Coming from a Hispanic background, Rebeca also likes to add a bit of Latin fashion to her grazing boards. Such items that can be included with your graze include locally-sourced honey, assorted artisanal fromage, dried fruits, fresh jams, charcuterie, and so much more. All grazing tables can be presented on wooden boards and can also be layered instead of across one big board. This not only looks amazing but saves on space.
