As a bride who had a majority of her wedding planned before hiring Jocelyn - I still don't regret it. Knowing that she was there on my wedding day in case anything went wrong gave me a piece of mind. I did not feel stressed one bit and I knew that everything was taken care of. Jocelyn was friendly, responsive and over all very easy to work with. All the timelines and planning tools she created were extremely helpful. Many guests said my wedding was one of the most organized ones they had ever been too. My only hope was that Jocelyn wasn't too bored because I didn't leave enough tasks for her :) 10/10 would recommend!

Such a wonderful experience with Jocelyn as our Wedding Coordinator at Leo Moon Events! We felt like we could truly count on her for support and advice leading up to the event. The day of our Wedding day, the weather did its thing and we ended up going with our Plan B, inside & at the reception venue, which worked out perfectly! We were so pleased with how everything turned out and couldn't appreciate Jocelyn and her assistant Bailey enough! Jocelyn and her team made our wedding planning process seamless and FAR LESS STRESSFUL. Jocelyn was incredibly encouraging, detail oriented and responsive. My husband and I had so many questions throughout the planning process Jocelyn was a phenomenal sounding board. She helped us manage all of the little details and provided excellent options when we were looking for vendors.

Our experience with Jocelyn at Leo Moon Events was incredible! Going into wedding planning, we were confident that we didn't need a day-of-coordinator. Turns out, we were SO wrong! Jocelyn kept us organized heading into wedding day, and on the day, she made sure the day ran smoothly. She's friendly, warm, and professional. She cued us for so many moments which allowed us as the bride and groom to just be with our loved ones. Wedding day would have been SO stressful without her! We highly recommend!!

Jocelyn was super helpful with our destination wedding! We decided to have a wedding in MN, though we are from MO, and didn’t even know where to start! Jocelyn’s organization, charts, and video chats made me feel much more comfortable while planning a wedding from 10 hours away, and I knew on the day of that I didn’t have to worry about a thing because she had it all under control! She kept the show going behind the scenes while we had fun! Highly recommend!

Leo Moon Events is awesome! Jocelyn is very calm, organized, and had a great planning process, meeting with us regularly via Zoom leading up to the wedding. She has very clear pricing and packages, and she was very helpful through the planning process helping me check on my progress and getting everything in order in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She was also so amazing on the wedding day, helping set up and tear down before I could even think to ask! It was so wonderful to have someone there that I trusted running the show, so I could relax and just enjoy the day!! Definitely recommend Jocelyn as a day-of coordinator, she helped with so much more than just the day-of! Thank you Jocelyn!!

Jocelyn was kind, friendly and eager to help with our wedding. I hired her halfway through my planning process to help with finding some of our vendors as well as day of coordination and overall design/decor. I was planning a wedding in MN from another state and she was so helpful in going to see the venue for me and offering ideas and input in how to pull the whole event off. She was resourceful and creative, conscious of our budget and interested in supporting other small local businesses.
On the day of the actual event, everything went off without a hitch and I assume that she was working behind the scenes to keep things moving along in a less obvious way. She was just quieter than I had hoped, and didnt have as much of a presence as I had hoped for and a few guests/family members during set up mentioned not knowing who our coordinator was. Overall, She listened to what I wanted and delivered a finished product that was what she promised as well as lots of helpful tips and insight along the way. She’s excellent with the planning process but could benefit from being more attentive on the day of. Don’t get me wrong, we had an amazing wedding and I would recommend her as a planner/coordinator, just trying to offer my honest and complete feedback.

Jocelyn was so wonderful to work with and helped make our wedding run smoothly. We met regularly over Zoom, which was very convenient, and she helped keep us on task as far as planning timelines. She offered suggestions for vendors and helped us navigate some COVID related challenges. She was very thorough in her communication and volunteered to touch base with any and all vendors prior to the wedding day. She was always very willing to help or assist with anything we needed and was available via email or text with a quick response time. Overall, we felt that she offered guidance and support while still allowing us to make the decisions, which we really appreciated.
Jocelyn had a very calm and collected demeanor and personality which helped with all of the wedding stress we were sometimes feeling. She handled everything in stride and with confidence which was very reassuring to us during the planning process and day of.
Then on wedding day we honestly couldn’t have managed without her! She created a timeline that was easy to follow and kept everyone on track throughout the day. She had eyes and ears on everything and was quick to come find the Mother of the Bride, Bride, or Groom as questions arose from the venue or guests. Jocelyn was willing and able to help set up the ceremony and reception spaces and was also one of the last people to leave for the night; having made sure everything was clean and packed up. We were so fortunate to have Jocelyn a part of our day!

Jocelyn is exceptional! She made my wedding day very easy for me. I cannot stress enough how professional she is, and she is very sweet and easy to work with. She accommodated changes I made to the wedding, and she did it flawlessly. I knew as soon as I talked to her on the phone that I wanted her to plan my wedding, and I made the best decision ever! Honestly, just call Leo Moon, talk to Jocelyn and you will understand what I'm saying about how professional and kind she is. Not to mention, she's probably one of the lowest priced vendors that I was looking at to plan my wedding. Thank you again Jocelyn!

Jocelyn was amazing for our wedding in September. She helped with so much planning and prepping for the big day. She was there for the rehearsal and made sure everything ran smoothly, helped us get last minute things done, and helped contact vendors. She made our wedding day run so smoothly and helped so much the entire day. If you need someone Jocelyn is your girl! She is amazing and I don’t have one bad thing to say about her! There were so many people at the wedding wondering who she was because she did such a great job! 10000% recommend.
