We had a wonderful experience working with Lewis Jewelers in preparation for our wedding. Libby was incredibly helpful, intuitive and patient with us when we were selecting our wedding bands. She knew what we would like before we selected it! Libby also on a different occasion helped my mom and I select the perfect bridal earring. The staff at Lewis is always so kind and helpful and always offers to clean my jewelry when I come in. My husband has since also purchased a watch from DK. I am so happy to have established a relationship with Lewis and will continue to use them for all our jewelry needs. You will be in wonderful hands at Lewis!

Sara was beyond helpful in choosing my wedding band. I was super indecisive when I came in on a referral from a friend. I probably tried on 15 rings but she was so patient with me as I tried on several after the right one so I could be sure. She was also able to get it sized and sent to me quickly and painlessly. Can’t recommend them enough!

Keith and his team are wonderful to work with. My husband met with Keith to design my engagement ring, Keith thought of every detail and made such a foreign process easy for him. Michael was able to email last minute requests for the ring and Keith over delivered, I love my ring! We worked with Keith to design our wedding rings, they are the perfect compliment to my engagement ring. We still to this day stop and enjoy how beautiful they are. I also had Keith reset an opal of my late Grandma, which is beautiful and I enjoyed wearing on my special day. I encourage all couples to visit Lewis Jewelers!

Paul and the rest of the team at Lewis Jewelers took amazing care of us. We knew nothing about rings, diamonds, etc and Paul took over 5 hours all combined educating us and advising on what rings make sense for our situation and tastes. We so appreciate him and everything he did for us!!

My partner proposed with his grandmother’s ring. It was beautiful, thoughtful, and way too big. Lewis jewler’s was amazing for the whole process. The resizing was done several days early and they recommended a few minor adjustments to secure the accent stones. The work was beautiful and the service friendly! Highly recommended.

The staff was incredible at helping my husband and I pick out our wedding bands. They helped me pick out a band that would fit with my engagement ring when I couldn't find one that fit anywhere else! They also gave us a great discount and a gift card to boot! I always feel comfortable walking in the door!

My husband purchased my engagement ring at a different location in the Grand Rapids area. It had a very unique asymmetrical design to it. When it came to choosing our wedding bands we had difficulty finding a jeweler that could complete my vision to create my perfect band. My parents recommended Lewis Jewelers as this had been their go to Jeweler for years. My husband and I worked with Keith to choose his band and to design mine. Our residence was in the Grand Rapids area so all designs had to be reviewed through e-mail. Keith was very quick to get back to me and made any changes I recommended. The end result was a beautiful compliment to the original engagement ring. My husband and I are incredibly thrilled with the result! My husband got my engagement ring here, and he got great service. Came back and got both wedding bands from lewis jewelers, and got even better service. They help you decide, but arent pushy at all. Even when you say you want to think about it, they're fine with that and dont get pushy to make you buy today. They're expensive. But you get lifetime maintenance for free. They have limited hours for people with busy schedules.

My husband got my engagement ring and my wedding band from Lewis along with a necklace. They are the only ones in the area that carry Tacori and they were so helpful every step of the way. They go above and beyond to help you out and we love going there!

A crazy busy place but they take such good care of you. This is a local jeweler that has been in the area forever and wouldn't think of going to a mall for my wedding ring or any expensive jewelry. They worked with us for a little over an hour for my engagement ring. Picking the wedding bands were a little easier and they give you great deals. You just have to ask.

I had a vintage band and engagement ring from my grandmother that needed to be resized. Lewis took them in - cleaned them up - and resized them for a reasonable price and a pretty fast turn around. I was very pleased, so we went to them to get a ring for my husband. My husband has never worn a ring ever in his entire life - so this was an experience for him. They were not pushy and worked within our budget to find him a style he would be comfortable wearing. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

We had my engagment ring setting custom made at Lewis and they did an incredible job. I adore it. When it was time to buy a wedding band we naturally returned there, negotiated a price for what I wanted, and left. When we picked it up it was NOT what I had wanted. Husband brought it back and explained, they were happy to fix it. Great. Their "fixing" it left a bad taste with us as it wasn't fixed, it was re-made and not the same - diamonds were the right quality but were now smaller (though more of them as agreed). I think it was a mis-understanding between sales and whoever made it, but I feel taken - I won't have it remade again - I picked it up just before the wedding since it took so long to redo the first time.

Perfect place to buy ring

I had nothing to do with selecting my ring, but the staff at Lewis did so much to educate my husband and help lead him to the right decision. We had never even tried on rings so he really had no clue what I would like, but with the questions they asked him and the information they gave, he was able to pick out the perfect set.

I was looking for a band that was not fancy and that wouldn't break the bank. I was made to feel silly and cheap when entering other jewelry stores, but at Lewis, my needs were immediately met and the perfect band was found. They even rushed the sizing for me so it would be ready. Also, I took in an old gold bracelet, and even though the saleswoman determined it was only worth $40, she took $60 off of my ring's price! Excellent costumer service AND they will engrave the ring for free!

We purchased all of our wedding and engagement rings here and in general it was a great experience. They offer one-year no interest financing through Wells Fargo Jewelry Advantage if you qualify. They also accept old gold/jewelry against your purchase. They had a good selection with designers like Jeff Cooper and Tacori, and they also offer custom designs. The staff there are always nice and helpful. The prices are not as cheap as if you purchased online of course, but the quality is really stunning. We went in to look for a ring for my fiance at the time, and found an A-symmetrical Swiss design unlike any others we had seen, part brushed white gold, part polished. It's a very cool and unique ring -- sophisticated and simple. I would definitely recommend Lewis Jewelers.

I purchased my husband's ring here, but I know he also purchased my engagement and wedding band here as well. We both worked with Lucinda who is so sweet and makes you feel like part of her family! They are busy at peak times, but will always get to in a timely manner. Exceptional service, and at a great value. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will look in their catalogs or craft it for you!
