Level Up Entertainment provided excellent services for our wedding reception! Desmond (Dee Jay DeZ) was an amazing DJ. He took the time to meet with us ahead of the wedding to make sure he understood our preferences, and he did a wonderful job incorporating all of the songs on our playlist. We were very happy with his services and would definitely recommend him to other couples!

We booked level up entertainment for our wedding in Fredrick, MD and they didn’t disappoint! We had the pleasure of having DJ JSmoove provide the music during our ceremony and then the jams for our reception! He was professional and very accommodating, we had a do and don’t play list but other than that we listened to him do his thing. It was a great night and we would recommend the company and DJ JSmoove to anyone looking!

I cannot speak highly enough of LevelUpEnt! We worked with Darian and he made our wedding day stress free. Due to some unforeseen family health issues we had a LOT of last minute changes at our reception - but he handle them SO smoothly. So grateful for his professionalism and care for our day!!

My husband and I hired Level Up Entertainment for our five year vow renewal ceremony and reception. Throughout the process, their team was professional, timely, and informative in their communications with us. We selected a Tier 1 DJ package with them (their most basic), but since a Tier I DJ was not available on our date (after we had already signed the contract), they provided us with a Tier 2 DJ at no extra cost. Our DJ for the day, Darian, was enthusiastic, professional, and open to any questions or requests we had. The software we were given to fill out with our requests and our wedding timeline was very thorough. We had a call with Darian the week before the wedding to go over everything, and on the day of, we felt very comfortable that everyone was on the same page, and it would be a great day, and it was! We had multiple guests tell us after the reception that they loved the DJ’s song choices. We had a mixture of older and younger guests, and Darian really played something for everyone. All of our guests had a great time, and that was the most important thing to us. Overall, great service, affordable pricing compared to a lot of DJ services out there. Would recommend!

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review because of how upsetting DJ Wante’s attitude was. For reference I was the maid of honor of the wedding (sister to the groom and best friend to the bride). The bride had added two line dancing songs we were going to do together with our family, which my young niece had taught us. The bride had informed me that she was told to tell me to go up to the DJ (in this case DJ Wante) to let him know when we were ready for those two songs to be played. After all the important dances had passed (mother/son and father/daughter dances) I went up to the DJ to ask him when it would be appropriate to do the dances/songs after my niece asked me, excited to do the dance. I went up to the DJ booth (sat right by my table) and before I could even get a word out of my mouth, he practically stuck his finger in my face across the booth and said, “No.” in probably the rudest and most unnecessary attitude I’ve ever experienced so brashly. It was completely embarrassing and insulting for me to be treated in such an unkind manner. I made sure to wait once the important dances were over and was simply going to ask him when it would be good for me to come up and request the dances but he gave me no opportunity to go about the situation in a professional or genial manner. My nieces and nephew were absolutely disappointed by this turn of events. What should have been a fun night had taken an upsetting turn for me with DJ Wante’s unkind behavior.

We had Level Up (DJ Standout) DJ our wedding and we highly recommend them. Our DJ met with us ahead of time to plan out every aspect of our wedding day. He was friendly and professional, and did a great job DJ-ing our reception. Highly recommend!

DJ Cliff absolutely KILLED it at our wedding! He kept people on the dance floor all night. He played great music, was very easy to work with, he pumped up the crowd, and even got on the dance floor himself! We did have some technical difficulties which were out of DJ Cliff’s control, and he handled it very professionally and had the problems fixed in no time! 10/10 recommend booking DJ Cliff with Level Up Entertainment for your wedding!

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. Level Up was truly the best wedding DJ we could have imagined. Everything was perfect. They curated exactly what we were looking for and kept the party alive from the first song to the last. HIGHLY recommend if you want a night people won't forget.

We had the pleasure of working with Jordan as our DJ after our wedding coordinator recommended him. We’re so glad that we chose Jordan, as it was a great night! The music playlist was so much fun, and both sides of the family were able to enjoy themselves! Thank you, Jordan, for adapting so quickly to the differences in our families and for choosing the right songs to keep the party going!

We worked with Level Up Entertainment using the Tier III Package with DJ Wante along with their photobooth package. DJ Wante was very interactive with the crowd and even came out and danced with some of the guests which was lots of fun. Their sound systems worked really well and filled the entire venue nicely without overwhelming guests on the dancefloor. The photobooth was insanely popular with the guests and it made for nice keepsakes for the guests. We had an awesome time, the DJ did a nice job of coordinating with our wedding coordinator to keep everything on track, and during the reception he did great with getting people onto the dance floor. He even sent us some videos he had taken of the event which are nice keepsakes for us to remember the evening.

DJ KAY!!!!!!!!!!! Such an amazing time! Cannot recommend Level Up enough, but specifically DJ Kay! Got so many compliments on the music and was told many times, "I've never danced so much at a wedding!" Do yourself a favor and book them. Very very very reasonably priced, as well! The tier system is great :-)

We booked both a photobooth and DJ through Level Up Events. When I had to follow up to request a contract and pay via Venmo, I should've known that it would be an unprofessional company. While our DJ was great, our photobooth experience was anything but. The vendor arrived an hour after the start time (due to a storm, which I understand), did not print photos on site (3 weeks later and we still have not received our prints), and some of the photos came out very dark and poor quality. Moreover, there were times during the reception when the attendant let me know that the system was "down" and therefore not functioning. I had to chase LUE for a refund, and was offered less than half of what I paid. I am now chasing them to receive the prints that were supposed to be provided the day of the wedding (aka the whole fun of a photobooth). They are slow to respond and overall very unprofessional. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend.

Level up was so amazing to work with! I had questions about our big day and they were able to help us with everything music! We paid extra to have DJ Code at our wedding and it was so worth it!! The dance floor was never quiet!!

We had THE BEST experience with DJ Jodie from Level Up Entertainment. He was fun, energetic, extremely responsive, and made it clear he wanted to provide what our family wanted. And he did just that. From our initial call with Gabriel to connecting with our DJ, Juwante, to the end of our big day, Level Up Entertainment made the entire process so smooth. I loved my experience with this company! Working with Gabe and Shay to get everything set up and getting all my questions answered was super easy! They were quick to respond every time through email, and if I called they were super easy to talk to and very informative! At my wedding we had Cliff as our DJ with his assistant Jonathan, and they were both AMAZING! They came to dance with us through out the night and they really got the party going and kept it going all night long! They both had great energy and everyone was amazed and enjoyed them and their fun personalities! We also rented their Photo Booth and Shania was there to help with that. She was awesome! She put extras of all of the prints to the side for me and my husband and she was super fun to work with! I know our crowd was definitely having some fun with her and the booth and I am very grateful! We had a wonderful experience! Our DJ, DJ Wante, was awesome. He danced with guests, played a good mix and tried to make sure people kept dancing. He even waited until the grandparents left to get the playlist crazy -- which was very appreciated! We got many compliments from guests on his DJ duties. I would definitely recommend them for any DJ needs!

We cannot speak more highly of Gabe and his DJ services! Gabe is more than just a DJ, but a master entertainer who really was thoughtful about everything having to do with our wedding. He took the time to have multiple meetings with us, stuck to our playlist and played to the crowd. He was professional, communicated clearly and often, and we knew were taken care of the entire time. An important factor that we wanted to focus on for our wedding was having a great DJ. My husband and I love the dance floor and love having a good time. DJ Wante did not disappoint. LEU is INCREDIBLE. They were flexible to talk whenever we had questions leading up to our wedding, and on the day of (even in the pouring rain) they were up to the challenge and brought their A game. Cliff (aka Ricky Fontain) was our DJ and made it so fun I hardly left the dance floor! Afterwards, we had people asking if we’d known Cliff for a long time since he fit right into our party! I don’t have words to express how absolutely AMAZING DJ G Baby was. Seriously, he gave us the wedding party of our dreams we danced for hours straight. He took our vision for what we wanted and made it come to life, the dance floor was packed and I don’t think my husband or I ever left. From the ceremony music to the country club, he was PHENOMENAL. I had texts from people saying how they couldn’t get songs from our wedding out of their heads weeks later. I have recommended him to at least 4 other brides.

Working with Level Up Entertainment was by far one of the best experiences during the wedding planning process. Gabe was very communicative, easy to talk to, and willing to adopt to our style. Working with him felt so easy and lightened the load that is making sure everything goes well. He even helped in the set up! BOOK LEVEL UP ENTERTAINMENT!!! I cannot recommend using Level Up Entertainment enough! My husband and I got married in Baltimore, MD 2 weeks ago and DJ BWrenn BROUGHT THE HOUSE DOWN!! Music & dancing was a huge priority for us. As someone who works in the music industry, it was vital to have a DJ that understood our vibe + how to read the room and play what guests were connecting with. We met with multiple DJ's when planning our wedding and the moment we met with Gabe, we knew Level Up was the ONLY choice for us. Gabe promised that his team would not disappoint, and boy he was correct! DJ BWrenn was incredibly easy to work with, responsive, and even helped plan a special special surprise during the father/daughter dance - and it was a perfectly executed surprise / moment! He kept the music flowing all night with a perfect blend of pop hits, latin jams, and hip hop. DJ BWrenn even hit the dance floor with us, was giving special shout outs to our guests(by name!!!), danced with my mom, took requests, and played every single "must play" song we had on our list... the night wouldn't have been what it was without DJ BWrenn! Working with LUE was awesome. Even before signing on to hire them, the process was friendly and easy and personal. Reassured me that I'll get exactly what I wanted out of my DJ on my wedding day. Skip ahead to working with Byron and man, I can't say enough good things. I told this man that once dinner was over and the dancing started, I wanted it poppin for the rest of the night and he did not fail. Not only did he keep the venue rockin all evening, he also kept the energy levels at levels I didn't think were possible for a wedding. He got the guests hype while he introduced my wife and I into the reception area after the ceremony and it sounded like a stadium, which is exactly what I wanted. He was out on the dancefloor getting everyone moving, he opened up the dancefloor with great energy and emceeing, and we were getting compliments on the music/DJ all night long. No doubt he'd be able to cater to other needs too if loud and hype isn't what you want, but the fact he got so much energy out of wedding guests was incredible. He also went above and beyond merely doing his job really well. Even when I messed up and didn't get him the info he needed in time, he never once made me feel like I was being difficult or made me more stressed out. He actually helped relieve a lot of the stress by being super easy and flexible when things weren't going how we were hoping. He also stayed in touch with me throughout the night to make sure we were getting what we needed, and went as far as going out of his way to coordinate with my photographer and videographer at certain points throughout the night. Seriously, whatever they pay this man is not enough. I can't recommend this company enough. They obviously know what they're doing and they have real DJs who understand music and energy and vibes. Music at a party like this is more than a playlist of popular songs, and they understand this. If you've gotten this far, stop whatever you're doing and just book them. I promise you will be happy you did.

DJ Juwante was the best DJ we could’ve gotten for the wedding! He showed up early for setup, was very cooperative and flexible with a rainstorm that rolled by, which delayed the wedding by a little bit, and his floor presence was amazing! He got everyone excited to be on the dance floor at a dry wedding which is fantastic.

Ricky Fontain reached out to me a couple weeks for my wedding and verified all my song choices. Due to his preparation and planning, all of the songs played on our wedding day were executed perfectly. Now to the reception...he read the room well, and had everyone on their feet dancing until the end of the night. I had many guests after the wedding say that our DJs (Ricky + DJ MakeNoise) were the BOMB and that the music was on point!! I 100% recommend him if you want your day to go smoothly, and have all your song choices taken care of!

We worked with DJ BWrenn for our wedding day. The ceremony was flawless and he kept the dance floor packed during the reception! He worked all our favorites into the set list and got the crowd excited to party. He was a joy to work with and all our guests keep telling us it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever attended.

Not only did our venue and wedding plans change the week of, but DJ Wanté was flexible with the last minute plans we threw at him and was able to travel to us. I really could not have asked for a better DJ for my wedding! I worked with Level Up Entertainment and had Ricky as our DJ for our big day. I’ve had many parties, weddings, sweet, 16 birthday parties, etc. nothing came close to the experience we had with level up. My guests were asking me if the DJs were my friends because they seem so comfortable and familiar and they knew exactly what to play for me and my guest I was like “nope this is the first time I’ve hired them but definitely not the last” . The DJ makes the party. LEVEL UP DJ GABE was NEXT level , we even hired what’s called a hype man along with the DJ, that was totally the way to go the duo did an amazing job. Worth every penny. We hired Level Up Entertainment for our wedding, and booked the DJ Gbaby Experience. We are so happy we did! From our first interaction on the phone, to the last moments at our venue, Gabe was sensational. He asked thoughtful questions during our planning process, and was so enthusiastic to be part of the big day. During our reception, Gabe brought a contagious energy that got everyone up and moving. If you’re contemplating a DJ for your wedding, look no further. I may be bias, but DJ Gbaby was the best DJ that I’ve ever seen at a wedding. He goes above and beyond in helping you organize the day and take some stress off you as the bride and groom. He kept the dance floor packed all night. People even commented afterwards how they couldn’t believe how to came out to dance with us too. The templates that he has for your song choices are top notch and made my OCD dreams come true. You can’t go wrong with booking him. I’m trying to think of a party I can throw in the future just to book again.

DJ J Smoove (Jordan) and Level Up Entertainment were great! Jordan helped make the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day of go smoothly and the music he played was great. He was a great emcee and worked well with our venue coordinator and any last minute changes. If I were to offer advice, I would just say to send any interests in having them create a mash up for walking down the aisle/special dances earlier on in the process. That will ensure things can be communicated properly and they have sufficient time to get things set. I would strongly recommend using Level Up Entertainment to anyone looking for a wedding DJ!

They used an online portal to let us put together all the songs we wanted for each part of our special day, which is a fantastic way to have your favorite songs playing exactly when you want them to. DJ Ricky did an amazing job during the wedding reception! He played a wide range/variety of good music and the classics! His timing and transitions were on point, he was great on the mic -grabbed the crowds attention and was witty. Overall was a vibe and enjoyed his entertainment and presence.

Level Up Entertainment was best DJ for Wedding. They are very helpful when planning ceremony and reception. They let you into their system a month before and so you can pick all your special songs. DJ Wante was the best DJ we could have had. He kept the crowd going all night and played all of our special requests.

Ricky is top notch. He’s attitude and fresh style come through on the ones and twos. He listened to us and made our night so very special. If you have the opportunity to work with him - you’re in luck. Thanks Ricky. Truly a talented DJ.

AMAZING!!! DJ GBaby KILLED IT! When I tell you it was the most fun wedding reception, I'm not exaggerating. We threw an amazing party and would not have been possible without Gabe! We requested no country or 80s music and they delivered. Our guests have been raving about it ever since. Gabe was incredibly easy and FUN to work with. If you're not hitting up Level Up for your DJ needs, you're missing out!

We booked Level Up for our wedding and it was the BEST decision we could have made. We had GBaby and JSmoove and they did an incredible job making our wedding amazing. We gave them music to play but honestly, they didn’t even need it! They were able to play to the crowd and what people were dancing to and having fun with. I had so many people come up to me saying they were the best DJs at a wedding they had ever heard or seen. Both DJs were dancing in the crowd and getting folks hype! This was by our choice but we did not want any corny wedding music and they understood the assignment. So if you’re looking for a DJ to bring a great time, get all the people dancing, and play some amazing music, BOOK THEM NOW!
