Legacy Stables and Events

I had my small elopement at Legacy in July of this past year, with my actual wedding postponed to a safer date. Legacy let us get married with a few close friends and family without charging us any extra, and transferred all our payments to the new date. The Legacy staff has worked with us through this whole mess, and we can't wait for our wedding this year! We especially love the Salem Stallway! It's just as pretty in person as it is in the pictures online. Will update this review after my big wedding!

Legacy is our venue for our Fall reception this year, and we cannot wait to spend our day there! We actually booked because we attended a wedding there and were so impressed! We knew immediately. It has been such a great experience to work with Legacy so far, and we are even happier now about our choice to get married there! Caitlynn, Erin, and Sondra are all so nice and welcoming every time we stop by, and are super easy to get in touch with. We wouldn't put our big day in anyone else's hands!!!

My now husband and I had our DREAM WEDDING at Legacy Stables. The venue was absolutely magical, and our event coordinator, Erin, was the best. Our original venue canceled on us 6 weeks prior to our wedding date, but Erin along with the other staff at Legacy worked with us and made sure we got our wedding back on the books! Erin was attentive throughout the evening to all the guests and as the bride and groom. we felt well taken care of. I highly recommend booking with Legacy!

They are all about the money, argumentative and RUDE! Don’t worry about the contract you sign . They will attempt to sneak addendums in, stating you are aware of double bookings (which in our case, neither bride knew anything about) causing you to have to have everything moved out of the beautiful BRIDAL HOUSE (as long as you didn’t look too close at the dirt or smell the mold) while attempting to take pre-wedding pictures of the first viewing of the bride, etc. During COVID, the venue takes no time to clean or sanitize between groups. The second group was moving in literally while the first group was still in the house. CAUSING UNACCEPTABLE stress on the brides and mothers. When hiring a wedding venue, it’s a HUGE investment for an event that brides dream of their entire life. Legacy Stables could care less about this. They are RUDE, MONEY HUNGRY, DREAM SUCKERS! You would be better off getting married at a rest area, using their public restrooms, walkways and picnic areas. Don’t book here! You will regret!!!

Let me start with Caitlynn is the best! She helped me in so many ways I can’t put it all in one review! Had my ceremony and reception all at the same location which was priority for me! Beautiful venue with so many breath taking day of photo session options! My bridal house (yes, HOUSE) was amazingly beautiful with 3 full “out of a magazine“ bathrooms. Grooms quarters were nothing short of the best bachelor pad you could offer! Excellent areas for your catering company and other vendors. Was it expensive?, kinda yes! Was it worth it?, yes yes yes a million times yes! My one and only complaint was one girl (red head) was quite rude at the end of the evening. Note: If you want to pay extra you can have a beautiful horse and buggy take you away for your send off or drop you off for your bridal entrance!!!!!!!!!!
