Tanja is an attorney who has led business development for numerous European law firms and brings a high degree of professionalism to the brand. Together, the Mannheims infuse their catering company with their values for good food and bettering their community. Lemons & Olives serves gourmet dishes that will delight food lovers. Hors d'oeuvres include delicacies such as smoked trout rillette, porchetti and broccoli rabe, and preserved lemon ricotta and appetizers of prasini salad and fritto misto.
