The Off-Premise Catering team at Lessings went above and beyond to make our wedding the best it could possibly be. My family and I were blown away by the efforts of Steve, Estee, B...
arbara, and the rest of the team. Making arrangements was a breeze, and from the second I met Steve, I felt so much more at ease about planning The Big Day. Our off-premise venue meant our wedding would mostly take place outdoors, so I had a lot of concerns regarding bad weather. Steve and the team have seen it all, and their experience assured me that they would make it a great party regardless of any foul weather – and that proved to be true. When the wind and rain hit our wedding, they were all prepared and it turned out not to be a big deal.
Not only did Lessing’s make planning the wedding so much easier, but they did an outstanding job on The Big Day. The food was absolutely incredible – I couldn’t believe it was from an off-site kitchen! The staff’s attention to detail was very impressive and everyone was so kind and seemed to genuinely want the day to be the best it could be.
I HIGHLY Lessing’s Off-Premise Catering to anyone who is planning a wedding or for any party/event. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
I used Lessings catering for my intimate backyard wedding and they went above and beyond! Barbara and her team made sure everything was SEAMLESS. The servers were present whenever ...
we needed them but invisible when we didn't. They were attentive but not bothersome. The system they had going in my home kitchen was so impressive! The food was also AMAZING. Barbara made sure the night ran smoothly, that every course was brought out on time, that the kids got their children's meal, and even got my husband a full plate of french fries just for him in addition to his regular meal. I was so impressed and can't wait to work with them again at their Heritage Club property for my larger reception in May 2022!
They have been willing to work with us on every turn through the past year of pandemic hell. I can't wait for the event!
Lessing's was fantastic for our wedding. We had a cocktail style dinner/drink service and Steve was able to accommodate our wants and needs perfectly. Steve made the process very...
easy, and was helpful with all of our requests. All of our guests complimented the food. Steve went above and beyond to make our day perfect.
We LOVE Lessings! From the beginning, Steve the head of catering was so incredibly helpful. We must have emailed him 1 million times with questions and he always responded right ...
away and was super nice. He and Paul visited our site multiple times to make sure everything would go smoothly. They promised us that everyone would be happy and would be served while on the dance floor, there wouldn't be bar and food lines and they definitely delivered. Everyone loved our wedding and loved the food and service and Lessing's made that possible. Even last minute, week of issues I had such as needing umbrellas and pop up tents and table card holders - Steve ordered them and had them ready to go for Saturday. The staff all showed up early and everything was setup perfectly by the time our cocktail hour started. Cannot thank Lessings enough. Really professional, helpful, fun to work with. Perfect day! THANK YOU!
I cannot say enough good things about Lessing's Off-Premise. After our initial wedding location needed to be changed due to construction, it was a frantic search to find another lo...
cation and off-premise caterer that fit within our budget. Steve at Lessing's worked with us to create a flexible menu that not only stayed within our desired budget, but offered so many options. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was unbeatable. Our maitre d, Paul, and bridal attendant, Danielle, were so attentive and brought all of my wedding day visions together perfectly. I was blown away that day. When dealing with a DIY outdoor wedding, I was very nervous and stressed about how it would all actually come together without a wedding planner or coordinator, but Lessing's put me at complete ease. Can't emphasize enough how receptive they were and how easy they made the whole day for me and my husband. Even when things came up on the day of, they immediately addressed any concerns we had - our maitre d even jumped behind the bar when we got worried about the length of lines! That's some great service! We also received so many compliments on how beautiful the wedding was and how delicious the food was. Thank you SO much for truly making my wedding the perfect day I hoped it would be.
Lessing's really gave us an experience to remember! My wife and I wanted to have a wedding a little off-center from the traditional experience, and Lessing's listened to us and eve...
n provided us welcome suggestions along the way. Moreover, the day of the wedding reception, Lessing's treated me like a King; I honestly felt like I was royalty!
To top it all off, the food and provisions by them were top-notch. Everyone at the wedding party told me this "was the best wedding ever;" the food was literally perfect. And as far as the wedding cake? Wow. Everyone told me it was "the best cake they ever had," and Lessing's arranged all of that for us on their behalf!
Please consider Lessing's, it gave my wife and I an unforgettable experience at the Pavilion at Sunken Meadow that us and our guests will never forget!
