If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I had a contract set up with them for my wedding a month in advance where I received email notification that they had received my contract and we were good to go. The night of wedding, they were not there at the time I had told them. When I called them, they said they didn't have anything down for me, so everyone had to find a different way home even though I had told everyone a party bus would be available. Needless to say, really frustrated! Pretty much killed the party at the end of the night! I never heard anything back from them after the wedding, so called a month after to discuss what had happened. Very unprofessional conversations. The lady reached by cell said yes, they did see my contract after I had called that night(but apparently did not feel the need to call and apologize). She said another guy would call me to discuss a way to make up for it. I never heard from him that day, so called back the next day. He said that yes, he realized that it got mis-scheduled, but gave me a quick 'sorry' and nothing more. Didn't offer a free night, said that he would give me half price...gee thanks, but no, not willing to give you guys another shot with me paying. For free, yes I would try again. So after I turned down the offer he said, 'Fine, don't use us then!' HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Well, we paid for usage of the white hummer 9 months before it was needed. The Thursday before the wedding, we get a call while decorating the church and they tell us that we cant have the white hummer. But, they are able to provide us with the stretch lincoln. I explained all of the groomsmen were over 6 feet, that would simply not work. I requested that he go back to the drawing board and provide me a hummer. He called back and agreed to send the black one. The night of the wedding. Everyone waited for 45 minutes before they showed up to take the wedding party to get outside photos. It was beautiful, the driver was really polite, but this was just one of those hickups I called them. Night was great!

We decided to get a party bus to take us from the ceremony site to a location to do photos and then to the reception. The bus showed up on time and was an incredible price! The driver was very nice and played some music for us while we drive around for awhile. I was very pleased with this service!!

I loved the way the driver's dressed and their friendliness.
