Let's Par-Tay

s on our day together. She not only managed all vendors but ensured even the smallest of details were perfect. I was nervous the entire morning until Taylor arrived and took care of everything without me even asking. She also captured great content of the wedding that our guests and friends would never have been able to get! We received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing Taylor was throughout the weekend.  If you want a coordinator that takes care of everything, puts the couple first, and executes your wedding weekend *perfectly,* we cannot recommend Let’s Par-Tay enough!

es. The timeline she created was executed effortlessly with time built in for running late and prioritizing relaxation & time with your partner. I feel like i truly got to experience every second of the day because i was not concerned with any of the details, i knew it was handled. Taylor has an eye for design that allowed me to feel comfortable handing over the reins. I cannot say enough about how fantastic Let’s Par-Tay was, i literally could not imagine going with anyone else. She prioritized us at every instance and was so reachable at all times making planning a breeze, she even coordinated with our vendors to reduce need for asking us questions! Truly phenomenal work.

y from the couple's perspective. I would highly recommend working with Let's Par-Tay in the future.

making our wedding day special. Every detail was handled so smoothly, and they made the entire process feel so much less stressful for us. On the wedding day itself, everything flowed beautifully and we were actually able to be present and enjoy the day instead of worrying about logistics. They handled any issues behind the scenes without us ever even noticing and made sure our vision came to life perfectly. Their kindness, patience, and hard work meant so much to us, and we are beyond grateful for everything they did. We would absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for coordinators who truly go above and beyond.

rfectly for me when the event Cordinator lacked awareness. For every hiccup the event Cordinator had, Taylor resolved it! My favorite part is that she made sure we had champagne at our table after our entrance! Loved that part, we felt really special. I wish we were kept on better time so I didn’t feel rushed lol but that’s the day right?! lol

aged to keep everything going smoothly despite mishaps and I was none the wiser. She helped clean up and even washed our dish rentals! She truly was such a blessing to us and I cannot recommend her and Let’s Par Tay enough.

own wedding and was so stressed by that point in time. After just the first phone call with Taylor, I felt so much relief. She walked me through every step and covered all of the details, even those I hadn’t once thought about. Taylor was very professional, organized, punctual, kind, patient, respectful, understanding, personable, genuine, fun, funny and overall such a joy to work with (not just to me but also my husband and wedding party)! She worked her butt off to make sure both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day went smoothly – and it did! The few hiccups along the way were the result of me forgetting to give Taylor certain detailed information – when those hiccups occurred she had it covered and everything under control. We are so happy we got to work with Taylor and strongly recommend her to anyone in need of a day-of coordinator! She's amazing! :)

vendors and decor and everything in between. She is very knowledgeable and seemed to always have an answer to my questions. On wedding day she was a dream. I will always say I would’ve never made it without her. She helped out in so many ways than one. She done lots of running back and forth between my husband and I making sure that everything was going smoothly and how it should be the morning of the wedding. She helped calm my nerves when it came ceremony time. After ceremony she was still making sure everything was okay with guests and still doing lots of running to make sure things are going smoothly. I would book with her a million times over. She never felt like a stranger who was just one of my vendors. She felt like a friend who was truly there to take care of me. She always made sure I always had whatever I needed. Whether it was a drink in my hand or just to take a minute to relax and calm my nerves. She made sure my dress was perfect going down aisle and took many pictures and videos behind the scenes throughout the day that I will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a planner or coordinator, look no further than Taylor 😊

nvestment. Anya was our day of coordinator, and 30 days before our wedding she stepped in. It was a relief it was for someone else to contact/organize vendors and arrange the timelines. Anya was hands on and worked with our families well to make our day great. We gave her creative freedom with the layout of table decor and I was so happy with how it all looked! She also helped my husband surprise me with a Cher impersonator! It’s two months later and I’m still glowing! Definitely recommend Let’s Par-Tay for your events!!

r business. She carefully listens to what your vision and ideas are for the wedding and expertly crafts the day to how you want it to go. , pleasant and professional to work with. All of the work she put in prior to and the day of the wedding made things go so smoothly. I could not be happier with her or with our special day. Seriously, she could (and maybe should) charge 5x what she does and she would still be worth it.

e and beyond communicating with us, and our vendors, to make sure the details of our day were set in stone and went off without a hitch.
