ss and provided suggestions for wording based on the formality of our event and type of religious ceremony, as well as final details like the ribbon color and wax seal design. The invites, ceremony programs, and menus turned out beautifully!

k you notes. She was never frustrated with me when I tried to articulate what was in my head, and she exceeded my expectations of what was possible. She hand etched the most beautiful laurel that become the motif for our wedding. We received so many complements on the quality and the design- she is truly an artist. I loved working with her, and plan to use her for future invitations and personalized stationary. She went above and beyond, and I'm eternally grateful.

re the final product was exactly what we wanted, as well as communicative and responsive along the way. She even traveled out to meet me near my work, halfway between where I live and her studio, in order to go through options and get the invitations to me sooner. I so appreciated her kindness and professionalism, which made this process so fun and stress-free!
If I could give more stars, I would!

tention to detail is unmatched. I was so pleased with the invitations I have also asked her to put together my programs and place cards! I would highly recommend Lydia!!
I found Lydia here on the Knot, but read a lot of her reviews over on Wedding Wire. Since she wasn't too far from where we lived, we decided to meet with her and get a quote. We ...
hit it off right away, and were so surprised with how reasonable her pricing was! We booked her right away.
The process of creating the invitations was incredible, though at first, I was a little doubtful. She sent us a first round of drafts, and I was a little disappointed in them. However, I didn't exactly know how to change them or what else to put on them. I sent her a long, rambling email with disjointed thoughts and the fact that I wanted them to be more "fun." Did I know what "fun" meant? Not a chance.
However, Lydia must be a mind-reader in her spare time, because the next set of proofs were incredible. We combined some aspects of those, tweaked some colors and fonts, and the final product was insanely cool. It's awesome to hear that your invitation designer had a blast designing your invites. We just picked up the invitations about a week ago, and we loved them! I can't wait to send them out to our friends and family!
Lydia is so great to work with - she really wants to make a product that you are happy with. She guides you in some directions based on what you're looking for, and you get to pick out EVERYTHING, from the fonts to the design to the paper that it's printed on. If there is any change in the price, or if a material you ordered turned out to be way more expensive than she was originally told (this happened to us, but it was not her mistake!), she lets you know. I'd recommend her to anybody looking for a custom-made invite. I knew this was a stress that I didn't want to take on, despite being pretty proficient in graphic design, and I'm so glad we went with Lydia. She was so wonderful.
Thanks so much, Lydia, for everything you did for us! We love our invitations and can't wait to send them out to everybody!
