Leigh has repeatedly tried to have our review removed instead of responding or rectifying what remains a painful memory of our wedding day. I wish we had hired someone else to document what was otherwise an amazing day. We'll never be able to re-capture everything that was missed, or be able to shake the feeling of how she treated us. Those moments are gone forever. Leigh was our wedding photographer. Although she assured us of her professionalism in our consultations, when it came to our wedding itself, she was not the photographer we expected. She was in Italy less than 48 hours before our wedding for a client she prioritized over us, and came to our wedding seemingly jet-lagged and irritable. She fought with the groom (who is peaceful and sweet!), and *several* of our guests said she snapped at them. She took ONE photo of my family. She took ONE photo of my dad giving his speech. One. Half our wedding is photographed with a bizarre fish eye lens at odd and jilted angles. She refused to take photos at the beach -- even though our wedding was right over the water -- so many of our photos are inexplicably in front of a restaurant. Her photographs were not the quality of the work we saw on her site. And they were not delivered within the promised time frame. It seems like she had such a great time in Italy that she just didn't have it in her to care about another client, and that was completely heartbreaking to us since we spent the majority of our wedding budget on hiring her. At no point did she show us that our happiness was a priority to her. I still find it hard to believe what she delivered to us, expecting us to be happy with it. She has never acknowledged her behavior or the lack of quality she delivered to us, but she has disputed our reviews to have them removed several times. Today, in the year 2017, this review was flagged again - this time for using "her full name" which is also the name of her company. Manipulative and immature.
