We had a summer wedding at Nestldown in Los Gatos. The majority of our guests were coming in from the Midwest. We decided to have them stay at Hotel Valencia on Santana Row. Loo...
king for a Rehearsal Dinner venue was tricky because we wanted a wedding party only dinner but then an after party Friday Welcome Celebration.
Left Bank was by far the BEST choice. First, their location is perfect. The look of the restaurant is perfect. They have great options for event dinners. They worked with me on how to supply 150 people alcohol for 2 hours without breaking the bank. They even put together menus, signature drinks, and all of the decorations. It was a perfect evening and I just can't thank Rayane enough. She is amazing!
My husband and I had our first date here over a cup of fondue. It was delicious and the atmosphere sweet. It was only fitting that we would have our “post-wedding” celebration here...
too. We got married in a garden semi-privately months before, but had a second celebratory, quaint but VERY LIVELY (33 guests) dinner/party in California at this restaurant. The service was spectacular, everyone was really friendly, accommodating, patient, and just overall attentive. They did everything according to the simple time-line plan I had given them... they even asked for one to ensure that everything went the right way. They let me put the table decorations on tables, and they also decorated it with table settings and glasses according to how I had asked:). Jackie, the event coordinator/manager who was so friendly and accommodating and helpful throughout the planning process--wanted my day to be just as special as we wanted it to be, which felt really nice. My parents were really pleased with her and the Left Bank as well. I can’t describe enough how perfect our event turned out to be. We had the patio space decorated with tea lights and the small Xmas tree I got that we wanted out there, and the room itself was in the Cirque room right next door and they had no problem with us using both spaces for the whole night. Everything was great. :) I would recommend this place and Jackie the coordinator 100%.
