I can't explain how great Ruthie and her team are. I went twice to try on dresses and during the second appointment I found my dress. Ruthie made sure my dress was absolutely perfect for my day and fit like a glove. We ended up getting the MOH, MOB, and MOG dress here and we are all so happy that we did. I highly recommend Ruthie and her team at Letitia's bridal.

I came to Letitia’s just to try on different silhouettes to see what I liked. I didn’t know though that my first ever bridal dress appointment would be my last because I fell absolutely in love with the last gown I tried on. The ladies at Letitia’s are AMAZING! They are so kind and very helpful. I had a vision of what I thought I wanted, but I didn’t like anything that I wanted. I was finally put into their pick for me, and I absolutely fell in love. My dress was everything I didn’t want and it was absolutely perfect. I am so grateful to have gone to Letitia’s and highly recommend them to everyone.

I can’t begin to describe how amazing it was working with Letitia’s Bridal. They were my first stop on my wedding dress shopping journey and I ended up choosing the first dress I tried on!! I absolutely loved that I was the only bride in the shop and that being said they truly listened to what I wanted and were able to give me their undivided attention, which I did not experience in any other bridal boutique. I am forever thankful to them for helping me find my dream dress!

I found my dream dress at Letitias! Ruthie and her girls always make you feel at home as soon as you walk into the shop. They never rush you and help you feel beautiful especially when you finally try on the yes dress. The whole process was smooth and my dress was altered beautifully. Everyone said how that dress was made for me and it definitely was! My bridesmaids also got their dresses there and had a great experience as well! Would highly recommend to any bride to be!

Being a bride is always stressful, but try being a bride in 2020! Dealing with the pandemic and having to change our wedding venue 30 days prior to the date has been such a stressful time, but working with Letitia's Bridals has always been stress-free. Every time I walk into the shop I know I am going to be taken care of by Ruthie and her team. They are extremely professional and so kind! I told them my budget and they worked with me to find my DREAM DRESS! The seamstress is also amazing and my dress fits me perfectly. I cant wait to wear it on the big day! Amazing salon. I was very open to different types of dresses and they didn’t disappoint. Was there for about 45 minutes and found the perfect dress. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect dress.

UPDATE: My sister just went to pick up the gown and Ruthie told her she “just” got off the phone with the owner. Then she said the owner was her husband. Interesting! To add insult to injury, another employee repeatedly kept telling my sister she was making a big mistake. The only mistake here at this establishment are the employees, the lack of customer service and now the lying. BRIDES, THIS IS NOT THE STORE YOU WANT TO SHOP FOR YOUR GOWN. They will help to make your experience heartbreaking! Horrible, Horrible customer service! Buyer Beware! This is no place for a Bride to be!! My sister purchased a dress from Ruthie under great pressure and stress. After TWO DAYS she decided that she just was not in love with the dress and she just wouldn't be happy with it. Called the store, they were closed. Called on Saturday and Ruthie- same woman who sold her the dress became Jekyll and Hyde. Wow! She wouldn't give my sister, the bride, the number to a contact info for the owner, repeated over in such a condescending tone that she would not receive any refund. What's crazy to me is the dress stayed in the store! My sister didn't even take it home! Dress is in the store, hasn't been worn or altered with, it's been two days and Ruthie is being less than accommodating. I called the store today (12/29/18) and of course Ruthie was so NASTY! It was obvious once she gets your money, she really is not concerned for the bride. Again, two days after the purchase, the dress stayed in the store, never worn or altered with, she refused to hear ANYTHING I had to say. When I asked to speak with the owner she told me he wouldn't be in until after the new year and there was no contact information for him. And she would be the one to contact him and get back to us tomorrow. I obviously don't believe her! She's got the money why would she continue providing customer service now?! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE brides every where, THIS IS NOT THE BRIDAL SHOP YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Save yourself the heartache and the aggravation. It would be better to deal with professionals and not this Ruthie associate is not someone you want to deal with at all!! Shame on you Letitia's Bridal. What a horrible experience! I wish I could leave 0 stars.

Purchased my wedding dress and my mother purchased her mother of the bride dress. Ruth was amazing from start to finish, helping me pick my dress and letting me come in multiple times over the past year to try on my dress and pick my accessories, hair pieces etc. Ruth and Marika were always kind, patient and willing to help. Rosa was amazing with her alterations work, including altering my dress on Monday and having it ready by Wednesday for my Friday wedding. My mother and I both could not be more pleased with our experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Letitia's! Thank you to Ruth, Marika and Rosa for everything!

Ruthie and her team at Letitia's are WONDERFUL! They are so helpful, and made it so easy to bring my vision to life! I fell in love with my dress and they helped me with the little touches that made everything just perfect! My mother and all of my bridal party (including one from PA, and one from CA) got their dresses here as well, and did their alterations. The Ladies at Letitia's made it so easy for everyone to get measured and make appointments for alterations, including a last minute appointment for myself. I am SO glad we went to Letitia's, they helped make sure everyone looked PERFECT for my PERFECT day!

The staff at Letitia’s bridal was excellent. They were friendly and professional and helped me pick a gown that was just right for me. They tailored my gown perfectly and made small changes in it that I requested so that I would feel completely comfortable and beautiful in my wedding dress. On the day I went to pick it up, they had the gown steamed and packaged up so that it would survive my trip back home. At my wedding I found out that one of my Aunts had gone to Letitia’s years ago for her wedding gown and had received the same excellent service and experience that I did when I found mine.

I went shopping for my wedding dress and this by far was the best experience. It's a small intimate shop. It was just my mother and I. I showed them a few pictures of what I liked, she didn't even ask for my size! She knew exactly what would fit my body the best, look great with my skin tone. I love Letitia's!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Like others who reviewed Letitia below, I, unfortunately, had a HORRIBLE experience here. I went to Letitia to find a dress for my daughter's wedding. When I chose my dress, the store was supposed to order it for me in size 12. When I went into the store to pick up my dress, I found that the store had ordered the dress in size 14, which was way too big for me. I brought the dress to my tailor who said the dress was so big on me that it would cost a fortune and a ton of work to alter. I then when back to Letitia's to see if there was any way I could exchange this dress for a different one (since it was too close to the wedding to order a size 12). Not only did they say no, but when I tried to bring a dress into the fitting room with me, the sales woman literally ripped it out of my hands. It was a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise against shopping here especially since others who reviewed the store below had very similar experiences with their dresses being ordered in larger sizes than needed. I agree that Letitia's orders bigger than needed to secure additional business through the alterations you will undoubtedly need. Ruthie, the owner, was the worst salesperson and business owner I have ever encountered. I honestly can't believe that someone who treats others like this owns a business. She should be embarrassed. Please spare yourself and do not shop here. I cannot urge you strongly enough.

I loved every minute of my experience at Letitia's! The first time I went in, we got to store about an hour before they closed but when we were still trying on dresses at closing time (they have a lot of really beautiful dresses), they did not kick us out. I found my dress that first night and though it was a long commute from my home to the store, we went back often, even just to visit the dress! Though we were there a lot, every time I walked in, Ruthie welcomed me and made me feel like I was a brand new client -- actually, not even like a client -- she made me feel like a stunning bride. We were never rushed and everyone there really is so friendly. I ended up getting my alterations at Letitia's as well as some of my jewelry, veil and my mom got her dress and alteration done there as well. There are so many details that go into a wedding and some of it can be stressful. I never once had to worry about anything that had to do with my dress -- you'd be a great hands at Letitia's and their dress selection is stunning! I would recommend it 100% to any bride looking for not only a beautiful dress but a stress-free and enjoyable experience.
