nately, the décor delivered for my wedding did not reflect the level of work I had seen from this company prior to booking. What I received felt extremely minimal, rushed, underwhelming, and noticeably lacking in the attention to detail and creativity that is clearly demonstrated in so many of their other events. The difference was so significant that I was genuinely taken aback. What has made this experience even more troubling is that, after my wedding, I began looking more closely at the work they post and noticed what appears to be a pattern: the events they showcase for clients from backgrounds that seem culturally and ethnically closer to their own often receive an exceptional level of detail, creativity, and execution. In contrast, my experience as a client of a different cultural and ethnic background felt and very clearly reflected that I received the bare minimum.I want to be careful with my words because I cannot speak to anyone’s intentions or definitively say why this disparity occurred. However, I speak to my experience and to what I have personally observed. And based on that experience, I am left deeply concerned that my cultural, ethnic, or social background may have influenced the level of effort and care given to my wedding.That is a very difficult thing to walk away feeling after entrusting a company with such an important day. I also attempted to address my concerns directly rather than immediately going public. I reached out to the point of contact multiple times and was repeatedly assured that my concerns would be discussed with my wedding planner so that some form of rectification could be considered. Unfortunately, those conversations continued to be delayed despite assurances that they would happen.I believe every client deserves the same level of professionalism, care, creativity, and excellence regardless of their race, ethnicity, culture, or social background. If you advertise a certain standard of work and clients are paying for that standard, they should be able to reasonably expect to receive it.I hired this company because I genuinely believed in the quality of their work. That is what makes this experience so disappointing. I am not leaving this review because everything had to be perfect; I am leaving it because the difference between what I expected based on their own portfolio and what I actually received was profound. As you can see in the two photos i am posting; there are very visible signs of rushing and lack of care when it came to the very first thing my guest see when they entered the venue which is the seating chart, the material used to make the seating chart was not what i asked for and it clearly looks like old wood that was not fully painted on the sides. My oversized photos that people took pictures in front of had visible area bubbles in them indicating they were not carefully placed onto the board it was standing on. Yet when speaking with the point of contact prior to the wedding he very confidently assured me that he would provide me with beautiful work. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and reflects on whether every client is truly receiving the same standard of service and excellence that they showcase publicly.
