Leise's photographs are amazing and working with her was a pleasure. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Any time we had a question she had the answer ready before we asked. The "Get to Know You" session was a great way to get to know each other and practice working with a photographer. On the day of our wedding, she was so helpful in getting everyone organized. Our formal photos took no time at all - she directed everyone efficiently and checked in with us throughout the reception. The photos we received are beautiful. From formal, to informal, to candids, every single photograph is great. We highly recommend Leise as a wedding photographer.

Leise was the perfect fit for our wedding photographer. She has a great personality, she’s fun and empathetic. She also takes excellent photos. While I contacted many wedding photographers via email, Leise was the only one we met with and was absolutely the right choice. She was the only photographer whose perspective, quality of work and pricing met our criteria. I really liked that Leise included an engagement or getting to know you session with all her packages. We definitely needed it. Firstly, my husband and I did not have many photos together before getting married. Secondly, it was very helpful for getting more comfortable with being photographed in this manner. Leise was fantastic to work with! We knew choosing a photographer was going to be a challenge for us, not because we had particularly challenging photo style in mind, but because we had a wedding full of people who are notably and unashamedly camera-shy. While the quality of the work was in course important, finding a photographer who really got us, understood this challenge and had a great energy and knew how to deal with tricky subjects was actually the most important thing. Leise was that photographer, hands-down. She listened to what we had in mind and delivered in spades. We wanted to see all the moments we'd miss during the day, just by the nature of not being able to be everywhere at once—it's like she cloned herself on that day and captured every last candid moment. Enjoying our photos (which were delivered blazingly fast just a month after the ceremony—I know friend who waited six months to see theirs from other photographers) was like reliving the best parts of the day from a whole new angle. She got photos of people (smiling too!) who I have never seen in front of a camera, let alone looking like they were enjoying it. If this kind of great chemistry and flow is important to you for your big day, Leise would be a perfect fit for you—she definitely was for us.

When you are looking for a wedding photographer, everyone tells you it is about "fit and feel" sort of like finding a soul mate. That seemed ridiculous to me, and yet... When you are smiling endless and fake laughing for hours, it helps to feel really relaxed and trust the photographer to not make you look ridiculous. Well, Leise was our perfect fit. From the moment we met her, something about her demeanor, sense of humor and no-nonsense approach to wedding photography just captured my fiancee and I immediately. She was able to make even my mother - who HATES being photographed - feel at ease. As a result, she captured some really beautiful and rare photos of my mom. Thank you Leise! We love our photos (over 700!) and, of course, had such a hard time choosing for the albums. But, you get all the photos on a USB drive. We plan to print quite a few that didn't make it into the albums. The getting to know session was super helpful to get comfortable with her. On the day of the wedding, she and her second photographer were so efficient and seemed to be everywhere they needed to be but without being in the way! It was quite incredible, actually. I barely remember seeing her and yet, from the photos, she obviously captured it all! Amazing. Also, her rate is incredibly reasonable for Boston. You can have wonderful photos from a professional without doubling the cost of your wedding!

You want Leise to be your Photographer! She is absolutely amazing! We hired Leise to do our wedding and are so happy we did. We were supposed to do a few shots before, but getting ready took longer than expected, so we couldn't do photos before. Leise rolled with it and still managed to get all the photos we wanted in much less time than I expected. She was great with corralling our big families and obnoxious friends and got each shot quickly, so we could enjoy the night. She served as photographer/wedding planner making sure everything got done. She was very nice, professional, awesome awesome awesome! I know the shots will be just perfect! I cannot wait to see them. We will hire her again if we need a photographer and you should hire her too!

Having Leise as our photographer contributed so much to our incredibly happy experience of our wedding. Most importantly of course, she is an amazing photographer and she captured moments that look in photos exactly the way they felt in the moment. Also invaluable are the extra contributions that come from her willingness to share all sorts of wedding wisdom. She is the ideal photographer AND planner, advisor, and friend to have beside you on your wedding day! Our lengthy search for a photographer concluded as soon as we met Leise for coffee. We felt instantly comfortable and connected with her. My husband and I are infamous for being awkward in front of a camera, so our priorities included finding a photographer who could increase our comfort, provide some good coaching, and focus more on natural moments than poses. The getting-to-know-you shoot proved that Leise can make anyone smile naturally - we arrived so nervous and ended up laughing and enjoying our way through the entire shoot. We left feeling ready to tackle wedding day photos with ease and confidence. Leise encouraged us to ask her any wedding planning questions, even if not directly photography related, as she has a wealth of experience (and as she pointed out, a professional investment in the day running smoothly, as a great wedding leads to happy guests, which makes for the best pictures!). She steered us right with all of our questions. On the wedding day itself, she and her second shooter, Danielle, were fantastic at keeping everyone calm, taking care of anything they noticed needed doing, and helping us manage the timeline of the day. Leise understood exactly what we were looking for, followed through with all plans, and produced photos that are just gorgeous. We have spent many hours just reveling in the photos and reliving the happiest day of our life through them! We are so thankful to Leise for all of her help and beautiful work, and cannot recommend her highly enough.

One of the best decisions my husband and I made when planning our wedding was hiring Leise as our photographer. Her rates are extremely affordable, and she's flexible about payment plans, which meant we were able to afford a better package than we'd originally budgeted for. Our engagement photo session was included with the price of the wedding photography, and it was a really great way for us to get to know Leise and her style, and for us to get more comfortable in front of the camera (very very very necessary for us!). The day of the wedding, Leise was a ninja. There are photos that she took where we have NO memory of her being anywhere around us. The candids are exactly what you might imagine when you're imagining perfect wedding day candid photos; she really captured the spirit of the whole wedding. The way that Leise worked with us and our families was really perfect. She was able to take control of two very large, rowdy families and get photos done quickly and efficiently, but she was so friendly and fun about it that everyone was genuinely smiling and laughing the whole time. We got endless compliments during the reception itself, before anyone had seen a single photograph, on how amazing Leise was. My grandmother even took me aside and said we should hire her for more family events (which ended up happening; she's photographing another family wedding this month). The finished photos are absolutely lovely, and it's not every day that two non-photogenic people are excited to hang up photos of themselves in their home.

I truly can't say enough wonderful things about Leise. Working with her throughout the entire wedding planning process was such a gift! Not only was she transparent, professional, and practical, but she delivered absolutely stunning wedding photos. In the months of planning, she answered all of my questions/concerns within a timely manner, and gave us great advice/recommendations for other vendors. Having Leise by my side on my wedding day was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. She calmed me down from the minute she walked into the room. I would recommend her in a heartbeat for your wedding.

I can not say enough great things about Leise. She is warm, welcoming, and has a wonderful charisma. She immediately put my mind at ease about the photography for our wedding and provided helpful documents to make the photo planning very simple. She worked hard to ensure all our requested shots were taken and had unique ideas for photo opportunities. We received so many compliments on our photos and the wonderful slideshow that she made for us to share with friends and family. It will be very hard to pick which photos to choose for our books! I narrowed down my search for a photographer to five professionals, and Leise Jones came out on top. Her website appealed to me first, demonstrating a wide variety of experience and a nice range from informal to formal. In person Leise was warm and professional; in talking with her I realized that I'd prefer a female photographer for photographs to be taken of my bridesmaids and me getting ready for the wedding. Leise was unobtrusive and put everyone at ease. (After the wedding several guests commented on her in particular. They really liked her!) Leise captured many warm, happy moments and put together a fantastic slide show of the highlights. I recommend without reservation. She was wonderful!
