Rachel was very thorough and detailed when going through the plan for our day, covering a lot of things that we hadn’t thought of, and creating a timeline that worked for the kind of day we wanted. In person, she had a relaxed and friendly manner that put us at ease. Our day-of coordination service is designed for couples who are excited to plan their own wedding, but want an experienced professional to step in, build the timeline, and expertly execute everything when the wedding day arrives. Leigh & Co. was created for exactly that reason. When our founder, Brianne, was planning her own wedding, she loved the planning process and didn't need a full-service wedding planner. What she did need was someone she could confidently hand everything over to when the big day arrived. Finding that person proved surprisingly difficult. Most planners wanted to take over the entire planning process, while traditional "day-of coordination" options offered very little support before the wedding. So we created the service she wished she could have hired. Our approach to Wedding Day Management gives couples the freedom to plan their wedding while providing the structure, resources, and professional execution they need to actually enjoy it. Long before your wedding day, we'll help prepare you for a smooth handoff through our detailed planning questionnaires, planning guides and custom software. Our process is intentionally designed to help uncover the little details that are easy to overlook and make sure we're prepared to execute the day you've spent months planning. As your wedding approaches, we take the plans you've created and turn them into a detailed wedding-day timeline. You'll meet with your Lead Planner for a Final Details Meeting to walk through your wedding from beginning to end, confirm the logistics, and make sure we're ready to take it from there. Then, on your wedding day, you stop planning and we start executing. Your Lead Planner manages the timeline, coordinates with your vendor team, keeps the day moving, troubleshoots behind the scenes, and serves as the point person for the logistics you've already put into place. Instead of answering questions, checking the clock, or wondering what needs to happen next, you get to be present with the people you love. And if you're looking for more support, Leigh & Co. also offers Partial Planning, Planning & Design, and Full-Service Planning options. Whether you want to plan your wedding yourself and hand us the reins when the day arrives, or have our team guide you from the very beginning, we offer a level of support designed to meet you where you are. We found that it was really helpful to uncover the "unknown unknowns" as she essentially went through all the stuff that we had previously planned, then she highlighted (and helped us close) the remaining gaps. She was also there for our rehearsal the day before and got everybody in line and feeling good about the wedding day schedule and timeline. On the day of the wedding, she and her assistant Elizabeth set up the decorations, kept the timing on track, managed all the vendors, guided the guests to the right place, helped me bustle my dress, and probably fifty other things I didn't even notice! leading up to the wedding as stress free as the last 90 days can be. We did a walkthrough of the venue before we started any last minute planning, she got our full vision and she made a full timeline of when vendors would be showing up to set up and then a separate timeline for friends and family in the wedding, just a few of the things she did for us. On the day of the wedding, I didn’t have an ounce of stress and that is because of Caitlin. I knew we were in good hands and if anything did go wrong she had it figured out and it never got back to me (to this day I still don’t know if anything went wrong on the day of). I couldn’t recommend Leigh&Co more, especially Caitlin!

guess they threaten with a lawsuit if you post a bad experience with them in hopes of getting the review taken down. We had booked them almost 12 weeks out of our wedding. They changed our coordinator 4~5 weeks out and we had a planning call. After this, they changed our coordinator again 1 week out of the wedding. At this point, they did refund us. But we had to do 2 hour planning calls twice to brief this new coordinator 5 days before our wedding. Since this was last minute, there were a lot of discrepancies on the day of. Overall very unprofessional, stressful and unorganized.

We maintain detailed documentation and correspondence and are happy to share this information with any prospective clients who may have questions or concerns. We’d also like to provide important context: the planner assigned to your event was changed shortly before the wedding due to an unforeseen emergency. Despite this last-minute adjustment, full on-site coordination was still provided, and our team fulfilled — and exceeded — the terms of our contract. Additionally, although services were rendered in full, we issued a 100% refund as a gesture of goodwill after dissatisfaction was expressed. From our end, this matter was fully resolved with care, professionalism, and transparency. We are confident in the quality of our work and will let our many other reviews speak for themselves, as the overwhelming majority of our clients have been extremely satisfied with our services. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked!
