Let me tell you, our cake was AMAZING! It was much more delicious than it even was at the tasting. PLUS it was absolutely gorgeous!!! We aren't kosher but most of my family is so I wasn't sure what to expect from other guests. EVERYONE, kosher or not, said how great our cake tasted!
It's a shame that there are so few kosher wedding cake makers in NY but don't hesitate to work with L'estis. It is a small business and may not seem as buttoned up as some non-kosher bakeries with more traffic but, with the people they have, they choose to focus less on marketing and customer service and more on delivering a really quality product. YUM! Would use them again for sure!
