Legacy Travel

Our initial travel agent Terrah was not as helpful as we hoped. Her only method of communication was email and when it came close to paying she said that she didnt think we'd pay because we didnt respond. We'd ask that she call us to keep us updated on changes but that didnt happen. Since we were not able to cancel our services, we ended up working with Lori who was a bit more helpful.

We worked with Erin and she is completely wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, full package. We didn't know exactly where we wanted to go and she rolled with it. We drug our heels on decisions and she was patient with us. The option we ended up taking was perfect and she pitched it accurately and thoroughly. She checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was cool. Her office gave us a call after we got back to ensure everything went as well as we had wanted it to. We got a packing checklist from her the week before we left. And it's been a while ago now, but I believe that the owner of the agency even e-mailed us after we made our reservations to make sure we had a good experience with the agency. They were a well oiled machine and it was much appreciated. We're going back to her whenever we make a trip like this again, hands down. Everyone we communicated with at this office put a smile on our face; thank you so much!

We initially thought we would do a destination wedding which led us to Legacy Travel. Plans changed and they still assisted us with our honeymoon plans. Great service, responsive and professional. Our honeymoon was awesome.

We got exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon...a romantic beach getaway in Jamaica! Leigh-Ann was always courteous and friendly, going out of her way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. My only issue was after speaking with some other guests at the resort, I don't think we received the best price. My advice is to shop around and communicate to them what other deals are out there to see what they can do for you.
