Hi, I'm Jocelyn. To me, there's nothing better than seeing an event come to life. I have a passion for travel and new cultures, shopping (can't resist a good deal), my two dogs, and quality time with my family. Getting to know new people and creating personal connections are my favorite things about being an event planner. I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and things are just as they should be.

ay of, they did a wonderful job setting up, running the show, and tearing down / cleaning up. My goal was for myself and my family and friends to just be able to show up on the day and not have to do much of the work. I will say we definitely accomplished this goal. Their assistance was worth every penny and I would recommend them to any couple getting married. We chose the sun package and if I could change anything I would have upgraded to a more inclusive package to ease the planning stress even more. You wont regret the money spent here.

gistics we wouldn’t have otherwise thought of. On the day of the wedding, Bailey was our coordinator, and she was critical to making sure the event went smoothly. We had multiple vendors coming into our space, and Bailey made sure that everything went seamlessly with arrival and set-up. We also had an issue with our chair vendor, who forgot our order and showed up just before the ceremony; Bailey jumped right in to make sure the setup happened in time while we were taking family photos, and even set up some of the chairs herself. She also helped direct people from the main venue to the outdoor ceremony spot, making multiple back and forth trips in the rain to make sure everyone got there in time. Having Bailey there took a huge amount of stress off my partner, me, and our families, and we were able to just relax and enjoy the event. I highly recommend working with Leo Moon Events!

me a piece of mind. I did not feel stressed one bit and I knew that everything was taken care of. Jocelyn was friendly, responsive and over all very easy to work with. All the timelines and planning tools she created were extremely helpful. Many guests said my wedding was one of the most organized ones they had ever been too. My only hope was that Jocelyn wasn't too bored because I didn't leave enough tasks for her :) 10/10 would recommend!

Jocelyn kept us organized heading into wedding day, and on the day, she made sure the day ran smoothly. She's friendly, warm, and professional. She cued us for so many moments which allowed us as the bride and groom to just be with our loved ones. Wedding day would have been SO stressful without her! We highly recommend!!

She was also so amazing on the wedding day, helping set up and tear down before I could even think to ask! on and overall design/decor. I was planning a wedding in MN from another state and she was so helpful in going to see the venue for me and offering ideas and input in how to pull the whole event off. She was resourceful and creative, conscious of our budget and interested in supporting other small local businesses. On the day of the actual event, everything went off without a hitch and I assume that she was working behind the scenes to keep things moving along in a less obvious way. She was just quieter than I had hoped, and didnt have as much of a presence as I had hoped for and a few guests/family members during set up mentioned not knowing who our coordinator was. Overall, She listened to what I wanted and delivered a finished product that was what she promised as well as lots of helpful tips and insight along the way. She’s excellent with the planning process but could benefit from being more attentive on the day of. Don’t get me wrong, we had an amazing wedding and I would recommend her as a planner/coordinator, just trying to offer my honest and complete feedback.

nning timelines. She offered suggestions for vendors and helped us navigate some COVID related challenges. She was very thorough in her communication and volunteered to touch base with any and all vendors prior to the wedding day. She was always very willing to help or assist with anything we needed and was available via email or text with a quick response time. Overall, we felt that she offered guidance and support while still allowing us to make the decisions, which we really appreciated. Jocelyn had a very calm and collected demeanor and personality which helped with all of the wedding stress we were sometimes feeling. She handled everything in stride and with confidence which was very reassuring to us during the planning process and day of. Then on wedding day we honestly couldn’t have managed without her! She created a timeline that was easy to follow and kept everyone on track throughout the day. She had eyes and ears on everything and was quick to come find the Mother of the Bride, Bride, or Groom as questions arose from the venue or guests. Jocelyn was willing and able to help set up the ceremony and reception spaces and was also one of the last people to leave for the night; having made sure everything was clean and packed up. We were so fortunate to have Jocelyn a part of our day!
