ir service and offerings! We looked into 2 of the vendors and chose Lenox Hill after meeting with Dennis. Working with Dennis and his team was wonderful. Neither my husband or I know a lot about flowers and wanted something simple but tasteful without going overboard for our wedding. The team at Lenox hill put together beautiful centerpieces, wonderful outdoor venue lighting, a wedding bouquet and boutonnières that looked stunning, and all within our budget. They made sure we had guidance on what type of outdoor lighting was needed at the boathouse and flowers that would be in season. Dennis really listened to our desires without overselling the product. We would recommend them to any couple looking for floral arrangements within NYC.

Not only did he provide flowers, but he basically decorated our entire reception, and asked about every detail - the cake, the welcome sign, our escort card display - in order to find the proper placement for flowers, lanterns, and candles. He was on time with the bouquets, and even helped us with decisions for seating arrangements. He was a joy to work with and we could not have been happier with our flowers and decor at our reception!

I knew we would be in great hands and he surpassed expectations. Dennis was such a pro at every point of the process and truly elevated each event with his beautiful, elegant arrangements. He listened to what our vision was for each party and executed perfectly and exactly on time. He also has a very calm energy and is easy to reach on the phone and via email. On our actual wedding day, he truly transformed the space exactly how I envisioned and I loved my wedding bouquet so much I couldn't toss it :) We received so many glowing compliments from our guests too. He offered advice on how to keep the cost down and was honest about what flowers/greenery would be in season, etc. He had several tips regarding the venue in general and helped fulfill my vision of gold candelabras with lots of greenery and white flowers. He didn't mind when my mom and I would pop in the store (I live only a few blocks away) and ask more questions or add more requests like having sprigs of greenery on each table setting. Dennis even helped put together my ceremony arch so it was exactly as I pictured. He was kind, easy to communicate with and was definitely a perfectionist which any bride truly appreciates. I never felt stressed and was confident Dennis would deliver everything I wanted. On the day of my wedding he was there orchestrating the team and carefully placing the flowers and decor - I got so many compliments on how gorgeous and unique my wedding was. I would definitely recommend using Dennis at Lenox Hill Florist!

em, it was clear they were the best option. Dennis was incredibly responsive, attentive, reasonable, and creative. I sent Dennis my Pinterest board, but since I’m not an expert on flowers, I entrusted Dennis with creating the arrangements based on the flowers I really liked and the colors I wanted. He organized the most beautiful bouquets, table arrangements, escort card board, welcome sign, etc. He was careful to incorporate both expensive and inexpensive flowers and greenery to be mindful of the bill. He also suggested skipping ceremony flowers since the church (St. Patrick’s Cathedral) speaks for itself. Such a nice (and selfless!) suggestion. Every single guest and vendor was in awe of the flowers! He did an amazing job organizing everything and I am still in shock as to how beautiful it turned out! Lenox Hill met and exceeded all expectations I had for floral arrangements. I can't thank Lenox Hill Florist and Dennis enough for all of their hard work. Thank you!!!

It was our pleasure to work with you. You and your team create and execute to perfection. You are a consummate professional and your calmness and thoroughness at every hiccup ensured that all would be done beautifully. You were always accessible and responsive and saw our project personally from beginning to end. Beyond the floral design and decor, the bride’s bouquet, brudesmaids’ bouquets and all the arrangements for the rehearsal dinner were gorgeous with the most amazing and perfect peonies and roses. y got a sense of my vision for the wedding. He knows the Boathouse well, which was so helpful in picking out arrangements. He worked within our budget and did not try to oversell us. The flowers, both at the church, and at the boathouse looked absolutely gorgeous. Was blown away when I saw our reception space set up. He supplied us with candles and lanterns, too. He added gorgeous peonies to our wedding cake, which absolutely made the cake. I can not recommend Dennis enough - do yourself a favor and book today!

We gave William our budget and our general vision for the day and he somehow magically understood exactly what we wanted pulled together a variety of options that we loved and would never have thought of ourselves. He was even able to provide creative suggestions that allowed us to get everything we wanted without going over budget, which was much appreciated. Most of the other florists we had visited were the opposite, going vastly over budget without even getting close to what we were looking for. William was incredibly helpful and hands on, going above and beyond to help out on our wedding day and the days leading up to it. He's an absolute pro and I can't recommend him and Lenox Hill Florist highly enough.

venue in and out. We were really happy with every part of the process - he showed us samples and was both flexible and helpful in guiding us towards flower arrangements that would work well. I will also say that I found his prices much more reasonable than some other florists we explored. I would recommend Lenox Hill Florists to anyone!

ially if you get married at the Boathouse. I recommend paying the extra money and going for a company, like Lenox Hill that actually takes the time to know your wants and what goes best with your venue.

My parents, now husband and I went to meet with him to discuss and look at different types of arrangements. He listened to everything I said, what my mom said, and designed the most beautiful arrangements for us to look at. I'm pretty sure George read my mind when it came to the style I was looking for. My mom was able to see the comparison of the two arrangements, talk to George about different flowers that were in season during my wedding, and talk to George about replacing different colors or flowers. Thanks to George’s hard work, my whole family was in agreement! My parents loved meeting with George - after that meeting, if there was ever a question about flowers, my mom would say, “just leave it up to George, he knows best!” George is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He really knows not only flowers and weddings, but how to work with a bride and her family. I truly recommend working with George!

with everything that he did, even my husband who wasn't very vocal during the planning process commented that the centerpieces were beautiful. The other great thing was he helped us stick to the budget we told him, and made sure I knew anytime a choice would take me out of the budget. Would totally recommend!!

but we met with and spoke with the other florists available, and I am so glad we chose Lenox Hill. We met with Niko multiple times (always whenever was convenient for us-- he was really accommodating) and we had multiple samples of the bouquet and centerpieces made before we were happy. He was able to design just gorgeous flowers and we were really pleased. He incorporated all of our input and added and subtracted individual flowers and greenery as requested. On the day of, Niko was able to add another flower grown (we had two flower girls but only three children at the wedding, so we wanted the third child not to be left out) with literally two hours notice before the wedding. Without charging or asking, Niko also provided two boutonnieres for the groom so that we had one for pictures and a fresh one for the ceremony. It was really thoughtful and something we would not have thought to request. Niko is great, totally low-key, low-stress, on top of his game. Highly recommended.

ach table. I knew with the high ceilings at the Boathouse I didn't want to use low table arrangements. It had the feel of an indoor forest. The bouquets were lovely. They made a mock up of my bouquet and a centerpiece so I would know what they would look like. Really good idea. They had some good suggestions.;The Boathouse only works with three florists in town. This florist appeared to be the most affordable but they are also not as creative as the other two. You have to be very specific with them. At the last minute I decided to have them do the altar arrangement for the ceremony. I spoke with them over the phone. I gave what I thought were very specific instructions. I didn't see the arrangement until I was walking down the aisle and looked up. Awful. I was so surprised since everything else was so beautiful. It looked like they took a bunch flowers and just stuffed them in the vase. Then they took a clump of branches and stuffed them in the middle of the flowers. Honestly it looked like it hadn't even been arranged yet. Originally I was going to bring it to the reception and use at the escort table. We left it there. Big waste of money.
