We had a wonderful experience with Robb Batts at our wedding. Robb and Joel were very understanding when we had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID and made the entire process stress-free. Our guests (and even venue staff) had an amazing time at our wedding - I highly recommend their services!

Joel was absolutely amazing! We instantly bonded over good music and his personality brings the best out of everyone on the dance floor. He’s amazing at mixing music and playing music on the spot. Joel had the dance floor full from start to finish of my reception and I can’t thank him enough!

Joel Rabe kept our dance floor live and going the entire night for our wedding. He collaborated with my husband and my taste in music and created amazing mixes of what we love to hear. He could also read the room well and played songs we were into, keeping the engagement as well. He even helped direct great photo opportunities throughout the wedding! We had so many compliments from our guests about Joel! I was worried because everyone always talks about how great bands are for weddings but everyone was ranting and raving about Joel! He even sent us the mixes he created so we can relive the night whenever we want. Highly recommended!!

He made our event so much fun-- really generated the energy! His transitions between songs were seamless and even had fresh mixes that he blended in. Joel did a wonderful job for our wedding! He was quick to respond during the hiring and planning process, and was a pleasure to discuss music and reception ideas over the phone. The music during the reception was great dancing and atmosphere enhancing selection, our guests really enjoyed the party! He also was great during the wedding with our specific song selections. He also did a really cool live stream broadcast as we had to significantly downsize our wedding due to COVID, and our friends all said it was great to be able to watch the livestream and be apart of the wedding. We hired Joel Rabe from Lethal Rhythms to Dj our wedding at Meadows at Mossy Creek. We had read great reviews online and after meeting him in person decided we wanted to book him for our wedding. Joel over delivered and was a huge hit at our wedding. He kept the energy up, stayed on schedule with the timeline of events and didn’t miss a beat! He was so personable and easygoing and our guests even commented how great the music and entertainment was. Joel was one my favorite people who helped us with our wedding. At the start of the process, he was professional and very knowledgable. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciated his help and kindness managing the timing of everything. Then day off was awesome. The mix the DJ provided was exactly what I was looking for and his sound system was top notch!

We absolutely hit the DJ jackpot with Joel as our wedding DJ. Music was one of the most important aspects of our big day, so I was very picky. I needed a DJ who was familiar with Arabic music, and I was lucky enough to stumble upon his company's website. He was so easy to work with from beginning to end- always just one call/text away. I appreciated the time he spent getting to know us and our music preferences. He is very organized and dependable, and I always felt like he had a good grasp of my vision. He even helped me plan the timeline of the night! Most importantly- he had all of our guests up and dancing during a PANDEMIC!!! My husband and I were shocked at how many people were (safely) on the dance floor the entire night, and we owe that all to Joel. It's no easy feat to mesh and satisfy two very different cultures, but he made it look easy. If you are looking to have the time of your life with guests dancing all night long, he just might be your guy. Highly recommend.

We had an AMAZING experience with Joel and the Lethal Rhythms team. Joel was incredibly easy to work with during the planning process. On the day of our wedding, everything ran so smoothly, which made our lives easy. I'm obviously partial, but we had the most fun wedding dance floor I've ever been a part of. From the first phone call I had with Joel, I knew my husband and I made the right decision going with Lethal Rhythms. Not only is Joel incredibly knowledgeable about music, he knows exactly what to do to make you feel as ease. Joel was a wonderful DJ for our wedding! When we met with him, it really felt like he tried to get to know us as a couple and plan for our wedding accordingly. We loved Lethal Rhythms! Music was our top priority and my husband and I are very particular about our music so finding the right fit was so important. We spoke with Joel, the owner, initially and he was so genuine in getting to know us and our style that we talked for over 40 minutes! He was booked for our wedding day but recommended DJ Fernando to us. We spoke with Fernando and felt the same connection immediately and we booked with the company. Due to an unforeseen circumstance about five months before the wedding we had to switch DJs and Joel was once again incredibly helpful. He spoke with us again and said that everyone he would recommend was booked already so he actually called in a favor from the former co-owner and one of his friends to talk to us. We spoke with Spencer and again felt so lucky that we clicked instantly so we moved forward. We never felt pressured from Joel to stay with the company and he truly just wanted the best fir for us. DJ Spencer was an absolute hit and he spent a lot of time with us the month leading up reviewing our different playlists for cocktail hour, dinner and dancing and understanding our intentions. He killed it the night of and the dance floor was never empty. He delivered all the announcements professionally and directly. It was a perfect night!

We were so impressed with Joel from the very first conversation, to our in-person meeting with all of our vendors in regards to timeline and minute details, down to every last detail through our wedding day. He really knows what he's doing and the dance floor never slowed down. Perfect mix of music for our crowd, and while we could have given him an elaborate list of song suggestions, we opted not to and looking back, no regrets. He reads the room and knows what to do. Less work for you! The best part was the last song of the night. I won't spoil the details for anyone else, but he managed to make it one of the most memorable and special parts of the evening. My husband and I went back and forth between choosing a live band or DJ for our wedding reception in June. We wanted a blend of music, but a lot of motown. My one ask was that our dance floor stay packed all night. Joel made that happen ten times over! Everyone at our wedding had the best time and our dance floor was packed from the time it opened up until the last dance. Joel Rabe with Lethal Rhythms was phenomenal at our wedding. My husband and I love music/dancing and it was the most important aspect to us to find the best DJ we could. After speaking with Joel on the phone we knew he would be a great fit. He is friendly, experienced, passionate about his work, and professional. Right off the bat my wedding planner loved him. Going into the day we were nervous about everyone having a good time, but we shouldn't have ever worried. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chris Watson and Lethal Rhythms! From the first time I inquired about their services, Joel Rabe (the owner) was always incredibly quick and responsive to make sure they knew what kind of night we wanted to have. Chris himself was very professional and really listened to what types of music we liked and the ambience we wanted to create. He provided the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception and it went off flawlessly. We also used their videography and photo booth services. We cannot wait to see the video, and the photo booth had everyone laughing and celebrating all night! Highly recommend to all the couples out there!!

Evan did an amazing job! He took our suggestions and made a playlist that kept our dance floor full all night. He was also super helpful planning in advance and worked with us trying out some different first dance songs. Truly awesome!

Where do I begin? DJ Joel was nothing short of AMAZING from beginning to end. He got the party started immediately at our wedding reception and had our guests of all ages out on the dance floor during the entire night! DJ Joel was able to read the crowd and made sure that everyone was having a blast. He also made the effort to introduce himself to guests, which really made them feel included. We had so many people tell us it is the most fun they have ever had at a wedding reception. It’s clear why people say that DJ Joel is the best in Atlanta!

I was recommended to Joel from my wedding venue and my company that I work at. I was extremely happy with my decision! Joel did an amazing the whole night and I do not think there was one moment - literally 2 seconds into the first song people were on the dance floor - that someone wasn't dancing. We had such an incredible time at our reception and Joel definitely set the mood! The software and planning form they use are great and basically everything is done! We had a great time!

OMG DJ JEver was AMAZING! We spoke a few times before the wedding to work out all the details and he made sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and making sure he pronounced everyone's name correctly, making sure the timeline was flawless and editing songs just as requested are only a few of the highlights. I cannot say enough about how awesome the music at our wedding was! Joel truly knows how to keep the party going and made sure our guests had a Blast! My husband and I are an interracial couple (I’m white, he’s black) and his parents were skeptical that our DJ was “a white guy” LOL. But Joel definitely brought the party and rhythm and everyone had a blast! Joel also worked with us during the ceremony and cocktail hour where we had a solo saxophonist play along with the DJ for an intimate live music feel. It was such a hit! We also got videography and the photo booth through Lethal Rhythms which everyone loved. Our guests have said over and over that our wedding was the most fun wedding they had ever been to. Joel and his team were absolutely fantastic! From the first moment I reached out for a quote up until the wedding itself, Joel was an amazing resource. Out of all the vendors we had, he was the one that was easiest to get ahold of. After emailing him about a quote, he called me the next day. He was so personable and easy to talk to that I knew I wanted to use him. He gave us all the resources we needed, including his cell phone number, to figure out which DJ was best for us. After selecting one of his Dj’s, the rest of the planning was easy! Their online tools are easily accessible and if you have any questions Joel is always there ready to help! About a month out from our wedding Joel informed us that the DJ we had selected had been hospitalized with numerous out of the blue health issues and that he would instead cover our wedding. He made everything so seamless and did an amazing job mixing at our wedding. I would recommend and choose Lethal Rhythms 1000x over!

I am a professional photographer and experienced my first silent disco with Joel and his team at WIPA’s national awards gala. We hired Lethal Rhythms for our DJ and Photobooth for our wedding! People were in line for the photobooth all night in between dancing the night away!

These guys were great. They gave us several DJ's to choose from, although all were great we decided on DJ Evan. He was so helpful through the process and was sure to give us space to make crucial choices, but always gave us his thoughts and opinion which were all spot on. His song selections were great, kept everyone dancing all night long, and was even gracious enough to to give my niece a platform to sing us all a song. Very professional, easy going, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The two stars represent 'not my type' according to the Knot, and that was not my experience, however, the company attempted to make up for the errors so I gave them two instead of one star. We did get a partial refund, which I am grateful for, however, I do think it is important to share our experience. We also did have someone show up to our wedding, which is important because had it been a no-show completely, that would have been the worst, IMO. Around 1 pm the day of our wedding my fiance gets a call from our DJ (we paid for the 'best' DJ they had) that he was double booked and would not be attending our wedding, but that he would be sending a replacement. Again, I am so grateful that someone was able to come, as not having a DJ/system would have completely ruined our wedding. However, the DJ that was sent (Robb Batts) was unresponsive to my fiance's attempts at communication, messed up the music for our ceremony (we didn't get to walk down the aisle as husband and wife to music, even though we were announced twice which was awkward and waited an absurd amount of time in my opinion), and did not initially play our music at the reception. My mother's prayer and speech were not announced and not photographed due to that, same with our toasts which are moments I CANNOT get back. Our schedule was not followed and announcements were skipped altogether, I had to approach the DJ stand multiple times, for example, to ask for him to tell the guests they could get desserts (we had a variety of cupcakes). Just thinking about it almost puts me in tears. Luckily we had a good group of friends so once the music got going we made the best of a frustrating situation because I didn't need to ruin my reception photos on top of everything else, however, even with that, it was like my iTunes was just put on shuffle nothing special (actual comment multiple people made to me during and after the wedding) and of course after my husband messaged the DJ we paid for and asked him to talk to the DJ about playing the music we requested because initially, the music was not remotely close to what we requested. We paid for DJ Joel Rabe because of the experience we wanted and said multiple times in emails, texts, phone calls, and in-person meetings how important this was to us, we did not get that experience and we will never have the opportunity for a do-over. I am still so upset about everything, but you live and you learn. I hope no one else has to go through this stress and pain on what should be the happiest day of their lives. I have stuck with the facts of what happened, and I have texts, emails, witnesses, to corroborate the events, because I think reviews and being honest is a very important part of keeping sites like the Knot accurate and informative.

DJ Chris was amazing to work with - went above and beyond on so many levels. We couldn’t have asked for a better human to DJ our wedding. His music choices were absolutely on par with us and our guest. Everyone had a phenomenal time - largely thanks to Chris and his skills and ability to read and gauge the crowd. We can’t thank him enough.

Lethal Rhythms was amazing, my husband and I could not be more pleased with their service! The planning process was super easy and organized. I especially loved the online portal which allowed us to upload songs that we wanted played throughout the evening. Evan was our DJ for our wedding and he was a BLAST! He played all of our requested songs and really felt the vibe of the crowd and played songs accordingly. If we didn’t have to be out of there by midnight, we could’ve danced all night! DJ JEver with lethal rhythms was one of the highlights of our wedding! He was punctual and professional. He even called me before the wedding to make sure he had all the details perfectly in order.
