Lenisse Komatsu Photography

I am not sure where to start on how incredible Lenisse and her team are. I give Lenisse 5 stars without any hesitation! She was the photographer that my daughter and I chose for our June 8 destination wedding in Miami Beach. My daughter has been a high fashion model for 11 years and of course has a very keen eye for photography. She looked through the photographers that I had narrowed it down to and told me hands down "She (Lenisse) is your photographer for you wedding! You better hope she is available!". From the minute I reached out to her she was a gem. She was ready to jump on an introduction call with me and I felt like I had known her for years! She is so sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. She communicated clearly and promptly any time I had a question. I filled out her questionnaire which gave her a great idea of my wedding vision. Because she is a well-known Wedding Photographer, she had of course worked with many of the wedding vendors that I had chosen. She was familiar with my wedding venue, the Miami Beach Botanical Gardens, because she has shot weddings there before and knew Maurice who manages the garden. This certainly gave me an even greater sense of piece as I was planning. I am 54 years old, so not the typical young bride that most photographers are used to shooting. Even though we are older I wanted the photographs of our wedding at the magical garden to capture our love for one another and the special day with our close family and friends. From the minute Lenisse, Demetrius, and Sid walked into our hotel rooms we were so impressed with their direction and creativity. I was nervous about not knowing where to look and how to pose. Lenisse made me feel like a top model. I felt so beautiful and she gave me careful direction for each shot. It was really fun and my bridesmaids and I just loved our robe shots and popping the champagne! I will say that I started out with the package that was Lenisse only. She then explained how the second photographer could be with the guys while they were getting ready to get some awesome shots. Also, during the wedding the second photographer is able to capture other shots from different angles and help her capture even more great memories. I upgraded my package immediately and it wasn't that much more of a cost at all. I am so happy I did! Also, at the last minute I thought I would (out of curiosity) see if one of her videographers might be available. I go back to our age and thought, the photos are enough, we don't need a video. It just so happened that one of her videographers was available. I didn't want any regrets, so I booked him! I am so happy I made the decision to have Sid there as well. When Lenisse sent our video teaser I was blown away and cried. Just the short teaser captured SO much! The look on my fiancé's face and the tears in his eyes when he saw my son walking me down the aisle was so special. I am so happy with not only the video teaser but also the photo teaser. We all look fabulous, and all the smiles and happiness of the day were captured! I also want to note that I had the photo and video teasers within just a few days. We had both before we even flew back home to Indiana. If you choose Lenisse to capture your special day you will not regret it!
