dding. Unfortunately, after paying $72 for three small table signs (17-19), they arrived and we realized 1. They were smaller than the original ones 2. The gold lettering was different 3. The signs were much thinner. It’s worth mentioning that midway through the process after the contract was signed, she told me the price for three signs was going to be $136. I refused to pay that and she backed down to the original prices. After I received signs 17-19 and compared them to the original signs, I contacted her discuss options, before writing this review. Sadly, the “solution” she gave was to pay her more money to remake signs 1-16 to match 17-19. At no point did she offer to refund me or to remake the signs to match the original ones. If it cost $72 for three signs, I had no interest in hearing the total for 16 signs. Yikes. She mentioned it’s in her contract that people can’t resell her work [this is absolutely not enforceable by the way]. So if you’re hoping to resell wedding signage after the fact (which most brides do), you may want to book someone else. I was originally under the impression that the work was hand lettered 100%, but learned that her signs get “sent to production” and she doesn’t actually make them herself. She just designs them. The word “table” was her handwriting but the number was just a basic font. I was also sad when I realized that the signs are made with regular permanent adhesive vinyl you can buy at Michael’s. I was actually able to recreate signs 17-19 in the proper size and proper color gold using signs from Amazon and my cricut in about 45 minutes for about $25. So I wasted $72 for three signs I can’t ever use. If you’re looking for someone who truly makes their signs by hand, every step of the way, Shi isn’t your person.

phlets were to read - they said they told a story and the infographics made it so easy to read. My seating chart, menus & escort cards were the start of the show for making my wedding feel personalized - with function & beauty! Shi was my favorite vendor to work with along the wedding planning process. She cared and has style. The best I could ask for!

hite calligraphy lettering on the mirrors. All turned out beautiful and we received so many compliments on them. Would highly recommend Lettered by Shi if you want a personal touch and beauty added to your day!
