than happy to clean your rings for engagement pictures, wedding day, etc. We worked with Julie throughout the process and she was SO kind, friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about how simplistic (and fun) she made this process for my husband and I.
Thanks so much to all of you, and especially Emily for working with me through the process of replacing my highly sentimental missing ring. You guided me to a wonderful resolution....
Locating the hard-to-find estate setting with small side stones was great work. After the excellent experience of getting our wedding jewelry there 22 years ago there was no question I where I would go for the replacement piece which is delicate and gorgeous just like the missing one. I keep looking at the result and grinning. Three cheers to you all for great products and customer service!
We are in LOVE with Leo Alfred! We found my fiancé’s wedding band here and will never go to another jeweler. Susan made every bit of our experience fun and easy. She was incredibly...

g knot earrings for my bridesmaids from Leo Alfred. They wrapped them and my bridesmaids loved
them.
Exemplary! We could not be happier! There's no pressure when you go in to the store or even when you do look at pieces of jewelry. We went in three sea parade times before we bough...
t my husbands wedding band. Sarah was extremely helpful, she nailed it in every respect! We weren't sure about sizing and she was dead on. We won't go anywhere else. They have a repair shop, on site. My engagement ring has never looked better than when I have it cleaned there. When we picked up his ring, she checked my ring and noticed one of the prongs on my center stone was loose and had it secured right then, no charge, no waiting and going to pick it up several days later. I can't say enough great things about Leo Alfred and specifically Sarah!
Julie worked with us to create the perfect rings for us. This is a family-owned business with the mentality that you're part of the family as well. We will buy all of our jewelry...

nd got my engagement ring there and we bought both of our wedding bands there as well! When we walk in - it feels like talking to family as they know who you are as soon as you walk in the door! Highly recommended!!!!
My husband and I had our bands made here. My engagement ring has an heirloom stone in it that takes someone who is creative and thoughtful to find a band that will work with it. (W...
e went to a jeweler in the area who called my engagement ring "an unfortunate situation". They were able to be creative with my engagement band so the thin rose gold wedding band would fit snug and perfectly. The staff is wonderful and kind and they were on top of our order!! My family uses them for their personal jewelry as well without any complaints. :)
When I saw the 42" long necklace with mother of pearl clovers, I knew it was the jewelry that I had to have. I bought the entire set (necklace, bracelet, earrings, and ring). I wor...
e every piece except for the ring on my wedding day. The back of my dress was rather low cut, so I draped part of the necklace down the back. The number of compliments I received was incredible and I have no one to thank except Sara at Leo Alfred! (I also look forward to wearing it just casually as it's just gorgeous!)
My fiancee purchased my engagement ring at Leo Alfred after we shopped around together at other local stores. Of all the places we tried Leo Alfred made my fiancee feel the most c...
omfortable. The staff was very helpful and informative. They were very professional and were great at explaining all the aspects of the diamond buying process. I know he was very anxious about the whole process and he said that as soon as he walked in they immediately made him feel at ease.
My personal experience has been much of the same. I recently went in to get my ring sized down. I dropped it off around noon and was able to pick it back up before 4:00! I talked with the same girl (Emily) that my fiancee did and she acted as if we were old friends and was happy to show me some wedding bands for me and my future hubby! She even special ordered the sample wedding band for my engagement ring and had it in before the end of the week for me to try out! I certainly plan on getting my wedding bands at Leo Alfred and will continue to give them my business. I would definitely recommend this vendor.
Buying an engagement ring can be an overwhelming task and I found Leo Alfred's customer friendly approach to be exactly what I needed to find the ring of my fiance's dreams. Before...
going to Leo Alfred I had researched engagement rings online on various jeweler's websites and did a little window shopping. I found that it only made the process more overwhelming and created more questions than answers. I had no idea what to expect when I walked into Leo Alfred but their staff put me at ease immediately. I found Penny, Jason, and Kevin to be extremely friendly and knowledge. Working side by side with them we were able to create my fiance's dream ring and still stay within my budget. The ring turned out more beautiful than I ever imagined and my fiance is constantly getting compliments. I am forever grateful for all their hard work, and the role they played in a memory that will last a life time. I highly recommend Leo Alfred to everyone!
