We’re a St. Louis-based floral studio specializing in artful floral designs that bring the beauty of nature to your wedding day. While we don’t have a storefront (we’re by appointment only), our design process is all about personal connection—every consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know you and bring your floral vision to life.
Founded in 2008 by my mom, Melinda, a talented fine artist by training, Les Bouquets has always been about more than just flowers. It’s about designing an environment that honors the unique union between two people and elevates the joy of their celebration.
Over the years, Melinda’s creative spirit has made Les Bouquets a beloved name in the St. Louis wedding scene. Though she’s mostly retired now to focus on her art, she still plays a key role in our production during busy weeks, bringing her artistic touch to everything we create.
I’m Elisabeth, and in 2023, I took over Les Bouquets full-time. After studying fine art at Washington University in St. Louis, I spent six years living in New York City, working for a design brand. While I loved my time there, something kept pulling me back to St. Louis—and to the family business.
At Les Bouquets, we specialize in floral designs that are natural, timeless, and full of color. We believe in creating lush, garden-inspired arrangements that feel fresh and elegant, with a focus on classic beauty and a touch of whimsy. Whether it’s a bold statement piece or a delicate boutonnière, our goal is always to help your wedding day come alive through flowers.

It's a massive honor to trusted with the the award winning business my parents built together. My background and education in art and design, vast experience working and training in florals, and business leadership background makes me uniquely qualified for the role.

With the bride living out of town, Melinda was still able to make her vision come true, with flexiblity to work through all the challenges with this as well as COVID. Melinda has a wonderful design sense and works with the bride to be sure that the flowers are exactly what she wants. She limits the number of clients she accepts any month to be sure that each bride gets her full focus. Because of this, she is also able to make adjustments throughout the process if changes are needed. Having Melinda provide the flowers was the best decision!

I was impressed by Les Bouquets on several levels. First, their professionalism was top-notch. Second, Melinda created my dream floral decor from just a few photo examples and my description of what my style is. And third, the team's ability to set up both the ceremony and reception spaces, as well as pin the groom and all the groomsmen, in such a short amount of time.
Les Bouquets put so much attention to detail in our wedding flowers and were responsive and timely throughout the entire day. I will definitely work with them again for another event at some point!

I don't know much about flowers, but I did have some images of arrangements that I liked. Melinda was able to capture the essence of the styles that I liked in the pictures while still making the bouquets look unique for our wedding day. In addition to the standard bouquets and boutonnieres, we also had a chuppa at our wedding, which Melinda was able to design a floral arrangement which completely exceeded our expectations. While Melinda's floral design is exceptional, what I liked most about her is how personable she was throughout the entire process. I should also note that I recommended Melinda to my mother-in-law for our rehearsal dinner flowers, and Melinda completely delivered. The whole weekend was beautiful, and Les Bouquets was a huge part of that!

parents/in-laws/aunts are still talking about the flowers. I've had so many people tell me they were the most gorgeous centerpieces they have ever seen.
Melinda went above and beyond in so many ways! She decorated my dessert table with eucalyptus, and even draped garland and ribbon the back of our Mr & Mrs chairs making them look wayyyyy better.
Melinda was amazing to work with in every way! Best decision I made with regard to our wedding.
