“You get what you pay for.” He told me we weren’t just paying for a venue—we were paying for an experience. We were paying for a memory. We were paying for a weekend that our family would remember for years to come.
He wasn’t wrong.
My daughter’s Sweet 16 wasn’t an average Sweet 16. It was a dream. A fairytale. A dream come true.
My husband and I stayed in the mansion while our family stayed in the cabins. The kids had campfires and made s’mores on both Friday and Saturday nights. They soaked in the jacuzzi, played pool, and worked up a sweat in the sauna. They laughed, giggled, played on the lake, and simply had the time of their lives. It wasn’t just a party—it was an entire weekend filled with moments that we will talk about for years to come.
And then came Saturday, the day of the party. The staff was absolutely amazing. They took me up and down the hill in the golf cart, helped me carry things before and after the celebration, and treated every one of my guests—young and old—with kindness, respect, and a smile.
Natalie, the woman in charge, is truly a beautiful person inside and out. Every time I called, whether she was working or not, she was always polite, pleasant, patient, and helpful. She went above and beyond, and because of her and the incredible staff, this experience became something I will never forget.
This place is beyond amazing. The property itself is breathtaking, but it’s the people who work here who truly make it special. Together, they are dream makers.
While you’re there, you almost feel like you have to pinch yourself to make sure you’re not dreaming. And the funny thing is—you really are. For that weekend, they create a little world where you can escape, celebrate, laugh, relax, and make memories with the people you love most.

ere gems! First, the venue itself... BREATHTAKING!! The view, the mansion, the cabins and the event space itself is more then you could ask for. Secondly, there was no lack of communication. If I had a question (which I had many lol) it was answered in a timely manner. If I needed pictures of things since I live 3 hours away Natalie and Veronica made sure I had them. Any problems that arose were able to be solved, it truly was a great experience for me on the professional side of things. Lastly, when speaking with guests, they too gave such incredible feedback which was well deserved. I highly recommend LL for your next event.

The setting is absolutely breathtaking. The lake, the trees, and the perfectly maintained grounds created the most romantic and peaceful backdrop. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything looked, especially during sunset — it felt like a scene from a movie.
The staff deserves their own five stars. They were warm, organized, and so genuinely caring. Any question or concern we had — big or small — they handled immediately and with a smile. On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly. I never once felt stressed, because the team was always one step ahead.
The ceremony and reception spaces were flawless. We loved how versatile the venue was — elegant, but still natural and inviting. The décor options, layout, and lighting made it easy to personalize everything exactly how we envisioned. Our photos turned out stunning thanks to the gorgeous scenery everywhere you look.
Our guests had a fantastic time. Many told us it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever attended, and we truly believe the venue played a huge part in that.
