ngagement and booked Joe about a year and a half before the wedding, so I appreciated that closer to our date he checked in to confirm a lot of details and make sure we still had the same vision as before. He's super friendly and very knowledgable, so I didn't feel uncomfortable making specific requests or asking a million questions. My photographers loved working with him and he fit right in with their aesthetic and shot list; we love that we have behind the scenes videos of our wedding party laughing between photos and having fun. I definitely recommend getting the teaser to share with family and friends—it's like our own personal music video that shows the best parts of the day, with speech highlights from our best man and maid of honor, as well as our homily. We just celebrated our first anniversary and are SO happy we chose Joe so we can look back on our day and see how beautifully he captured it. Joe’s highlight reel was the most beautiful creation I’ve ever seen. He poetically interlaced pieces of the important speeches over the best moments of our wedding. He also was able to capture sound so crisply and clearly, even with both of our father’s having very thick accents. Joe’s prices were unreal compared to what he was able to do for us and submit to us in less than 3 months during the height of wedding season. We had a great initial conversation over the phone. He basically asked us what we wanted and envisioned and he would help give you tips or hints on how to get that done. He went over all the packages in a very clear manner. After choosing an option the contract process was a piece of cake. Leading up to the wedding, if we had random questions for him, he would respond to me within a few hours if not a few minutes after reaching out to him.
I've heard horror stories of cookie cutter videographer companies who treat you like a number. Joe took his time and made us feel special. He captured the best parts of the night and made a video for us that got A TON of compliments. ad a hard time deciding whether to use a videographer or not. Near the end of our planning we had some money left in our budget, so we began searching possible options. After reviewing a few of Joe's past videos, we were confident in our choice. Joe had two cameras, which really captured the entirety of the ceremony from all angles. During the reception, he tapped into the microphone of the DJ which made all of the difference when listening to the speeches. We never felt as if Joe was in the way. We felt as if our highlight video was catered to us and our personalities. We knew our wedding video was going to be great, but it was better than we could have imagined. The aesthetics of the packaging, really put the cherry on top. We received the full uncut video on a hard drive and a decorative woodgrain usb. Everything was provided to us in a timely manner. Use Joe as your videographer and I promise you will not be disappointed!
