ng and I am STILL getting compliments about the band. Kim, Spencer, ALL OF THEM, truly were the highlight of the wedding. I have never seen a dance floor so packed, all night long. There are not enough thank yous to highlight how good of a job they did. They truly exceeded our expectations. My husband and I, wish we could relive it all over again. I’ve been to a lot of weddings and no one has done it like them. Spencer absolutely rocked the house. Him and Kim are the most insanely talented duo ever.

the wedding ceremony unique and beautiful, a jazz trio for the cocktail hour provided some calm background music, but it was the full 6 piece band that made the reception one for the ages! Kim was an amazing emcee who engaged all our family and friends. The hora was off the charts, started slowly by a solo Klezmer clarinet, followed by up tempo that drove everyone into a frenzy. Out of 187 guests, there were only a few that weren't up and dancing the whole night. They have a great set list and with a bunch of Berklee-trained musicians, they can just about learn any special requests. If you need a wedding band, don't look any further! Legends of Summer will be what you need too make your wedding memorable!

Their manager Chris and their sound engineer were both very helpful and they worked with our A/V vendors and on site planners in Aruba to knock it out of the park. A few weeks before the big day we spoke with Kim - the vocalist - and she has some suggestions for song choices and run of show that really made us feel at ease prior to the wedding reception. We cannot recommend them enough for your wedding!

We booked immediately. We had the opportunity to meet Kim Cherry on the phone prior to the wedding , and the excitement again raged inside of us. Not only was she cool and professional, she was funny and got us even more pumped to rage on our wedding day ! And let me tell you, Kim Cherry and the Legends of Summer did not disappoint. From singing our processional song on the beach, to riffing mad good ballads throughout our cocktail hour, the musical background of the beginning of our wedding had already set the tone. And then came the reception, and with her powerlifting voice, rap skills and superhuman band behind her, she kicked off the first song by Beyoncé, that would have made the Queen Bee herself blush. Song after song the energy caused every single member of the 160 person wedding to dance like there was no tomorrow. All I can say is if you want to hire a band that will make your wedding the most epic of all time, then look no further than legends of summer. Then will not only be one of the best live performances you have heard but they will work with your venue and/or coordinators seamlessly and ensure that all member is the wedding are having the time of their lives. Thank you Legend of Summer fo making Lindsay and I’s wedding so unbelievable.

I cannot emphasize enough how much fun the band was, their music selection, interaction with the crowd, and overall high quality. Honestly, we wish we could get married all over again so we can keep partying to their beats! On another but equally important note, the band and their coordinator worked with us when we made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding from summer 2020 to 2021. They had the opportunity to play elsewhere on our rescheduled date (and probably make more money doing so), but they chose to play at our wedding and clearly communicated with us during the long, convoluted process. This was the happiest day of our lives, and LOS played a key part in bringing it all together. Thank you so much and we will definitely try to see you again live in Boston!

L.O.S. went above and beyond exceeding every expectation we had for our wedding day! We worked with them planning our wedding for about a year and a half through the pandemic and postponing twice. Three weeks before our wedding we did not think we would be able to have it, but out of nowhere the indoor capacity was increased and we had to rush to finalize our plans. To add to our stress, we also found out that Kim the singer could not sing inside next to her band mates. L.O.S was super accommodating and came up with a great alternative plan that adhered to the restrictions in place. Kim had to sing outside and you would have never known the difference. Her voice was just as amazing as ever and her energy got guests of every age out on the dance floor. My husband and I never left the dance floor as we did not want to risk missing a song. Everyone could tell how excited the band was to finally perform at weddings again and they truly love what they do! The band manager, Chris was extremely easy to work with, helpful, responsive, and creative when we had to come up with last minute solutions due to the singer restrictions. We would highly recommend L.O.S. to anyone who wants to have a band with incredible talent and guaranteed nonstop fun. Trust us, look no further- you will not regret booking them for your event!
