My boyfriend went trough Leo Marks to create my engagement ring. He had several stones already and they helped him design the ring and create something beautiful and unique! I found out he made a lot of stops in to work with them and they were always so friendly and helpful! They really helped make our engagement special!

Ashleigh from Leo Marks was wonderful! She was so patient as I was trying to make up my mind as to which ring to get for my husband. They don't work on commission like many places- and it shows! The service was absolutely wonderful and we will definitely be life-long customers!

Worst customer service experience of my life. I LOVE my ring and it is everything I could ever hope it would be. But I took it in for a minor repair and was without it for over a month, was accused of not even buying the ring there, heard way too much about the employees personal lives and even made several trips to the store to pick up a ring that was never even ready. All around frustrating. I did talk to a manager and they did try to make things right but the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never shop there again and make sure to tell my friends not to either.
