowing straight up. We noticed that some people in formal photos were posed in very unflattering ways and some of the pictures had poor lighting but were not re-taken anywhere else. We also noticed that there were only a handful of pictures of our wedding guests - grandparents and good friends were missed. There was not a single photo of the bride and maid of honor alone. While most of our photos were beautiful, the ones that weren't were really important ones. She lacked the foresight of a more experienced wedding photographer - to tell people how to stand to get the right look, know which photos would require a second take and know which photos we would want from the reception (there were only about 125 wedding guests). I would recommend going into GREAT detail when letting her know what you want. We needed someone who was going to give us more direction.

f our wedding album, she's been perfect. Her eye for detail and style of shots was what caught our eye and my husband hired her on the spot. I really have nothing negative to say about Danielle. She is always easy to talk to and get a hold of and will do anything to make your day perfect. I've never seen such beautiful pictures of myself. I'd be the first to criticize a hair out of place or a stupid smile I had, but the pictures she captures makes all that disappear. All you see is the beauty of her work. Her prices are an unbelievable value considering how amazing her product is. I would highly recommend her, and already have recommend her to several new brides-to-be.
