Leonardo Jewelers was great to work with. My engagement ring is made from family heirloom diamonds, and they custom made the engagement ring to be exactly how I wanted it, and also very high quality and durable. When we went back to purchase our wedding bands, it was an equally great experience. I tried on multiple types of wedding bands with input from the employees and I felt like I really had an expert’s opinion, and the band we chose perfectly fits with my engagement ring. My husband also had a great experience choosing his ring. He had looked at a few ideas but wasn’t really sure the direction to go in. The employee helping us was patient and had very helpful ideas and input to help guide the decision making and was very informative. We could tell that she really knew the merchandise and cared about us finding the right rings for us! When the rings arrived, they made sure they were sized perfectly to our fingers. Overall, the pricing was very reasonable especially considering the quality, the experience was flawless with great customer service, and we walked out feeling like we were valued by the whole team there. We definitely look forward to working with them in the future for other jewelry and watch purposes, because we had such a great experience!
