Leigh & Co. came to life after Brianne, the owner, needed a wedding coordinator on her day. She loved planning on her own, but needed someone to take her plans and execute. Well… it seemed like an impossible task. Most planners wanted her to hire them as a full service planner, which is not what she needed. And, those that offered day-of coordination were so bare bones that she didn’t feel any support. Then launched Leigh & Co – a truly unique approach when it comes to day of coordination. We hired Leigh & Co. just a few months before our wedding, and from that point on we knew we were in great hands. and worth every penny. They know what you're looking for, and what you need, better than you do. Our coordinator Rae was invaluable, we hired her just a few months before the big day and we were in great hands. She took so much off of our plates—and I'm sure there was much more coordinating that took place that I wasn't even aware of. The amount of communicating and circling-back with all the wedding vendors becomes a huge chore as the wedding approaches and thanks to Rae, our wedding day went off without any issues. If anything did go wrong, I never found out about it. The day came together beautifully and we didn't have to orchestrate anything; we simply enjoyed the day with friends and family. Rae went above and beyond for us, we're so grateful. She was a calming presence as well, I felt that things were smooth sailing. All the details and decorations came out even better than I had imagined, and nothing was missed. I kept looking around at my reception in awe; it all came together! The Leigh & Co team understands what couples need from planners and day-of coordinators; they're pros, and they take care of everything behind the scenes so you can relax and take it all in. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I created and shared a detailed planning binder containing our timeline, vendor contacts, décor instructions, emergency contacts, and contingency plans. During our final planning meeting, we reviewed it together, and I was left with the expectation that it would serve as the primary resource throughout the day. Instead, I was repeatedly asked questions that were already answered in the materials we had provided. Rather than feeling supported, I found myself making logistical decisions throughout the reception—exactly what we had hired a day-of coordinator to prevent. What was most disappointing was that tension between our coordinator and the venue became apparent before and during our wedding day. As the couple, we should never have been aware of disagreements between vendors, yet we were. Those interactions created unnecessary stress during what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives. After the wedding, we reached out privately to Leigh & Co. with detailed feedback and documentation in hopes of reaching a resolution. While the owner responded thoughtfully and took the time to review our concerns, the company ultimately concluded that no aspect of the service had fallen short and declined any accommodation. We respect that they reviewed the matter, but we remain disappointed that our experience was dismissed so completely. Every wedding is different, and others may have had positive experiences with Leigh & Co. However, based on our experience, we cannot recommend Tina or Leigh & Co as a day-of coordinator. We hired a coordinator to reduce stress and manage the day independently. Unfortunately, our experience had the opposite effect.

While we respect that your experience was not what you had hoped for, we did not find evidence supporting the conclusion that our coordinator failed to provide any day-of coordination services. We also want to correct the statement that your concerns were "dismissed." That is simply not accurate. Your feedback was thoroughly investigated, and we provided a detailed response explaining our findings. The fact that we reached a different conclusion after reviewing the available information does not mean your concerns were ignored. We understand that emotions can run high following such an important event, but we also believe it's important that future couples have an accurate representation of what occurred. We stand behind the services provided and the professionalism of our team.

helped to pull everything together with details we would not have thought of in terms of executing the day of, and helped things run smoothly. Karissa put in extra work with no assistant to transport flowers and programs to the church by herself, and made sure that all of the decor that belonged to us made it back to us the next morning. She also helped us a lot during the reception by making sure we had everything needed and clarifying something with the DJ so that we could celebrate with our guests. Thank you Karissa!!

d off a near-perfect day. Without her, I don’t think everything could have come together the way it did. She went above and beyond what I even thought her services included: wrangling our dog, organizing golf carts, helping me get dressed and bustle my gown, mailing my bouquet for preservation, and even calmly handling a rowdy, overly-served guest. She also took care of my emotional needs, intuitively knowing when to give me space and when to gently step in or ask others to. That kind of presence was invaluable. And all of this was on top of her standard duties—running a smooth ceremony, liaising with our many vendors (all with complicated schedules), and even showing up at our welcome party to help. I’m sure she solved a million more problems behind the scenes that I’ll never even know about. The best part was how she anticipated my needs before I even realized I had them. Our entire event was onsite, and Megan somehow managed to be everywhere at once—keeping everything on track while making sure I could relax and soak it all in. On the day of the wedding, she had everything handled -- our day was absolutely PERFECT, I was able to completely turn my brain off and just enjoy my day, while I knew I could trust that she had things handled.
