Overall we were very pleased with this vendor in terms of understanding our requirements, her professionalism and communication and her amicable personality. She made the time and ...
effort to listen to what we had to say regarding the decorations and arrangements ( ours was not a wedding, rather post wedding celebrations which required a different kind of decor in a different setting) for our event. She was very accommodating in that she had the arrive at 6:30!AM to get the set up ready and she delivered.
We do like to give her some feedback about the tent rental - we felt she would be better off selecting a better vendor in the future. The tent was sloppy and not professional compared to her other services. The vendor came very late and very a bit clumsy
Jane did a great job with the flowers, table settings, flower decor, etc. our guests were very appreciative of the set up. Further she kept us informed of every step and most importantly she was always available to talk with us to settle any concerns we had.
We hired Lennon & Jane for a private birthday event and could not be happier with the services received. From start to finish working with Z was a breeze. Z was incredibly organize...
d and efficient, as well as timely with her email replies. She took time to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Our design was executed to perfection and Z worked tirelessly to ensure we were nothing but happy. Everyone raved about how beautiful everything looked and the guests of honor were blown away by how incredible every detail was. Highly recommend!
