my son is having a Spring wedding and I ordered the thank you confetti for the gift table and letters for the bride decal. Loved how the items turned out-may be ordering more as I’m not sure I ordered enough confetti

I chose this vendor as they are local to me and am so pleased with how my bridesmaid proposal gift sets turned out. All the details were confirmed in advance and everything arrived packaged nicely. Would definitely recommend 💕

So let me start with the good. The shirts are great and super true to size. I was worried about sizing, because well flannel sizing can be wonky, but they ran true to size. Oh my goodness and so soft and comfy! Now on to the bad (and it's pretty bad)...the store and store owner are pretty inconsiderate/lazy. I reached out with my issue and Donna (the store owner) assured me that she could get it out with the most expedited shipping. Okay! Great! I made it very clear how I wanted them to be monogramed and where, and they still tried to do what they have done with other customers. Well we were within the week of my wedding and still no package or even an update (tracking, etc.). I reached out to the store and they claimed to have mailed my order, yet it was clear that they had only created a label. When I alerted them to this, they claimed that this was USPS's fault and that I should contact them. I couldn't believe it. This was the week of my wedding and she/this store was taking no responsibility. I reminded the customer service that I paid expedited shipping and that if it wasn't there by Wednesday, based on their shipping "entries", than I would expect it to be refunded. Furthermore, if I didn't receive the package by my wedding I would expect a full refund. Their responses were a joke and a blow off. I received the package on Thursday night. Now, about a week later and dealing with outstanding wedding issues, I reached out to the company to get my shipping refund. I was rudely pushed off to USPS. I shouldn't have been surprised because this was on par with what I had been dealing with. Somehow it was always someone else's fault. I explained that if I am going to take ownership of this and do their job, because she simply could refund me the money and speak with USPS on her own, that I would expect a 25% refund as well because this was above and beyond the expectation of any customer who already placed an order. Not too mention, the blatant lies that they repeated over and over during my wedding week. While I waited for a response, I attempted to process the shipping refund and it was subsequently denied because they (USPS) claimed that they followed their promises because it was mailed on 3/13 and delivered on 3/14. The company claims they mailed it on 3/10. When I brought this to their attention and reiterated that they will need to refund the appropriate amount, as well as why I was unable to leave an Etsy review, they sent me an email that stated, "the transaction has been concluded and any further attempt at communication will be considered harassment". SERIOUSLY? I am contacting my credit card company and contesting the charge. I have no problem returning all of the shirts either. Great product. Terrible owner and awful customer service. Deceitful practices taking advantage of already stressed, preoccupied bride. I would only order if you have MONTHS in advance to closely monitor the order and shipping.
