he was supposed to get back with me he never did, so I called. (Email just stopped working for him) He did return my calling telling me he was at a funeral. At that time I asked if he came with props and was told yes. NEVER once being told that this was an "ADD ON" After I paid a NON REFUNDABLE 200$ deposit, (Still not being told that props were an additional cost) I sent an email to confirm that he received the pmt, with no response for weeks. I thought that I had been had. I finally called and left a not so nice VM and he returned my call. Again we went over everything. The date, the time, the place, the props... Emailed him IDK how many times asking if he needed anything from me. Takes 1 to 2 weeks for a response. Shows up at my wedding - NO PROPS. I ask about and was told it was an add on. This was NEVER in the 10 months that I had been in communication with this company NEVER discussed with me. Then he tells me I didn't mark it on my paperwork. How am I supposed to know what an add on is, if you never told me? What would I be adding on?? Here's the thing - I wasn't looking for money back. I was looking for answers. He could've apologized for not communicating with me instead he did everything to make it look like it was my fault. He is too busy to run a business like this. This is a day I NEVER get again. I paid him 400$ for 2 hours.. with no props. WHO books a photo booth without props. Then he tell me he is going to send me my pictures via email and it took a month and several emails to get those. Just stay away from this guy. Not worth the money or the headache. He is sure to cover himself well.
