Once we were locked in for the wedding date, Kei took it upon herself to personally drop off the most beautiful love box full of goodies, candles, and premium pink peonies with a handwritten note inside! I was all in from that point on! Wow! She was responsive and genuinely interested in your vision and welcomed any calls/texts. On my actual wedding day, it called for 100% rain. I was devastated as my wedding ceremony was planned for the outside on a renovated golf course. Kei was prepared for plan A or plan B - rain sun snow whatever. She told me regardless of what happens, your wedding and floral arrangements will be beautiful. And she was right. The sun came out 3 hours before my wedding ceremony. She decorated the pavilion outside and added my pedestal arrangements as we had initially planned. She even set them up for my reception which was held inside the building. I gasped when I saw the floral arrangements. Beautifullllllll!!!! Call, run, book, email text—whatever it takes! You will not regret it! Her professionalism speaks for itself.
