Letizia and the Z Band

LETIZIA AND THE Z BAND is the quintessential band for any type of wedding reception. They have been based out of Syracuse for over 20 years, but play private functions all over the Northeast. From the standards of the the 40's, to the rock and roll of the 50's, to Motown, to the disco 70's, to the techno 90's, to today. There is music for all ages. After all, we understand that a wedding reception is a celebration for everyone in attendance and we make sure everyone is able to participate in that celebration. Our goal is to make your reception an unforgettable, lasting experience for you and your guests. Because we understand how important the music is at your reception, Letizia will sit down with you before your special day and customize the music to your individual needs. On the day of your reception, Letizia will line up the grandparents, parents, and all of the wedding party, and will announce everyone as they enter the reception room. Letizia will also make sure that the whole reception runs as smoothly as possible, coordinating events with the room, so that you don't have to. Letizia and the Z band will provide recorded music while on breaks so that the music never stops. The music can be on your playlist or, what the band provides. We will continue recorded music after the completion of the band's performance for as long as the room will allow. We will gladly take requests from our repertoire prior to the reception, or, you can leave the music choices completely up to us. We will also try to accommodate as many of your guests requests during the performance. We are happy to learn your FIRST DANCE, FATHER/DAUGHTER DANCE, and MOTHER/GROOM DANCE. We just ask that a copy of each song be given to us at least TWO months in advance. Letizia and the Z Band will provide state of the art, professional sound and lighting to ensure clear sound at an acceptable volume. Once all of the details are taken care of, you can sit back and enjoy your celebration because Letizia and the Z Band will take care of everything else, from announcement of the wedding party to the last song played. BUT, that is where it ends. Where it begins is at your ceremony. Letizia is available to perform as a soloist accompanying herself on the piano, at either your ceremony, cocktail reception, or both for an additional cost. Letizia and the Z Band takes care of all of your musical needs on one of the most special days of your lives.
