Leggenda Bridal Boutique

We had the worst experience at this store and will not be going back. My best friend had gotten in engaged in April. We had heard the best things about this store... so what did we do? We instantly made our first appointment with Leggenda for her to find her dream dress. She wasn't arriving into Miami until 3:30 so we booked the last appointment of the day at 5:00. I will be honest we were running about 5 minutes late as does everyone in Miami. However, upon our arrival - we were greeted with less than friendly salutations and an interrogation on her wedding dress. She explained that this was her first store and wasn't sure exactly what she wanted as yet...because she hadn't tried on anything. They were offended by this answer and kept reiterating that she would be unable to buy a dress if she did not know what she wanted...but every "body" is different, every dress is different.. How is a person to know what they want, if they are not afforded the opportunity to try it on. You do not purchase a car without test driving it - so why would you buy a wedding dress that you can't try on? They eventually let her try on two dresses. Just two. Luckily, we started to make headway as she realized that she liked the ball gown fit and requested to try on a few more... the attendant advised that she could only try on one more and were limiting us to three dresses alone, even though we had another 30 minutes on our appointment. They then were offended that she merely advised that her wedding would be in January but were still throwing around dates. They were appalled that she was still contemplating her budget as she had no idea what dresses costs so was still kicking the price around. Instead of educating her on designers, fits, prices.. they just scoffed and basically ran us out the door. While my friend was trying on one of three permitted dresses - one of the attendants cornered me and basically insinuated that my friend could not be getting married as she didn't have a secured date or venue and even when I answered the questions with certainty, she continued to bluntly say "SHE WILL NOT BE BUYING A DRESS TODAY". It was disgraceful. They did not only question her wedding and marriage, but they also did not compliment her once during her try-ons. It was incredibly disheartening for the bride as it left a sour taste in her mouth for her very first bridal appointment. She will now permanently remember this specific visit when she thinks of her wedding dress. Weddings are supposed to be a time of love, support and happiness. So to all future brides out there, do not let this place dull your shine or ruin your excitement for your big day. They are merely concerned by the dotted line.

Please do your research on the dresses you want to purchase before completing your purchase here. I made a deposit on a dress from this shop and was pushed into it by the sales associate stating that they only carry 2 of each design. I purchased the dress at $975 pre tax a special occasions dress for my sisters wedding and after leaving the store decided to look it up by style online and to my surprise was able to find the same dress on many other retailers for $341. I tried reaching out to the store and was told that the price is due to the area they are located in and the service they provide but a retailer in the same area has the dress priced well below half the price that they are selling it. Please please go somewhere else and always look to see if the prices match or are similar. after several emails and calls with the manager who is actually the owner, we were able to get a refund but only because we did not accept the terms of her price match. The owner was trying to silence us and did not want to allow us to put reviews on google or other websites and when we refused she decided that a refund was the best option which is what we were asking for all along. I understand there is a price for service but it's not fair for them to price gouge this way and charge well above the MSRP given to them by the designers. Edit: Even though they have updated their website to include prices they are well above the average prices online or any other boutiques. They like to cast fear of purchasing online or from any one else but the online retailers and boutiques are certified and also deal directly with the designer wich in our case was Terani. They offer the same thing all other bridal salons offer and alterations were going to be an additional 175 so not included in the super high prices that were being charged . We were made out to be the difficult customers and we’re even told that to our faces by Yanitza the owner who lied to us several times and told us she was only the manager. we just wanted to not feel like we got taken advantage of and hope this helps someone else from going through the same thing.

In preparing to purchase a wedding gown for my daughter’s wedding, I booked appointments at several stores located in Coral Gables that seemed to have beautiful dresses on their websites. At the first place we went, the dresses were fine, but my daughter just did not connect with any specific dress. The second place cancelled our appointment at the last minute due to a computer glitch. I was disappointed, but luckily, there was a third place, Leggenda. We worked with Olga. My daughter had certain ideas about how the dress should look, and Olga listened carefully and brought out some suggestions. One in particular really captured the essence of what my daughter was saying, and in addition, was extraordinarily flattering when she tried it on. When we saw it on, we knew that this was the right dress. We also worked with Olga to style the dress with a veil. We were not quite sure how we felt about veils, tiaras, and other hair ornaments, but Olga showed us various options and helped us through this decision. Once the dress in the correct size was delivered to the store, we worked with Olga and the seamstress to get everything right. It took several visits, but when it was done, it was like a dream. Because it fit so perfectly and it was so beautiful, it seemed like a couture dress. The seamstress created some internal structure and added boning to help the dress lay properly. Aside from that, she added a button to help us bustle the dress, which we found easy to use. I was very happy with our experience shopping at Leggenda and recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding dress.

Leggenda made the dress buying process a breeze! I found the perfect dress for my amazing day and was complimented on my dress throughout the night! I also bought a veil for the wedding with the help of the staff and was obsessed! I can’t wait to get our wedding photos back in a few weeks!

After visiting one other store. I decided to google more bridal stores and stumbled on this gem in Miami. Olga was my specialists d she was amazing!!!! I told her exactly what I was looking for in a bridal dress and she brought me all the option that accommodated my body type. After trying on 5 dresses, I SAID YES TO MY WEDDING DRESS ♥️. I cried out of joy and Olga was right there being compassionate and enjoying the celebration with me. The prices are fair. The dresses are made of great quality. At the end they even gift you “something new” . Thanks Olga for helping me find my forever dress.

I found my dress here with the help of Olga a few months ago and I could not say more amazing things about Olga and the time and effort she put into finding the perfect dress for me! She truly is very talented at what she does. We first discussed different styles & budget & she made sure to pull out all the dresses I had seen on the website to try on. However, the first one I tried on was one that she picked herself for me and it ended up being the dress I chose! She definitely has a gift for knowing what will work best for each bride! After trying on probably over 100 dresses, I fell in love with one of Leggenda Bridal dresses. All of the individuals who worked at the shop were super friendly, helpful, and very professional. Olga was our main contact and she took her time to make sure everything was fitted perfectly :) I could not have asked for a more beautiful dress nor a better experience. I would highly rated Leggendas Bridal Botique for future brides!

I walked into Leggenda feeling defeated as I had already been to 4 other appointments and tried on over 20 dresses and still couldn't find "the one". Olga and Angie both assured me that it was ok and that everyone has their own story about finding their dress. I think I tried on 4 dresses and but kept going back to the 1st one I tried on. These ladies were so patient with me even after leaving to "think about it". I knew deep down I had found it. They never pressured me, they never wanted to make decisions for me, they let me take my time and make up my mind on my own. And it's something I can't thank them enough for.

Loved the dress I got at Leggenda. They are very professional and nice! Loved the experience of saying yes to the dress. I recommend this place.

I found my dream wedding dress at Leggenda Bridal with the help of the lovely Olga! Not only that, but she also helped me find a beautiful veil to match, and picked a stunning mother-of-the-bride gown for my mom! Olga is incredible at what she does, and always made me feel comfortable and at ease! We had a truly wonderful experience working with the entire Leggenda team, including Consuelo, Natalia, and Lulu! I went to many bridal shops on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables and I just had to go with Leggenda Bridal! My experience was a pleasant one mostly because Natalia was extremely helpful and assisted me throughout the process of picking out a dress, determining what adjustments I wanted to make and for the fitting. I really appreciated the quality of the dresses they have available, especially for the reasonable prices they offer. They also have a variety of bridesmaid dresses and dresses for the mother of the bride/groom- very beautiful! I realize that this shop may not fit everyone's criteria but I highly recommend making a stop at this bridal shop while hunting for your perfect wedding dress- you may just find it here!

I loved Leggenda Bridal. I bought my wedding dress there last week. I was received by Olga which was very patient and she know exactly what you want and finds you the perfect dress. The store has a huge selection of dresses and everybody is very friendly. I has a great experience buying my wedding dress there. Olga made me feel as special as a bride should feel!!!

The worst. First of all, we were greeted with 'what do you want?'. I had a terrible feeling as soon as I walked in but I decided to give it a shot. I had an appointment and they did not even ask me the venue, what type of dress I was looking for, the styles I liked, etc. She just started pulling dresses for me. The dresses are so smushed together that you can't even see them on the rack. Once I started trying on the dresses, the owner could tell I wasn't happy so she started helping me. I really liked a certain dress but she told me I wouldn't be able to fit in it. I asked if I could try because all of the other gowns I tried on were that same size. Sure enough, I was able to fit into it and actually ended up loving it. I didn't end up buying it because I had such a terrible experience. Then, the owner kept pushing this dress on me that she designed after I repeatedly told her it wasn't my style. She said 'well I don't know why you don't like it.' And that's when I knew I just had to get out of there. Sorry I never write bad reviews but this place seriously ruined the whole dress shopping experience for me.

Olga my Bridal Consultant was amazing. She knew just what to show me and every dress I tried on just got better and better. I had previously gone to another bridal store in coral gables and fell in love with the first dress I tried on, and kept comparing all the other dresses to that one. My mom and best friend suggested I still go to the other appointment I had scheduled at Leggenda, and I am glad I did. When I walked in to Leggenda, Olga greeted me and we immediately broke the ice by talking a little bit about everything, my relationship with my fiance, the proposal, and of course what I was looking for in my dress. She pulled some dresses off the racks for me and took me to a dressing room. As I was trying on dresses, each one was more beautiful that the previous one. After a few dresses, Olga insisted I try on a dress that was perfect for my body type, but I was hesitant, because it wasn't the style I originally had in mind. I tried it on anyway and it blew me away! The dress was perfect. Soooo beautiful and elegant, and it fit my curves like a glove. To my surprise, the dress was under budget! The entire experience was amazing, Olga was so sweet, and I can't be happier with my dress! I highly recommend Leggenda! They make you feel like a princess from the moment you walk in the door until you step out. We celebrated with a champagne toast and they even gave me a cute pair of earrings as a gift. Ask for Olga and you will not regret it!

After a completely random day I entered the store actually looking to check out the bridesmaids dresses they had available and ended up finding my dress. Natalia was so helpful, I brought my mom to the store and we had a great experience !! Everyone was super sweet. Couldn’t believe I found my dress so effortlessly!! Highly recommend. Super under rated yet pleasantly surprised! Prob would have never gone in, but I’m SOOOO HAPPY I did!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Was not planning on coming to Leggenda , but I’m EXTREMELY HAPPY I did !!! Natalia was my consultant and she was very helpful! Very attentive to detail and professional! They have a variety of different choices. Leggenda stays consistent with modern trends. This is no cookie cutter bridal salon. With the help of Natalia I said YES to the dress !!!

The dresses in the store are absolutely beautiful, and this is the 3rd bridal shop I had gone to. When I walked in to my appointment I was nervous because I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted After going to two other places. I had my appointment with Olga and she made this a wonderful experience. She was PATIENT and understanding. She must have let me try it on about 7 dresses, and retry on the same dresses in different colors. She was able to put my vision into the perfect dress. Shopping at leggenda bridal boutique definitely made the dress shopping experience a memorable one for me and my family. I said Yes to the perfect dress 😁😁. Thank you Olga!

Rude sales and alteration ladies . No good will to do anything. Consuelo very rude!! Horrible service I was mistreated and screamed at by the alteration person I was promised 3 times to have my veil ironed, waited for 1 hour each time to get there and to have my veil the same way and had to bring it again and again The dress they have are nice but it is not worth spending so much money at this store to be treated ina rude manner

I made an appointment to see wedding dresses for the first time at two different stores in Miracle Mile (same street as Leggenda). The fist one had a great customer service. However, the dress selection was limited. After the horrible customer service and inexperience of the girls in the second store I was ready to go home, very disappointed. My mom and mother in law insisted in going in to Leggenda (so glad they did). Angie helped me very patiently and showed me a wide selection on the dress style I wanted. My dress was beautiful! I could not have asked for a better service. I was so please and happy with the staff.

After almost a year with my wedding dress, I didn't feel as comfortable and amazing as I thought I would be in the "perfect dress." I had been rushed into making a decision to buy my dress and now was having second thoughts. On a whim, a little over a month out from my wedding, I stepped into Leggenda with my mother, just in case. Without an appointment they saw me quickly and within a few minutes I was trying on a few wedding dresses. I was so scared I would find a dress I loved more than the one I had already purchased and altered....I did. I was too scared to make another rushed decision and buy a SECOND wedding dress that I decided to step away and figure out my options. Everyone was so helpful and understanding, they discussed my options with me and explained I would need to make a decision somewhat soon to ensure I would get a dress in time and be altered in time. I didn't listen. A couple of weeks later, I went in, they remembered me and pulled the dress I had loved, but the designer did not have any in my size. Leggenda in turn, offered to sell me their sample. I did it. I bought a second wedding dress and felt like a weight had been lifted. They sold me their sample, cleaned it as if it were new, and altered it just perfectly. I was thrilled and they made me feel so special, the way I hadn't felt in over 5 fittings with my other dress. I wish I would have gone to Leggenda first, avoided heartache and extra costs, and had purchased my perfect dress from them originally. I have to thank them for making my wedding day so special, helping me feel the way a bride should feel while buying a wedding dress and during her wedding. I am so grateful we stepped through their doors and that everyone in the store was so kind to me and to my mother. My dress will hold a special place in my heart and I am so happy with the way I looked, my groom felt the same!!

I found my dream dress at Leggenda Bridal! Angie was very attentive and determined to find me the perfect wedding gown, which she did! Great selection. Moderate customer service. My mother bought her dress there. They were helpful but did not go above and beyond the call of duty. The pricing is a little high for me but my mother's dress was absolutely stunning so it was worth it.

Leggenda Bridal was recommended to me by my sister in law & her sister in law who had both gotten their wedding gowns here within the past year. When I first went to Leggenda, I was a walk in and they help me out immediately with no issue. Angie was my consultant and she went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I had come in with a specific dress in mind, and she informed me that it hadn't come in yet, but they had some similar dresses in stock that I could try on. Each one was gorgeous. They called me a week or 2 later to let me know the dress I originally wanted had come in. I was beyond excited when they brought me the gown I had wanted and made "saying yes to the dress" a very exciting moment! I highly recommend them for your bridal experience. The ambiance and elegance in this salon is like no other! Thank you to Angie and the rest of the team for making this moment of me picking my wedding dress an incredible and memorable one!

I had the best experience at Leggenda. This was my first and only stop for my wedding dress. I didn't need to go anywhere else. I found a unique and beautiful dress that I couldn't find anywhere else, with a great pricetag too. Angie made the whole experience so wonderful. She was so nice, helpful, and patient. Also, I needed my dress to be altered quickly and they made it happen. The whole experience was so great and stress-free. I'll never forget it! Thanks Angie!!!

I worked with Angie from the minute I walked in to the minute I got left my last fitting. Even all of my bridesmaids worked with her and we have no complaints whatsoever. Everyone in the store was really helpful but Angie made sure my wedding party and myself were all put together. Especially since not all of my bridesmaids were in the same city and state. I loved working Angie and the ladies of Leggenda. I would certainly recommend them to other brides.

In this boutique I found the best white dress I have ever seen for mi 15th birthday debut, and I went to at least 15 stores, just saying. They have good service and they are very happy to help you find the best dress you want. Angie is the best, she helped me, she was very patient y gave me the best dress and plenty advice, if you go, I recommend you ask for her

After going to several stores I started to talk myself out of finding my "dream wedding dress". As I was beginning to lose hope, we walked into Leggenda Bridal where we found the best selection of wedding dresses by far!! Their dresses are amazing, the store is beautiful and the service was excellent which lead to an amazing experience. Great quality dresses for a very fair price! Horrible customer service. Overbooked appointments, sales lady requesting dress you have on for other "bride to be" while still on you and opening your fitting room? Also, expecting you to buy a dress without disclosing who the designer is?? Expecting customers to drop thousands without telling you some CRUCIAL details to a dress is a bit shady to me!!!

I said YES to my dream dress. Thanks to Angie's patience and great attitude, she made the process stress free and actually a lot of fun! Searching for the perfect dress, can be a little intimidating. Angie and her team welcomed us into the store with open arms like if we were walking into their own closet to try on clothes. She treated our visits like if we have known each other for years when we had in fact just met. I can't wait to go back in 6 months for my first fitting. Thank you again, Angie, for making the process just a little more exciting and memorable. You're awesome!

You know the show Say Yes to the Dress? Leggenda Bridal is Miami's own version of Kleinfeld's. I went into the shop with my mother and future mother-in-law, and she remembered my mother-in-law from 14 years ago, when she bought a dress for her own daughter. I showed them many pictures of what I wanted, although I had no idea if it would actually look good on me. They heard my price range, went to the rack, and pulled out the absolutely perfect dress. Although I went to several other stores and tried on probably 50 other dresses, Leggenda had nailed it on the first try. They were wonderful people, and absolutely a pleasure to work with. They worked flawlessly with me moving up the date due to a last-minute venue change, and had my dress ahead of schedule. You may hit many shops in South Florida, but be sure to give Leggenda the shot to find you the perfect gorgeous dress.

I bought my wedding dress here as well as the dress i used for my sisters wedding when i was the maid of honor. They have amazing dresses for everyones budget and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

My exprerience with Leggenda Bridals was negative to say the least. I ordered 6 dresses from their store back in March of 2013, all but one of the girls tried on the dresses in the store, they had a size 2 and a size 6 of the style I wanted. picked up the dresses for all of my bridesmaids on 9/16/13, I did not bring any of them with me since 3 of them live in NY and the other 3 live about an hour away. This was a mistake, upon delivering the dresses to all the girls we came to find out that of the 6 ordered only 1 of them fit. I called the store and spoke with a woman who said she was the manager, Yanitza. She gave me every reason in the book on why this was our fault and took no accountability for the issues. She suggested that all of these woman had gained weight. If it had been one dress that didn't fit I would say that is a reasonable suggestion, but to have 5 dresses all come in and fit completely different than the sample they had tried on in the store is ludicrous. Yanitza stated that they all must have ordered the wrong sizes for themselves, which I would then ask, isnt it their job to make sure we order the correct sizes??, they all tried on the 2 in the store and the 2 fit them - why would anyone purposely order a size that wasn't correct?? Its not our job to size ourselves and decide whats appropriate, the girls at the store that were helping us (Yanitza being one of them) told us the sample was a 2 and as a result the dresses were ordered in a 2. My feeling is that the dress in the store was not a 2, I think it was a 4 or a 6 and we were misinformed, when I told this to Yanitza she said that its your fault because you asked for a 2 and we didn't tell you to choose a 2. Basically she accepted no responsibility and blamed the consumer for the error. If this was one dress I would understand- but this is 5 dresses. When I spoke with Yanitza I asked if she was still not willing to exchange or refund the dresses. I advised her I was going to pursue this in small claims court, to which she said "I don't know if you are religious, but you really don't want this bad energy surrounding your wedding I wouldn't do that" this was beyond inappropriate to say to a customer, I don't believe anyone's religion, race or beliefs should be brought up. I am very thankful that my dress was purchased from a high end boutique and not this type of store. (After researching I also found that they mark up the prices of their dresses significantly and that it is easy to find the brands they sell at a lower price somewhere else FYI) I said to Yanitza that I know she is the owner and if she wanted to she could authorize a refund, she told me she is not the owner that it is a corporation, I asked for the corporate address and phone number to which she replied she cannot help me. I hope that once I follow through with my lawyer I am able to have my money refunded but it's not about the money at this point, it's about the principle. I hope that this information helps other people by keeping them away from this store. Yanitza is condescending and not someone I would ever recommend to do business with.

I decided to get my bridesmaids dresses from here and at first everything was ok. The lady who helped us told the bridesmaid that they can put a $50 deposit on the dresses so they can be ordered. When they went to the store to put the deposits they were told they had to pay $100 each. When they were measured they tried on a size 10 sample dress which perfectly fit 3 of the girls and was a little right on 1. The lady ordered them 3 in the size 10 and one size 12. When the dresses arrived not one fit the girls! The ones that were size 10 fit into the 12 and the one that was a 12 needed a 14. All they wanted was for the girls to have to get their dresses altered and pay $50 more than the $215 they had already paid. They had amazing dresses but we had a bad experience with them.

Althought i didnt buy my dress here I think they have a lot a beautiful choices for brides.

B+ I LOVED MY DRESS; however i must say that i should of shopped around more for a better price; Leggenda has beautiful dresses, but in my opinion they are a bit over priced. If you're a bargain shopper like me..if you find a dress you love there..shop around to see if u can get it a lower price somewhere else. The staff there barely speaks english..so bring a dose of patience if you're not bilingual. Overall service was okay..my dress was A+ but i think their services and dresses are pricey.

I bought a beautiful dress. The sales associate that helped me did a woonderful job. After I bought the dress there was a lack of communication on the arrival of the dress and payment verifications.
