The space was the perfect size for our wedding of 66 people. The food was amazing. The staff was extremely professional and did a great job of transitioning the space from ceremony, to dinner, to dance floor throughout the night. It is worth mentioning again that the food was amazing. Our guests made a point of letting us know how much they enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

Level - a small plates lounge is a restaurant wedding venue located in the Arts District of Downtown Annapolis, Maryland. This farm to table small plates lounge creates award winning cuisine from international, mediterranean and local inspiration. We offer a unique environment to host engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, receptions, and wedding ceremonies. Many banquet menu items are gluten sensitive, vegetarian, dairy free and vegan. Facilities and Capacity Level can accommodate a variety of events from smaller, intimate gatherings to events with up to 180 guests. For those smaller affairs, the Farm Room is the perfect space for groups of 50 people or less. The entire lower level of the restaurant can accommodate 120 guests cocktail style or 95 guests for a seated meal. This lower level also has its own bar and private restrooms for you and your guests to enjoy. Our second floor features historic brick walls, hardwood flooring, private restrooms and full bar service. This space can accomodate 90 guests. Level can be rented out in its entirety for larger events with up to 180 guests. Cuisine Our menu features a wide variety of creative dishes from the garden, land, and sea, all inspired by mediterranean, international and the surrounding Chesapeake Bay area. Couples can choose from our daily menu (less than 25 guests only), as well as our banquet menu for their event. We can work with you to accomodate hors d'oeuvre selections and banquet style presentations . At times, guest allergies can be a concern. We are happy to incorporate some amazing selections for those friends and family members as well. We will help with every aspect of the event from set up to break down and everything in between including menu creation and quantities, cake/linen deliveries etc. Just let us know what you need. As the premiere cocktail lounge in the region, our unforgettable hand-crafted drinks are sure to compliment your guests' meal. We also offer wine, champagne, beer and spirits. All of these options are available to customize to ensure your event is exactly what you imagined. If you are interested in a cocktail created just for your event....not a problem. There were several disappointments at Level during our friends’ wedding reception, and it was apparent that management lacked experience with the upstairs event space. The day-of c...

oordinator who was instrumental in planning was nowhere to be found for the reception or set-up. This led to holes with staff execution and disorganization throughout the night. Our friends were offered an upgraded package with expansive lighting to enhance the dance floor area and encourage dancing. However, shortly after the DJ began, the speaker by the dance floor was turned down to a near inaudible level - and music was disproportionately louder in the bar area where guests wished to talk and mingle. When I approached the owner, Jennifer, she justified revoking the dance floor speaker by prioritizing a dinner crowd downstairs and made the wedding party feel like we were doing their restaurant a disservice by being there. I suggest Level only book a wedding reception upstairs if they adjust restaurant hours accordingly, because ruining the event’s atmosphere is not a reasonable option. Bringing the dance floor to a stand still ended the reception early and brought disappointment to the bride and groom, as well as all the guests. Luckily, we were able to continue the dancing and fun elsewhere.

ormative, responsive to emails and texts, and made the planning process seamless. On the day of the event, a projected snowstorm had me very worried, especially since I had guests flying in from out of town that were here for my event. Christian, the event manager, was beyond reassuring. He explained that the restaurant is committed to staying open, even arranging transportation for staff when needed in bad weather. That level of dedication and teamwork truly stood out. While about half of my guest list had to cancel due to the weather, it didn’t impact the night at all. The atmosphere, food, and drink selection made up for everything. We even got to play our own playlist on their upstairs sound system, which added a personal touch. The staff was friendly, the bathrooms were spotless, and despite my last-minute changes to timing and seating, they accommodated everything with ease. Between their flexibility, responsiveness, and reasonable pricing, I’ll definitely keep Level as my go-to event space. And I have to mention—their cocktail selection is amazing! If you’re looking for a venue that truly cares about your experience, this is the place to book for an event or a date night!
